The problem was I was charged the pet fee, which is fine but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the laundry didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work so seems a bit tacky to charge full price without anything working

Bring your ear plugs. Even though we had a room well back from the road, traffic noise was loud and at all hours. The heater/air conditioner was really loud too. Trains blow horns right across the road from the hotel. Sink faucet was from like 1960 and barely worked. No breakfast. Really enjoyed Leal’s Mexican though.

Booked two rooms. Very pleased with the condition. Newly remodeled. Parking was abundant and convenient. But what I will remember was that the lady that checked us in was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

The place was raunchy. The room smelled like a bar. We used an air freshener but it didn’t work. There was no hot water to take a shower. The towels were nasty. They were dirty and dingy. The wash cloths were dirty, stained and you could see right through them, and it holes in it. The tv didn’t work most of time while we there. It said the room had a coffee maker but there was none to be found. The walls were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep very. The only thing good about was that we were there only for a night. I just suggest that you spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton inn or the quilaty inn. At least have free breakfast. These guys don’t. Never staying here again. Next time I’m spending the extra money to stay somewhere else. I guess the saying is right. You get what you pay for. That explains why there were only a few vehicles. They must not have that much options.

Absolutely horrible! Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet wouldn’t flush, towels were stained, next to train tracks so trains went by blowing horns all through the night (wasn’t mentioned on the motel description), and was just overall a terrible stay!

It was the worst hotel experience ever!! After a 10 hour drive we arrived at this hotel and was hoping to have a good nights rest before continuing our long day drive to reach our destination the following day. The room had not been properly cleaned for a long time. We found dried up food, bugs, debris and dirt on the floor under the bed. We immediately informed the lady at the front desk and she apologizedand came over to sweep up the debris. Once she left the room, we started unpacking and begin to see how filthy the room was. We called the front desk and voiced our disappointments with the room. The clerk asked us to change rooms but we declined the offer. We were very tired, and had hauled alot of our personal items to the room.

It was a nice place, the king room was actually quite spacious and I liked that. It had great storage in the room. My only real problem with the property was the internet!!! The speed was fine when connected, but it used one of those take you to a website to input the password, those systems don’t work with my AppleTV, so it was very disappointing..: there is another budget hotel in town that has regular WiFi and that is where I will be staying from now on…

The worst experience of our lives!!!!!!!! the heater did not work and it was in the negatives the hot water was cold so no showers the front desk never answered! I had to accept a room I didn’t book cause they didn’t have any clean ones! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Wish we couldve stayed there, but no one to help us=no one to change our reservation to a time we could make. And, by the way, this travelodge will let you walk in until midnight only, no exceptions. Not that theyll inform you that til the day of your stay.

Manager made my stay really comfortable, was very helpful when booked under my fiancés reservation “Stephen Casillas” we had some difficulties, manager came personally to make sure we were content and safe, really enjoy staying here and refer anyone who wants a nice quiet, friendly place to choose Travel Lodge here in Clovis NM.

The blackout curtains did not block the bright light from the outside lights - seemed like it was morning every time I was awakened (every 15 minutes or so) all night long by the rumble and horn of the trains on the tracks across the street. The shower was good. The check in staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

Many guests might not like the sound of the trains on the busy line across the highway, but we intentionally stay here every time we stay in Clovis because we LOVE the sound of the trains. We even leave our door open in the evening to hear the trains approach and barrel through town. All on one level, the rooms conveniently have parking at your door, which we also prefer. A few repairs might be needed, but the inexpensive rooms are neat and clean, and so the humble Travelodge gets two thumbs up from us.

Many guests might not like the sound of the trains on the busy line across the highway, but we intentionally stay here every time we stay in Clovis because we LOVE the sound of the trains. We even leave our door open in the evening to hear the trains approach and barrel through town. All on one level, the rooms conveniently have parking at your door, which we also prefer. A few repairs might be needed, but the inexpensive rooms are neat and clean, and so the humble Travelodge gets two thumbs up from us.

Bring your ear plugs. Even though we had a room well back from the road, traffic noise was loud and at all hours. The heater/air conditioner was really loud too. Trains blow horns right across the road from the hotel. Sink faucet was from like 1960 and barely worked. No breakfast. Really enjoyed Leal’s Mexican though.

The place was raunchy. The room smelled like a bar. We used an air freshener but it didn’t work. There was no hot water to take a shower. The towels were nasty. They were dirty and dingy. The wash cloths were dirty, stained and you could see right through them, and it holes in it. The tv didn’t work most of time while we there. It said the room had a coffee maker but there was none to be found. The walls were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep very. The only thing good about was that we were there only for a night. I just suggest that you spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton inn or the quilaty inn. At least have free breakfast. These guys don’t. Never staying here again. Next time I’m spending the extra money to stay somewhere else. I guess the saying is right. You get what you pay for. That explains why there were only a few vehicles. They must not have that much options.

I would start by saying that the AC did work well so that’s important. My check-in at 2 AM went smooth. The following day I tried to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels, but nobody was there and they do not unlock the front lobby. So you always have to ring a window button. I got a room for six people, and they only gave us two towels. The plugs barely hold your charger cords. So I recommend bringing a extension cord so you have something reliable if you do find a plug that works. The plug for the microwave would flicker the lights when Used and turned off halfway through trying to make popcorn. There was not a plate in the microwave to put anything on and it looks like it had had an explosion inside. The refrigerator was a good size. There was stains all over the walls, the doors, paint chips, mold, stained all over the bathroom wall.. when I went to check the beds. It looked clean, but there was a few spots where it looked like somebody with dirty fingers was adjusting the sheets. The pillows were very Sine. Outside of the hotel, smelt like sewer. Housekeeping came every day around 11 to ask if we needed new towels or extra soap they did have a coffee machine. I did not attempt to use it. They do not serve breakfast. Someone’s leftover soap was in the shower so question if it was actually cleaned. Plenty of parking. Easy access right off the highway. Just know you get what you pay for. The owner asked for me to change my review, but I am always honest.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean, and many areas looked outdated and poorly maintained. The property needs substantial upgrades and better housekeeping. I would definitely won’t stay here again
