Wonderful stay! Hosts are friendly and genuine. Gorgeous sunrise view from the upper deck or walk across the street to the seaside park. Fun and interesting eclectic decor…including a knight in armor on horseback! Lush garden area…lovely place! 😍

Check-in was smooth and Jinny is very kind and gave us detailed information of the facilities. And the 5:30 happy-hour complimentary wine/beer and snacks is a Plus！

Unique rooms with plenty of common areas to explore. The deck is set up to watch rocket launches and there is a nice covered patio to sit on. The massage chair was a bonus. They cook a nice breakfast, too.

So much to say about this great B & B. I love to stay at unique places and only do hotels when there is no other option. We were on a girls weekend to do the Mammoth March on Christmas so this was just 20 minutes away. The personal attention to us, specifically with going above and beyond packing us to go breakfasts ( 1 was even GF because of my daughter ) when Shelley heard we would miss breakfast because of our early race time. The hot tub was ready but we didn't get to use cause we were too tired unfortunately. We were in the Black Pearl which is huge... the beds were very comfortable and the use of the fridge in the hall was a bonus. Everyone was super friendly, even the guests. I know that if we do the run again next year we are definitely staying here again and if we can work on a launch inbetween we shall be back for that too. Can't wait to come back to the Coquina ❤️

This is a very fun place. Cast iron and tin toys everywhere in the common areas. The beds were comfortable. The location was safe and the view of the St John's river was spectacular. You can't get a better view of a rocket launch.

Our stay here was so incredible. We were visiting the Kennedy space center and decided to book this B&B. We are so happy we did. From the home cooked breakfast to the relaxing hot tub. The decor and vibe were to die for. We will for sure be back!

It was a beautiful place. The owner was very accommodating. I actually booked it on accident and decided to stay anyway because of the "homey" feel and vibe. The staff was very personable and friendly. We were in the largest room on the third floor and it was like we were the only ones there. There was a beautiful garden, koi pond and balcony overlooking the river. An awesome restaurant in walking distance. Highly recommend 😊

My wife and I stayed there for the first time. Owners and staff were very friendly great breakfast snacks available any time. Happy hour between 5:30-6:30 o Clean rooms. Have a view of nasa launch pads from 2nd floor deck. Owners told us of a scheduled launch of a rocket the next day. It went off that was the icing on the cake. we got some great videos. The other guest were very friendly. We would stay there again highly Recomended .

All the staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay a delight. The decor of each room exquisite, and the feeling of the old hotel (very updated) permeates everything.

I really wish I could give this property 0 stars. If my husband and I didn’t have plans at Kennedy Space Center to see the live 7:30 launch (we would have left this place Immediately). First Impression (dirty, seen a huge live cockroach in our room), clutter everywhere and just old and dirty. After 2 days of staying in this place, I got two ringworms on my skin from this dirty place, that the doctor said could have came from the sheets, their towels, or bathtub). Stay here at your own risk! The positive Crystal (one of the employees) is outstanding and goes out of her way to accommodate people. Anat (needs a new profession) customer service is lacking. Working in Bed and Breakfast is NOT something she needs to be doing! ****Ask yourself, will you bring your mom to a filthy place to stay**** Book at your own risk..

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Comfy bed, great place to watch a rocket launch, good food, extra towels everywhere, quiet room, with a good Mexican restaurant next door. We met some lovely people, too! We felt very safe and at home in this interesting house. We’ll be back!

The check in was fast, the breakfast was very good, the close proximity to Kennedy Space Center was great and the happy hour was fun to be able to meet the other guests and share. However, the beds were very soft, the window A/C was 2 feet from the bed and extremely noisy, the TV was tiny, and the shower had very limited pressure. The grounds could have been quite lovely but have been neglected for years. The decor is extremely eclectic and loaded.

This property is very unique and reasonably priced. The building dates back to the 1920's and houses an exquisite collection of old metal and wood trucks and other toys, to name a few. The bed in our room, was very comfortable and the bathroom was quaint but comfy also, with a claw foot tub/shower. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was de-lish! We will definitely be back!!

