The room was comfortable and the hotel a reasonable distance from most attractions ie circa 30 minute walk or 10 minutes using the clean and reliable public transport. The spa did not seem to be anything to shout about, inaccessible the first few times we tried and then quite small when we went in for a look around.

Die besten Zeiten dieses Hotels sind wohl vorbei. Ich hatte ein Comfortzimmer 228 und kann sagen das die Grösse und das Bett gut waren. Im Bad sind Dusch-Gel und Haar-Shampoo beim Lavabo angebracht so das Mann beim Duschen nicht ran kommt. Die Storen hängen schief und sind sehr Schmutzig. Beim Frühstück ist das Personal total überlastet und wenn Mann gegen ende der Frühstücks Zeit kommt fehlen sehr viele Sachen. Wellness Bereich ist klein aber recht schön.

It was a nice hotel, very friendly reception and the room was pleasant and large. However we had booked for 3 people and they only provided bedding for one person (only one duvet on the double bed and a sofa which was not convertible into a bed). This was fixed after a couple of trips down to the front desk (the phone in the room was not working). A bit more trouble than normal but otherwise OK. The hotel airport shuttle bus was expensive and I would recommend a taxi, Uber or public transport.

Bra hotell, relativt centralt. Eget parkeringsgarage med avgift. Frukosten var bra. Skulle kunna uppdateras och moderniseras men kändes ändå väldigt fräscht.

So I was staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station as in my case I had to go to the airport because of an Assessment. The fact that it’s close to the city center and public transport is a great plus. Unfortunately my stay wasn’t really as I had hoped. First, the walls between each room (I was staying at the 5th floor) are very thin so out of 3 nights there were 2 where I couldn’t sleep until at least 1 AM as I could hear people talking and walking very easily. Another issue is that there is currently a construction site near the hotel which makes it very noisy from 7 AM in the morning until somewhere around 6pm. At last and that’s a real shame, there is no restaurant apart from breakfast which also wasn’t the greatest for the price of 16 euros. Thankfully there are a few options very close to the hotel. But overall really quite a bad experience especially for a 4 star hotel for which I had quite high expectations in terms of comfort.

Sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel le petit dejeuner est tres bienproduits de qualite et du choix un jus d orange pressé serait un plus. L hotel quoique un peu excentré est tres bien desservi par le bus et le tram centre ville en 10 minutes. La chambre ne merite selon nous pas le 4 etoiles les rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment larges pour occulter la lumiere c est tres inconfortable le reglage du pomeau de douche ne fonctionne pas une seule chaise et un canapé nous avions reserve une chambre avec baignoire non respecté. Le spa est tres agreable mais ouvert uniquement de 18h a 23h.

Das Bett war nicht für die dritte Person vorbereitet, die Bettdecke und das Kissen waren nicht mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer waren keine Hygienebeutel und das Spiegel war schmutzig. Nach 6:30 war es sehr laut von der Baustelle gegenüber.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig, durch die Bushaltestelle und dadurch Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist Mittelmaß...Frühstück muß dort nicht sein. Schräg gegenüber Bäckereifiliale mit günstigem Frühstück !! Personal in der Rezeption von sehr freundlich bis total muffelig. Zimmer nicht groß, aber alles vorhanden. Bad sauber, aber die Seifenspender suboptimal...kommt kaum was raus...Alles in Allem würde ich wegen der Lage hier wieder buchen

My relatively low rating is solely due to the poor room that I've been given, I think that with a different room this properly easily gets a 5* from me. Being on the first floor and facing the street where apparently taxi drivers like to gather and share laughs it got very noisy until very late. Closing the windows did not help and made the room very hot as the A/C could not blow cold air regardless of the settings that we tried, it seemed to always stay on heating. The shower want sealed properly and the bathroom got flooded after each shower. The toilet often didn't refill itself. The soap dispenser constantly got detached. Everything that I describe is specific to one room, I had a bad experience with it but I think that overall the hotel is great

Family suite with bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed not meant for sleeping. Very uncomfortable. Room was big enough to have a proper bed and a sofa. I would rather have a proper bed to sleep in than a sofa. Television was on its last legs. Had white dots across the whole screen. Door handle to enter room was coming off. Bathtub with a half glass makes it very difficult to take a shower without getting the floor outside the bathtub all wet. Bathtub deep and very inconvenient for seniors to get in and out. Not even a handle to get in and out of the bathtub for seniors.

Ci siamo trovati nel complesso bene. Ben collegato coi mezzi (a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della S7 che collega all'aeroporto, fermata dell'autobus a 50 metri e metro a 10 minuti a piedi). Check in e check out veloci. Le ragazze al desk molto gentili. Stanza molto grande anche per 4 persone. Purtroppo le due poltrone letto per i ragazzi non erano comodissime. Per il prezzo pagato sinceramente ci aspettavamo di meglio da un albergo. Grande il letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo apprezzato il frigo in stanza dove poter mettere le proprie cose. Nel hall comodi distributori per bibite e snack. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in albergo. Proprio accanto all'ingresso c'è un supermercato Lidl e dall'altra parte della strada il panificio Akner dove poter fare colazione. In zona diversi ristoranti. Siamo rimasti 3 notti ma il secondo giorno, non abbiamo capito il perché, la stanza non è stata rifatta.

