Staff was tremendously friendly and helpful in all ways. Clean rooms, a little outdated on overall hotel decor but clean. If you want A/C come before the end of September as apparently it’s shut down after that for winter. Our only complaint was that it was hot in room but opening windows brought night cool air so it was fine. We would stay again!

Vi kom ganske sent på kvelden og var her bare en natt. Folkene som jobbet der var veldig trivlige og service instilte folk. Det var bra med parkering når vi var der. Rommet var ganske bra også

it was great, very clean, great aircon in room, comfy bed, amazing shower. we were welcomed by very friendly staff. they explained everything. small lift that u don't have to carry your cases up. Wi-Fi available really good. Amazing sushi bar next door. we didnt have breakfast so just used caffe shop opposite what is amazing. not far from Lidl, Lake Garda or Verona so you can go anywhere within 30 mins. lovely mountain view. for that price all good to me.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff da ancor prima del mio arrivo fino all'ultimo minuto. Presenza di ascensore, stanze e bagno puliti, temperatura regolabile, soltanto una presa per ciascun lato del letto peraltro nascosta dal comodino (attrezzarsi eventualmente con una multipla), telecomando che funzionava solo se allungando il braccio dal lato più vicino del letto (forse le pile ma noi lo abbiamo usato poco, basta dirlo alla reception e risolvono in un attimo). Colazione più che buona (nelle due nostre giornate mancavano gli yogurt bianchi in cui inzuppare i cereali ma in compenso ce ne sono di ogni altro tipo, le brioche sono spettacolari e le 3 torte buone anch'esse). I rivestimenti in moquette delle parti comuni e di alcune stanze sarebbero da togliere ormai. Parcheggio ok, check in velocissimo grazie al precheck-in con invio tramite whatsapp dei documenti. Non ho visitato la sala ricreativa dove ho letto ci sono svariati giochi e passatempi. Nei dintorni paesini bellissimi della Valpolicella come San Giorgio e del Garda come Lazise raggiungibili in 20 minuti di auto. Insomma esperienza sicuramente positiva, poi come per la stragrande maggioranza degli hotel alcune cose col tempo andranno manutenute o aggiornate ma ci tornerei subito, domani.

Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient.

Der Angestellte war zwar sehr freundlich, aber man hatte das Gefühl nicht unbedingt motiviert. Die Unterkunft war recht und für die Lage des Hotels sicher zu empfehlen. Die Bar ist völlig stier und man geht besser zu Bett nach der Heimkehr. Wir übernachteten dort, weil wir in der Nähe Freunde besuchten und würden das Hotel notfalls auch wieder nehmen.

Il personale della reception e della sala colazioni si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, in particolare il ragazzo al check-out si è speso di sua iniziativa per consigliarci un posto interessante da visitare nei dintorni. Qualità che apprezzo. Ottima pressione dell'acqua in stanza. Non ho apprezzato che cercando la struttura su Expedia e Google la stessa si presenti con foto di altri luoghi quali la casa di Giulietta e Aquardens. Per una persona che non conosce tali luoghi è fuorviante e deludente. Mi aspettavo una struttura diversa. Quando prenoto in una struttura non posso e non intendo dovermi mettere a spulciare foto per foto per capire se sono vere oppure no. Non ho apprezzato essere contattata per effettuare il check-in online alle 19 quando il check-in termina alle 23. Ho preferito posticipare la cena e passare in hotel pur di togliermi il pensiero. Ritorno alle 22.58 dopo cena e scopro che ancora 6 persone dovevano fare il check-in. Non ho mai visto consegnare il telecomando della tv in camera in fase di check-in: siamo andati a cena con il telecomando visto che non siamo andati subito in camera. Non ho apprezzato la colazione scaglionata di mezz'ora con orario da comunicare (perché la sala non è tanto capiente). Sono in vacanza e non intendo dover puntare la sveglia per questo. Per qualità €29 per 2 non li valeva. In camera scarico del lavabo molto lento e corsie box doccia sporche. Aspetti organizzativi e cose pratiche da rivedere direi ma il personale funziona.

Front staff were amazing so freidnly and very helpful! Very pelased Reception is lovely - it think before covid it was amazing but now the rooms are a little dated and no games room / extras. You can get the bus into verona in 45 mins 😊 Oh - ps. The front image on the site is not the hotel ... cheeky

Insomma esperienza sicuramente positiva, poi come per la stragrande maggioranza degli hotel alcune cose col tempo andranno manutenute o aggiornate ma ci tornerei subito, domani.

The room itself was quite nice, with a brilliant bed. The hotel is placed near to one of the main roads, it made it a bit noisy but not too much. Very clise to the hotel is the "old part" of San Pietro in Cariano, a superb area with beautiful houses and stunning views. All in all a very nice stay

The hotel is slightly dated but the friendlies of staff make up up for it. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. At reception during check-out, were even recommend a place to visit, which we didn't know about and the views were spectacular! it was great, very clean, great aircon in room, comfy bed, amazing shower. we were welcomed by very friendly staff. they explained everything. small lift that u don't have to carry your cases up. Wi-Fi available really good. Amazing sushi bar next door. we didnt have breakfast so just used caffe shop opposite what is amazing. not far from Lidl, Lake Garda or Verona so you can go anywhere within 30 mins. lovely mountain view. for that price all good to me.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia, non sono rimasto soddisfatto dalla reception che all'arrivo ci comunica che avevamo la colazione compresa, al secondo giorno e peraltro quando ormai già seduti a tavola per la colazione ci viene detto che questa non ci spettava. Alle nostre lamentele ci riferiscono un problema di comunicazione con l'agenzia con la quale ho effettuato la prenotazione (hotels.com), finale la colazione non era compresa ma i modi e i tempi ci sono sembrati sbagliati sotto ogni punto di vista.

Easy access to bus for day trip to Verona Staff was extremely helpful and friendly No AC if you go after sept 30 but that seemed to be the case in all our Northern italy stays. Window open was fine as it is not noisy. Overall, a good day we were only going to be there one night but opted to stay a second night because everything was so convenient.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff da ancor prima del mio arrivo fino all'ultimo minuto. Presenza di ascensore, stanze e bagno puliti, temperatura regolabile, soltanto una presa per ciascun lato del letto peraltro nascosta dal comodino (attrezzarsi eventualmente con una multipla), telecomando che funzionava solo se allungando il braccio dal lato più vicino del letto (forse le pile ma noi lo abbiamo usato poco, basta dirlo alla reception e risolvono in un attimo). Colazione più che buona (nelle due nostre giornate mancavano gli yogurt bianchi in cui inzuppare i cereali ma in compenso ce ne sono di ogni altro tipo, le brioche sono spettacolari e le 3 torte buone anch'esse). I rivestimenti in moquette delle parti comuni e di alcune stanze sarebbero da togliere ormai. Parcheggio ok, check in velocissimo grazie al precheck-in con invio tramite whatsapp dei documenti. Non ho visitato la sala ricreativa dove ho letto ci sono svariati giochi e passatempi.
