The Crossroads Hotel and Suites Irving

Room was super clean, staff remarkably friendly, didn't get to use the jacuzzi tub due to limited time but room was super nice.

Check -in was easy and fast. Only thing was I requested for a first floor room away from stairs It wasnt honored. Although there was an elevator available and I was given a room on the third floor. I was not dissatisfied. It was quiet and not alot of traffic. The best thing I really really appreciated was the fact that their TV services offered the Christian networks. First hotel in over a year that made available theses channels.It was very clean and smelled good. They have work being done overall the property was quiet and decent.Not meaning choices of nearby food choices.I was very surprised at this property and I would stay again.

Walked into the rooms and we’re dirty and stunk

Ich hatte eine Reservierung für EUR 49 dieNacht. Mir wurde gesagt, dass kein Vertrag mit Expedia besteht. Ich musste dann USD 95 pro Nacht zahlen, obwohl über dem Eingang das Laufband rooms from USD 54,90 ankündigte.

I made my reservation months in advance because I knew that it was a busy weekend and I wanted to be prepared. I show up at the front desk on the day of checkin with my reservation/confirmation in hand and the man behind the counter tells me that they won’t honor my reservation and are full. He proceeds to suggest that I should try to book through a competitor’s site, which listed the same thing at a *substantially* higher rate. He left me, my wife and baby with nowhere to sleep during a very busy weekend while trying to scam me into paying more money. Absolute scam artists. I wouldn’t risk staying here again if you paid me. I have now submitted this review four times trying to get it approved. It breaks absolutely none of Expedia’s rules but they keep rejecting it for some reason. I’m beginning to think they encourage this. I won’t ever use this app or this fraudulent company ever again and if this review continues to be blocked I’ll be escalating my complaint in any way I can.