The hotel is outdated, descriptions and especially pictures on the booking website do not match. The hotel explained that the room pictures are not actual pictures but more a reference. Paid almost 40% more for a room type which showed a sitting area with a sofa and the room did not have a sofa or a sitting area. Everything is very tight, they have 3 twin beds which will be in the room even if you book something else. Furniture is partially broken and neither the AC nor the heat is working. You can only circulate air. When I asked about the heat, they placed a small room heater. The AC system stayed off for the entire Hotel to safe money. They seem to have certain month in the year where they allow usage. But a heatwave or a cold front will not trigger a change.

I've stayed here perhaps 6-8 times on my stopovers at VIE. Only 6 stops on the S7 train from the airport. Good food on the same street, too. Front desk staff has always been friendly and efficient, too.

The location is fantastic, hotel rooms are decent size for a city centre property, but the staff lack communication both whime checking in and out. No one asked if we needed any further assistance or when we checked out how was the stay etc...

Two bus loads of tourists showed up at same time as us. 45 minutes later we got checked in. Air conditioning didn’t work asked to get fixed and I didn’t know if anyone even looked at it. Two very hot nights in the room. Don’t expect much

We rent 2 rooms for 7 people; we stayed at this hotel for the total of 3 nights. The rooms nice n cleaned. The location were so convenient to get to buses, train, grocery stores, restaurants and mall. There were many grocery stores and restaurants some only a few mins walk distance. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we ever plan to come back this way.

The property was somewhat dated and could do with a spring clean. The staff were very curt when we arrived just before the midnight deadline due to flight problems and wanted a 10 Euro deposit for a conversion plug for our room (luckily we carry our own. We did not see much of the staff during our stay; It fulfilled what we needed. We did not get the drinks credit advertised. The staff said there was not one so at midnight we didn't argue and concentrated on enjoying our holiday. Wein was very nice and we will go back again

There were several unfortunate incidents in this hotel. I start with the worst one. This hotel only offers housekeeping if you put the sign. There is no “do not disturb sign” so they are supposed not to disturb otherwise. In the morning at 8.15 they just came inside and went out immediately!!! Even not knocking and waiting for some seconds! When i told the reception about this they just called it a “mistake” and did not even say a simple “sorry”! The other problem, the shower pipe was leaking and it was almost impossible to take a shower. They were not able to fix the shower immediately but they offered to change the room which is OK. Then, almost every time i was leaving room and coming back, the key was deactivated! they said the key was close to your cell phone which is not true as o don’t keep my cards on my phone case.

We booked this room for pne night because we were here for Taylor Swift. Very nice stay. Everything was easy and relaxing. Easy walk to Belvedere palaces and close to the bus line for Innere Stadt. Easy to get to Wien Hauptbahnhof.

Everything was great, staying here. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Location is nice and central. You can either walk the 20/30 minutes into the centre or jump the 74a from outside the hotel which takes you directly into the centre. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Vienna. Great place.

All good. Very close to public transport options and bus-stand. City is easily accesible and so is the train station for coming in/leaving out of the city. A water cooler/dispenser at every floor will go long way in making the already good hotel great.

Ich möchte wissen woher die 4 Sterne kommen. Maximal 2-3 Sterne Nur Badewanne vorhanden. Mini Kleideregal, kein Schrank Frühstück kleine Auswahl, kein Fisch, nur 2 Marmeladen, kein gek.Schinken, keine Spiegeleier, Brotauswahl zum schämen . Nur Toastbrot und weiche lätschige Brötchen. So I was staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station as in my case I had to go to the airport because of an Assessment. The fact that it’s close to the city center and public transport is a great plus. Unfortunately my stay wasn’t really as I had hoped. First, the walls between each room (I was staying at the 5th floor) are very thin so out of 3 nights there were 2 where I couldn’t sleep until at least 1 AM as I could hear people talking and walking very easily. Another issue is that there is currently a construction site near the hotel which makes it very noisy from 7 AM in the morning until somewhere around 6pm. At last and that’s a real shame, there is no restaurant apart from breakfast which also wasn’t the greatest for the price of 16 euros. Thankfully there are a few options very close to the hotel. But overall really quite a bad experience especially for a 4 star hotel for which I had quite high expectations in terms of comfort.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig, durch die Bushaltestelle und dadurch Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist Mittelmaß...Frühstück muß dort nicht sein. Schräg gegenüber Bäckereifiliale mit günstigem Frühstück !! Personal in der Rezeption von sehr freundlich bis total muffelig. Zimmer nicht groß, aber alles vorhanden. Bad sauber, aber die Seifenspender suboptimal...kommt kaum was raus...Alles in Allem würde ich wegen der Lage hier wieder buchen

Sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel le petit dejeuner est tres bienproduits de qualite et du choix un jus d orange pressé serait un plus. L hotel quoique un peu excentré est tres bien desservi par le bus et le tram centre ville en 10 minutes. La chambre ne merite selon nous pas le 4 etoiles les rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment larges pour occulter la lumiere c est tres inconfortable le reglage du pomeau de douche ne fonctionne pas une seule chaise et un canapé nous avions reserve une chambre avec baignoire non respecté. Le spa est tres agreable mais ouvert uniquement de 18h a 23h.

Die besten Zeiten dieses Hotels sind wohl vorbei. Ich hatte ein Comfortzimmer 228 und kann sagen das die Grösse und das Bett gut waren. Im Bad sind Dusch-Gel und Haar-Shampoo beim Lavabo angebracht so das Mann beim Duschen nicht ran kommt. Die Storen hängen schief und sind sehr Schmutzig. Beim Frühstück ist das Personal total überlastet und wenn Mann gegen ende der Frühstücks Zeit kommt fehlen sehr viele Sachen. Wellness Bereich ist klein aber recht schön.
