There was an attentive person manning the office. The ice machine was great. The bathroom had a lot of upgrades. Parts of the motel were cordoned off. The harsh winters caused a lot of rust on the metal staircase frames.

The balcony bridges are barracaded and unsafe. Staff stated there were no first floor rooms available. Then gave me a "free upgrade" to a room where the floor is peeling away. Wish I could add photos to this review.

Ginger at check in is the best! Bed was uncomfortable. Parking lot has big potholes. On a 3 week road trip from Midwest to Pacific Northwest and this is the most expensive Motel 6 we’ve stayed at. Laramie hotels are high… recommend you drive to Cheyenne or Rock Springs if possible.

For the price. It was passable. It's a hotel that is outdated. Parts of the walkway around the hotel or blocked off with fencing. Maybe they have plans for some repairs. The room was clean. Not much in amenities. No refrigerator. Air conditioner worked. Very small shower. Which was okay with me. There was coffee in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone that's picky or expecting a high-end to Star to three-star hotel. . But if you need a decent place at a reasonable price. I would recommend it for someone just looking for a cheap place to stay.

Pictures online are misleading! Room had lifting flooring, bed spreads looked unsanitary, bathroom was the cleanest area. We were very disappointed and asked for a refund to which we were assured we would get a full refund. We have yet to have confirmation of the refund!!

The woman who checked me in was amazing!! Very helpful and friendly, she was the best thing about this hotel. It is older and the beds were very worn out. The cleanliness was not great at all; stains on the bedding, dirty floors and walls. This is an older run down hotel that would benefit greatly from being updated at the very minimum with new beds and bedding.

Rooms were very clean and employees were wonderful. Rooms badly need a facelift and the area around pool looks ghetto. Also, website said rooms had small refrigerators..ours didn't. Had to pack medication in cooler with ice. The friendliness of the employees is the only reason we didn't go to a different place. Probably won't stay here again.

My recent two-night stay at the Motel 6 in Laramie, WY, was disappointing, earning it a 2-star rating. While the bedding was clean, the room desperately needed a deep cleaning. The TV was covered in visible finger marks, the refrigerator front was grimy, and a lampshade was broken. Most concerning was the plastic wrap around the smoke detector, which raised safety questions. We expected basic housekeeping during our stay, such as bed-making and fresh towels, but received no service—no new towels were provided. Additionally, the top-floor walkways felt unsafe, with cracked sections blocked off, making navigation unsettling. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, neglected maintenance, and absence of room refresh left a poor impression. We will not be returning to this Motel 6.

The room they assigned had not been serviced since the prior occupant. Staff seemed unapologetic. Window thin, a lot of traffic noise. very few power outlets. No fridge or microwave. Microwave and ice only by office. One positive thing was that the mattresses were new and comfortable.

Just an overnight stay on the road. Night check-in was very friendly and helpful. Door was difficult to open (due to mechanism not user) even after the special instructions given by the lady at the desk. Room was very clean, but the bed was the worst I've ever slept on. It was so bad that I had a dream that I investigated what it was made out of. I assume the answer is wood and bricks. If you don't care about sleeping or you love sleeping on floors, this is the place for you.

No hair dryer, no coffee machine, but fresh coffee in the lobby. Our neighbor left his front door open which made us uncomfortable . You could charge a little more for your rooms, but make them more comfortable and , please, clean up the out side! There were no poop bags for the dogs left but poop all over. And hiring a landscaper would help also.

First for the good. Reasonably priced on a football weekend when most everything else was $500 a night. And now I know why. I'm only 5 foot eight and my feet were hanging over the bed. Secondly, it had a no hairdryer. And though it's not a given, it's pretty rare anymore for a Hotel not to have a hairdryer. But the worst part about it is that it was a night in which the temps got into the mid 30s and the heat didn't work. You're selling a room that you can't control the comfort level. Never again.

i canceled my stay because i could NOT get into my room with my room key. I asked to get another room but i was told I would have to wait until another room was cleaned . They did NOT when one would be done just go in the lobby and wait. So I just canceled my stay and went to another hotel . I am still waiting on my total refund.

This was an awful experience and we were only at the property for 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared dirty and in disrepair with almost no other cars in the parking lot. We were given a room on the second floor, as we made our way up the stairs, one section of the second floor walkway was closed off with a temporary orange plastic fence. Some rooms were propped open including the room next to ours which was wide open with loud voices and a small dog ran into the hallway as we approached. When we entered our room it was clearly occupied with clothes and food spread throughout. We immediately left and demanded a refund. I would strongly discourage anyone else from staying at this hotel.

