Was in town for an event nearby. Hotel was great, pool/amenities/breakfast nice, staff very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize it was on a trolley line so bonus was easy transportation to and from the Mission area. Room was spacious and clean. Only one thing I wasn't expecting was the $22 daily parking fee.

I was not impressed with the breakfasts. As a matter of fact we tried the breakfast 4different days. We finally gave up and ate breakfast out the other days we were at the hotel. The oatmeal cereal was lukewarm warm, the bagels were a poor example of a bagel. The eggs were cold. We have eaten at other Courtyards and had excellent food. The room was clean. Most importantly the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Check in was great, staff at front desk was fine. Housekeeping and the level of cleanliness was really, really poor. Housekeeping didn’t come by for four days, even when we were out of the room the great portion of the day. And when housekeeping didn’t come, it was disgusting. Even when we asked the front desk for housekeeping to clean the room all we got was towels set just inside the door of the room. Other than giving us clean towels and a new soap bar, nothing else was clean. Sheets needed to be changed, room needed light vacuuming, garbages needed to by emptied, nothing was done. For the price I was paying it was a very disappointing stay.

Everything was fine except the AC didn’t work for a while and then when we wanted to watch TV, the remote or the TV itself didn’t work properly. When we asked for another remote the staff member who brought one over was very unpleasant.
