Best Western Plus Amedia Hotel Wien

There were several unfortunate incidents in this hotel. I start with the worst one. This hotel only offers housekeeping if you put the sign. There is no “do not disturb sign” so they are supposed not to disturb otherwise. In the morning at 8.15 they just came inside and went out immediately!!! Even not knocking and waiting for some seconds! When i told the reception about this they just called it a “mistake” and did not even say a simple “sorry”! The other problem, the shower pipe was leaking and it was almost impossible to take a shower. They were not able to fix the shower immediately but they offered to change the room which is OK. Then, almost every time i was leaving room and coming back, the key was deactivated! they said the key was close to your cell phone which is not true as o don’t keep my cards on my phone case.

Die besten Zeiten dieses Hotels sind wohl vorbei. Ich hatte ein Comfortzimmer 228 und kann sagen das die Grösse und das Bett gut waren. Im Bad sind Dusch-Gel und Haar-Shampoo beim Lavabo angebracht so das Mann beim Duschen nicht ran kommt. Die Storen hängen schief und sind sehr Schmutzig. Beim Frühstück ist das Personal total überlastet und wenn Mann gegen ende der Frühstücks Zeit kommt fehlen sehr viele Sachen. Wellness Bereich ist klein aber recht schön.

gut gelegenes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, ruhig, Bäcker, Cafés und Supermarkt direkt neben an, schade nur, dass die Straßenbahn zur Zeit nicht nutzbar da sie renoviert wird, Gebühren für Parkplatz ziemlich hoch- haben daher außerhalb geparkt
