This hotel was very comfortable, with all the staff being elegant and providing excellent hospitality. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Ahmedabad. The newest and largest shopping mall in Ahmedabad is within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant is excellent in both taste and service.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Hotel, and my experience was truly wonderful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to access nearby places and attractions. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness every day. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The reception team was professional and ensured that all my needs were taken care of. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The service, ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. .

The room was very dated. You can tell that this hotel was 5-star at some point but it doesn't feel that way currently. Decor was really old and worn. The water pressure in the shower wasn't impressive and the tap to fill up the bath was so slow that I gave up trying to fill it up after 15 minutes. It was ok for the money but I wouldn't stay here again. I think the hotel needs a major revamp for it to call itself 5-star. The staff here were friendly enough but I didn't stay long enough to get to know anyone or interact with them in any meaningful way. Breakfast quality was good and the restaurant manager walked around and made sure everyone was ok and asked if they could help with anything which was nice of him.
