Rikli Balance Hotel – Sava Hotels & Resorts

The hotel was well presented, immaculate rooms, fresh and well decorated with great storage and views!! The breakfast was plentiful and had an excellent range. Staff were helpful and happy to arrange requests and extras. They organised and decorated the room on arrival for a birthday. The swimming pool is a fantastic size with an outside area, slide and jacuzzis. The hotel is in a great location and it is walkable to all Lake Bled has to offer. Without doubt, I would stay here again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Great location for Lake Bled. We don't recommend the restaurant for dinner, but it's good for breakfast. The rooms are good, pillows are TERRIBLE for the price you pay per night. You can order from a pillow menu at a cost, but that felt ridiculous when already paying $$ for a room. The sauna experiences are unreal and obviously where the $ goes, it's another world downstairs!

The hotel is well located, close to the city center. However, guests have to pay €12 per day for parking, and there are not enough parking spaces for everyone, which feels overpriced. Although the hotel is close to the center, الوصول there requires going up and down many stairs, and there is no shuttle service or any support for guests with mobility difficulties. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better bathroom amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only an all-in-one body and hair soap, which was disappointing. The pool and spa area is very good, with several pools and hot tubs. However, the hotel should consider having at least one adults-only pool or hot tub. It is difficult to relax with many children screaming around, especially when there seems to be enough space to dedicate one area to adults. During our stay, a baby even vomited in one of the pools, which made the experience even less pleasant. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, but the atmosphere was again very noisy because of children running and screaming. The restaurant seems large enough to have at least one quieter adults-only section. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one.

The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety.
