Great motel, just steps from the boardwalk. Awesome pool, and our room had a kitchen, which is a rarity among Seaside Heights motels. The wifi was not working during our stay.

Great location, we arrived early let us park on site. Got our room and it was very clean! Walked in and instantly smelled freshly washed floors; which was a relief with all the bad reviews I saw! Room is outdated for sure but it didn’t bother us . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you. The staff is extremely nice, room was clean and beds were comfortable hot water worked fine in shower towels provided . No bugs ! Mini fridge worked well, tv also. Beach passes were also provided. We stayed in room 32. Would go back!

Pros- One block from beach, Received daily beach passes which saved us $50 per day.Free parking. Management and housekeeping attentive and did the beat they could with what they had to work with. Cons- Ceiling in bathroom caved in. Towel rack ripped off wall. No windows could open. Furniture picked off side of road, stcky and stained (we bought 4 blankets to cover couches)..Cleaned with full strenghrh Fabuloso and coulnt breathe for 3 days. Pool the size of a puddle surrounded by mismatched 1970s random furniture. Clean full size fridge. Never turned on stove as coils were busted up. Plate in microwave did not fit and moved around hitting its walls when heating up. The neighboring hotel mgmt also owned next door - the Sunnydale maybe much newer, cleaner, nicer pool. I think ours is probably used off season as a welfare motel. Made the best out of what we had during our stay. We were on a tight budget.

Ricardo at front desk was super helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent to everything. AC worked well, shower got hot with good pressure and no shower back up in tub. Sheets clean and no bugs anywhere. Rooms very dated, carpet is dirty and limited outlets that work. Also unable to watch TV. Small pool but clean. Limited parking but property provides option at check in and free of charge. You do get what you pay for but overall good stay. I would stay again.

I usually like motels because you can park right in front of your room for ease of unloading the car. I was surprised that they put us on the second floor with a toddler. Ac wasn't as cold as it could be because of lots of dust on filter. Pool was locked even though it's listed as open on the site. When we asked the clerk to unlock it, he was acting like a Martyr

Anyone with a negative review, must have been expecting a 5 star motel. For the price and location, this motel was perfect. We'll be returning again in a couple weeks. Staff checked us in early so we didn't have to pay to park. Once parked we never had to drive until we went home. My only issue was in order to get the 2 beach passes, you had to leave your ID which if you wanted to purchase an adult beverage, it would be hard if you didn't look old like me. Other than that, no complaints

If I had to sum it up in one word, I'd say adequate. The place is exactly what I have come to expect from a motel in Seaside, old, run down but clean. The pillows left much to be desired. I had to fold one in half to sleep on it. The office staff was very nice. It was close to where we wanted to be and it had a nice pool which because of rain we never got to use. There was parking on site but it was close quarters and sometimes you had to park in front of someone's room which felt weird. It think its terrible that some people have written on the paneling in the bathroom but that's not the fault of the management.

The place is completely run down, there's mold in the bathroom and the whole place smelled like wet mop for the entirety of our stay. The place looks like it's decaying and the couches were so dirty and stained that we had to put sheets over them in order to sit.

My room was not clean whatsoever! I was afraid to sleep in the bed the sheets were stained. The pull out was disgusting the floor was black the wall were dirty and it was extremely outdated!

What a mistake. Walked in and the first thing I saw was a Shein crotch sticker on the dresser from a bathing suit. Rusty beer bottle opener on the paneling from the 80’s. Dusty and moldy. We both have sinus issues still from the room. AC was dirty. Better off razing the place. I was fleeced - that room wasn’t even worth $40.

Hotel was dirty, walls , bathroom, floors, bed. Ceiling was moldy the toilet was broken and kept rocking back and fourth when used. Bed was broken and the whole place smelled like sewer:( the ONLY good thing was the beach is right in front. Not the best experience good luck to the place.

So, keeping in mind, this is a typical seaside motel; i knew what I was going to get, so this is just me giving an honest review First- WONDERFUL location!! Half block from the boardwalk. Pool is small but very nice, and clean. AC worked, and it didn't smell weird or anything. There is free parking too. The motel is weathered, run-down, doesn't look very well kept either: weeds growing near the pool filter, the gate lock at the pool isn't functional. The room was kind of questionable. Dirty, there were burn holes in the comforters, ceiling tiles were stained and coming undone. Sink and tub were stained, and rust around the room door, and the bathroom mirror. The wood paneling wasn't finished, just weird wood. There were floor tiles missing in the bathroom, and there was a part of the wall missing behind the toilet(I'm guessing for pipe access).

