No parking near the property the recommended parking facility is a few blocks away, in a not nice part of town and didn’t seem like an actual business. Room service was edible but pricey. The hotel didn’t give me a “safe” feeling and we ended up checking out a day early to get out of there as quickly as possible, regardless of the financial loss of doing so.

Stay was excellent. Able to park car and short walk to Tube. Staff very helpful. Left some coats in the room and staff have been amazing sorting out them being returned. Very grateful. Would definitely stay again!

Bed was comfortable and huge. Room and bathroom immaculate. Checkout was 12 so didn't appreciate 2 didn't people knocking on the doors prior to this. One to clean the room and the other to fix a switch which we hadn't reported.

This was an amazing stay for us a family of my dad and my daughter. This gets a 10 out of a 10. Staff was very friendly, helpfull and fantastic. The room was great and clean and the food/breakfast was very cosy and good. Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back another time.

Very friendly staff, stayed extra 45 mins after the check out time, and they were very accommodating. Nice and affordable stay with good location for commuting around London. Excellent shower and clean bathroom. Good value for money.

I had a room on the second floor, 208. It seemed to have the boiler and air condition units for the floor in there so could hear running water and fan noise all night. Not the best sleep!!

Hotel is lovely. Very clean and our room was absolutely massive. Big tv, fridge, coffee machine, speaker, robe and nice stuff for the shower. Area around the hotel was a bit grotty but would stay again.

Comfortable bed and large size room. More choices of restaurants if you walk towards Whitechapel station on Cavell St. wished the room has more storage. Flor who worked at the hotel restaurant was fabulous.

Overall we liked the room we had, no complaints about it, it has everything a guest would need in a hotel room : comfortable bed and sofa bed, high table (desk like), a chair, a low small table on which we foud 2 small water bottles, a cute coffe and tea corner a coffee maker (3 coffee capsules), 2 mugs, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 tea spoons, mini fridge, a tall mirror. In the wardrobe : few hangers, 1 bath tobe, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. The bathroom spot on, complete toiletry. Plenty of lights options. Air con did stop for a bit during the night but restart early in the morning. The receptionist Fairouz and Afni were available at the desk all the time, most of all helpful and patient. I needed some photocopies, didn't know were to go and I was limited with the time, Fairouz kindly did it for me. Regarding the food, we were happy to learn they had Halal food, we only had one meal at the hotel, overall it was good my sons loved their burgers :) The only downside I would mention was the unpleasant view from our room (piles of waste bags dumped on the pavement) .

The hotel is nice enough. I was disappointed that the two rooms that I booked weren’t on the same floor and one of the rooms didn’t have the two beds I was anticipating. They had to bring in a foldout.

We found the majority of staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Parvez, whom we met at check-in. He was truly helpful which we deeply appreciated when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute due to a 12 hour airline delay. We only had an issue at our check-out because that particular staff member indicated he could provide a detail expense list/receipt because we booked via Expedia.

Not the best area but perfect t for what I wanted. Staff were amazing on reception room was perfect and hotel was very clean. Good selection for breakfast but didn’t find the meat too well cooked on the buffet but that said the staff were all fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was so so nice. It was such a nice experience. Tharea is not the most pretty, but you felt so safe and welcome at the hotel. At first we didnt want to pay that much for "hotel breakfast", but after we saw it we decided to eat there everyday. It was very nice, with grat variation. We also ordered room service, which also was great!

Our stay at this location was good. It could’ve been great but a few things stood out. First and foremost the staff was great. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The staff at the bar were great with hosting, they had good recommendations for local foods and transportation. The morning team at breakfast were very attentive. The inside of the location was very clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. The outside of the property is where it was lacking for me, of-course we can’t control people and what they do, but the immediate entrance could be cleaned up a bit. There was just a lot of plastic items and cans all around the entrance, I mean this could be picked up a bit or atleast provide a bin for people to throw their garbage out. Also maybe have someone by the door from time to time to deter passer by from not just throwing garbage in front of the entrance but also to keep them from accosting the visitors. As we were exiting the building we literally had a man approach us at the entrance asking us for food, of-course if we had some we would’ve assisted but we didn’t, that was not the problem, the issue came that as he approached us with his request, we noticed his pants down to his knees. We told him we couldn’t help him and immediately went back inside the lobby.

Good location, around 12 mins away from the Whitechapel station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. It was quite warm when I was there but the room A/C was fantastic.
