No hot water in the bathroom, have to suffer for 3 days from bathing with cold water. Reported to reception, but nothing changed after that. The room air-con is leaking water, and it dropped right onto the power point and affected my phone charger. Second time staying there, but pretty disappointed.

Shoplot hotel. Without lift for those who wants to consider this hotel ya. Leverage hotel at mergong area got lift. Overall for short stay n event nearby better choice for this hotel but request level 1 la. If not u need to climb up more for 2nd floor. No room for ground floor only got lobby/reception.