This place was very outdated and dirty. The bathroom sink was cracked in half and rusty. There were no hooks to hang anything. The stove only had 2 aisles that worked. The kitchen chairs were very filthy. The sofa bed had stains, crumbs and sand on it. The bedroom linens were stained and had hair all over them. Thank God we brought our own air mattresses. The nightstand had rust stains from the lamp with a broken lampshade. And to top it off water from the ceiling leaked all over our bags. This place is horrible and should be condemned. It's definitely not worth the money we paid for it. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anybody.

Location was great and that’s where it stops. Outlets looked unsafe, floor was dirty and the coffee pot had old coffee in it. There was a false eyelash stuck to the heater in an extremely obvious place, and the bathroom was stained and dirty. Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, and finding staff for any reason was near impossible. We also dealt with a brand new employee who seemed to have no easily accessible back up. (Not her fault she did try her best.) My kids did really enjoy the pool but it’s quite small. All this being said if you’re looking for a close spot to the beach you don’t really care about this is your spot. This place was good for sleeping (barely) and that was it.

It was old and dusty,other than the refrigerator,I would not use the kitchenette there, and parking was very tight-My wifi didn't work in the apartment and no one could help me and I was told the 2 beds were queen and they were double beds,other than great location to beach and boardwalk,noisy,could not sleep on old creaky small beds,not a restful weekend getaway

It was your typical motel. Parking was scarce and the driveways very narrow. Room was what you'd expect. Double beds were not comfortable and the kitchenette we paid extra for was old and moldy. I would not cook there. Bathroom was good.

An absolute dump that checked us into a room that was already occupied, then left for the night - no overnight staff, no emergency number. Also filthy, old, run down, loud, bugs, and one of the worst beds that has ever tortured my back.

office staff not friendly. door to room would not close properly and stood ajar. Nothing was plugged in -lights, tv etc. TV did not work - waited over 2 hours for motel to get another tv and had only a few channels. In bathroom no toilet paper holder, tub was chipped in various places, shower curtain was not fastened only a little blub to see by. Would never stay there again. Tried to find another room at another hotel but booked up. Well below the average standards.

An absolute dump that checked us into a room that was already occupied, then left for the night - no overnight staff, no emergency number. Also filthy, old, run down, loud, bugs, and one of the worst beds that has ever tortured my back.

Arrived for checkin and no one at check in office. Note on door instructed to go to neighboring motel (surf side) to checkin. Same result. Called and left v/m for both numbers and never received a call.

The staff at this property is incredibly friendly. My family and I have stayed there twice this summer, and we’ve had a great experience. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, but the staff immediately replaced it. The property is also conveniently located.

Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant! Rooms are dated but clean, and the location can’t be beat! I would definitely recommend for a beach getaway!

We stay here every year, always great and quiet. Very short walk to the boardwalk. Room didn't have a microwave when we arrived but we were provided with a brand new one upon request. Courteous and accommodating staff. Will stay again next year.

Anyone with a negative review, must have been expecting a 5 star motel. For the price and location, this motel was perfect. We'll be returning again in a couple weeks. Staff checked us in early so we didn't have to pay to park. Once parked we never had to drive until we went home. My only issue was in order to get the 2 beach passes, you had to leave your ID which if you wanted to purchase an adult beverage, it would be hard if you didn't look old like me. Other than that, no complaints

Great location, we arrived early let us park on site. Got our room and it was very clean! Walked in and instantly smelled freshly washed floors; which was a relief with all the bad reviews I saw! Room is outdated for sure but it didn’t bother us . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you. The staff is extremely nice, room was clean and beds were comfortable hot water worked fine in shower towels provided . No bugs ! Mini fridge worked well, tv also. Beach passes were also provided. We stayed in room 32. Would go back!

The property is dated. The Clorox smell is harsh. Very close to boardwalk and beach. The staff was helpful. Husband left small computer. Called two hours later and they said it wasn’t in room. Not surprised. Will change review if they call and say they found it. Best thing was location!!!

They did not clean the room I was in, did not change the sheets either. Found dirty, extremely long fingernail clippings in the bedsheets and a used cigarette butt, asked for a new room for a refund and they refused. Would never recommend to anybody, will never stay there again.

Floor was more comfortable than the beds ... The roll out mattresses were rusted and mild and full of sand ... Not a single utensil or pot or pan in the suite .. the room was very clean and smelled clean but we left early cause even the kids backs were hurting because of the beds .... If you want extremely close and cheap and don't mind sketchy atmosphere it will work . Staff was very nice but not worth the literally backache... Literally

The staff was friendly and helpful, The amenities were good and useful except the stove. It was very old and scary to use. The AC was excellent. The furniture is old and poor. It should be replaced immediately. The overall experience was okay. The location of the motel is excellent. It’s very close to the boardwalk, the beach as well as Casino Pier.
