Grand Hotel Mumbai - Ballard Estate, Fort

Es un hotel demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, el servicio muy malo, cero disponibilidad. La recepción aparenta un hotel lujoso, pero llegando a las piezas un hotel de 1 estrella. Los pasillos mojados (y resbaloso, por cierto). El desayuno con muy pocas opciones de comida. A pesar de ser un lugar tranquilo, entraba mucho ruido y sonidos de las calles. Y para nuestra mala suerte, nos tocó una vecina de habitación que gritaba y se reía todas las noches.

Perfect location to visit south of Mumbai. A soft renovation of rooms could enhance the experience. Staff at restaurant very friendly. Breakfast basic. Price per night in the upper range, but perhaps typical for Mumbai. Other places in India seem to have lower prices.

Perfect location for us to catch a ship the next day. Very accommodating staff. Large, comfortable room, if slightly dated. Would stay again without hesitation.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. The rooms and general hotel ambiance were very English colonial. The location was very close to the cruise terminal. The room floor was not clean. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room.

Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai.