Older Motel. Next to interstate. Did not hear the traffic noise. Coffee excellent. Front desk personel very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Very basic,like all Motel 6 rooms are. There during high season so more cistly than usual, but all if Laramie and Cheyenne higher during the month if July. Still the cheapest room.around.

Inside rooms are clean and refirbished. Outside of buildimg needs a facelift. The Laramie police station is right next door so feel safe. No restaurants within walking distance but plenty within a mile or two radius.

Inside rooms are clean and refirbished. Outside of buildimg needs a facelift. The Laramie police station is right next door so feel safe. No restaurants within walking distance but plenty within a mile or two radius.

Most convenient motel to fairgrounds, which was the reason for our stay. The general area is safe. Noisy, because it's very close to I80.

The property is at a freeway exit, but once off the freeway, it takes a few minutes to get to it. It sits all by itself next to open fields and a postal service hub. The closest restaurants are over a half mile away. The property is typical Motel 6 - older, a bit dingy, very poor access to upstairs rooms. The room itself was nice enough, though. Newer flooring, furniture, bathroom, TV. The beds were inexpensive and were the most lacking things in the room. All in all a nice stay, for a Motel 6. We have no major complaints.

The AC kept the room cool enough. The two queen beds are up against the walls with the opening between them. Very hard for the wall sleeper to get out at night without disturbing the other person. Our room did not get cleaned on the 2nd night..we went to the office to get clean towels as ours were left on the floor for cleaning. No other problems. Very conveniently located for getting our Grandson to Wyotech.

The price was good. The room looked clean. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. We both had a backache afterwards. There was only one small pillow per person. No hair dryer, no coffee machine, but fresh coffee in the lobby. Our neighbor left his front door open which made us uncomfortable . You could charge a little more for your rooms, but make them more comfortable and , please, clean up the out side! There were no poop bags for the dogs left but poop all over. And hiring a landscaper would help also.

Older Motel. Next to interstate. Did not hear the traffic noise. Coffee excellent. Front desk personel very nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Very basic,like all Motel 6 rooms are. There during high season so more cistly than usual, but all if Laramie and Cheyenne higher during the month if July. Still the cheapest room.around.

The room was clean. But for 500 for 2 nights was ridiculous had to go down to lobby for coffee that was horrible, no microwave in room just totally was not worth the price. Lady that checked us in was nice the manager not so much. Will not stay there ever again will not recommend to friends and family.

For the price. It was passable. It's a hotel that is outdated. Parts of the walkway around the hotel or blocked off with fencing. Maybe they have plans for some repairs. The room was clean. Not much in amenities. No refrigerator. Air conditioner worked. Very small shower. Which was okay with me. There was coffee in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone that's picky or expecting a high-end to Star to three-star hotel. . But if you need a decent place at a reasonable price. I would recommend it for someone just looking for a cheap place to stay.

Paint was rusted and peeling in several areas. Access to certain rooms was closed. Giant pothole in the middle of the parking lot. Toilet did not flush properly, cigarette burn on blanket and curtain. I left after 5 hours and canceled my next day. No problems at all with staff, just didn't like the accommodation

Worst motel 6 visit yet. Pool: out of Commission “since forever”. Ice machine: out of survive WiFi: unsecured- my devices did not trust it. Building: rusty and poorly maintained Parking lot: you could lose your car in the deep holes Staff: could not care less Stay anywhere else when in Laramie.

This property is no longer a Motel 6, although they continue to represent themselves as such on the Hotels.com site. The property is in poor condition and needs repairs and maintenance. This property does not provide shampoo, even on request, I was told they do not provide that. There were several guests that appeared to be long term, perhaps construction workers, or something like that. There were several chairs, grills, and other personal items on the balconies and sidewalks One of my nights there, my neighbor decided to host a party. There were 20-30 people in the parking lot right outside my door with very loud music, a lot of drinking, and a lot of yelling. The party whet on for about 6 hours. I called the front desk a couple times, and they did come over and tell the participants to keep the noise down. They did not comply. The party finally broke up when someone from the participants company came and told everyone that they needed to go back to their own rooms or they could loose their jobs. This led to a lot more yelling to the point that I thought a fight would break out and almost called the police. Although the property employee did respond and ask the guest to quiet down, they didn’t do anything more to ensure the disturbance ended. At this point, I no longer felt safe in my room.

Wasn’t impressed. There was no microwave or even a fridge in the room most hotels I’ve been have at least one or the other. Shower was tiny and was disappointed there was no tub

Staff was nice but the hotel is a dump. Came at check in time, but still had to wait an extra hour for the room to be cleaned. The cleaning products smell was overpowering once we got into the room. Super basic room, no fridge, no microwave, just beds and bathroom. Left as soon as we woke up to escape the nasty cleaning products smell.