A unique B&B near Kennedy Space Center. Filled with eclectic antiques and decorations. Nice staff. They have a nice deck where you can watch scheduled rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. The rooms have good privacy, but overall, the place needs updating. But if you’re looking for an alternative to the chain hotels, this is it.

We chose this while visiting Kennedy Space Center. From the balcony you can see it across the water. It is 1927 charm. Somewhat quirky but comfortable, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy here but very happy we made the choice.

This B and B has eight rooms, all with different themes. Ours was the Lighthouse Suite and was decorated in that theme. Very comfortable and lots of room, including a kitchen, living room, bath, and bedroom. Beautifully decorated! Breakfast was very good. Perfect location to watch a launch. Staff was very nice and efficient.

We enjoyed this delightful B&B. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and interesting. There are surprising treasures everywhere to look at, like NASA rocket pictures, a larger than life-sized horse with an armored man on it, an antique red telephone box. The staff, Crystal and Anat, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning!

It is also perfect for those who love the charm and character of old buildings. The family that runs this B&B is wonderful and makes you feel at home from the first minute you arrive. Coffee is plentiful, and if you want to bring your K-cups, there are several machines available for use. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable. You will sleep well at this B&B. Breakfast is freshly cooked and different every morning. Both mornings, the breakfasts were delicious. Before our arrival, the hostess called to ask if we had any dietary restrictions. I thought this was very thoughtful. It is a neat place and I will definitely stay there again.

An interesting unique stay but not great. Positives: location for the space center and good food next door in the Mexican restaurant. Negatives: Noisy creaky beds, noisy railway tooting in the night, no curtains so a very light room. Difficult to get any sleep, Limited choice for breakfast. Get what your given, no options.

This was a unique place. First, the "inn keepers" were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Second, the bed was super comfortable and the rooms were all unique in their own way(we were able to see them all) which is good so we know which one to pick for our next visit there. Good food and GREAT cookies!! We will definitely be back!

We chose this while visiting Kennedy Space Center. From the balcony you can see it across the water. It is 1927 charm. Somewhat quirky but comfortable, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy here but very happy we made the choice.

A very different experience than we have ever had before which is the result of the character and charm of the property. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I really wish I could give this property 0 stars. If my husband and I didn’t have plans at Kennedy Space Center to see the live 7:30 launch (we would have left this place Immediately). First Impression (dirty, seen a huge live cockroach in our room), clutter everywhere and just old and dirty. After 2 days of staying in this place, I got two ringworms on my skin from this dirty place, that the doctor said could have came from the sheets, their towels, or bathtub). Stay here at your own risk! The positive Crystal (one of the employees) is outstanding and goes out of her way to accommodate people. Anat (needs a new profession) customer service is lacking. Working in Bed and Breakfast is NOT something she needs to be doing! ****Ask yourself, will you bring your mom to a filthy place to stay**** Book at your own risk..

We enjoyed this delightful B&B. The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and interesting. There are surprising treasures everywhere to look at, like NASA rocket pictures, a larger than life-sized horse with an armored man on it, an antique red telephone box. The staff, Crystal and Anat, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning!

It is also perfect for those who love the charm and character of old buildings. The family that runs this B&B is wonderful and makes you feel at home from the first minute you arrive. Coffee is plentiful, and if you want to bring your K-cups, there are several machines available for use. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable. You will sleep well at this B&B. Breakfast is freshly cooked and different every morning. Both mornings, the breakfasts were delicious. Before our arrival, the hostess called to ask if we had any dietary restrictions. I thought this was very thoughtful. It is a neat place and I will definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely stay at Ginny & Dennis’s B& B, they were very warm and friendly. Accommodation was homely and personal. Can’t thank them enough for sharing their rocket viewing balcony and information with us.

Wonderful stay! Hosts are friendly and genuine. Gorgeous sunrise view from the upper deck or walk across the street to the seaside park. Fun and interesting eclectic decor…including a knight in armor on horseback! Lush garden area…lovely place! 😍

Great B&B to stay at prior to our cruise departure in Port Canaveral. Our family of five stayed in the Black Pearl on the third floor, which worked out well with plenty of room for all of us. It is located on the third floor, so it was tough to bring the luggage up, but we got it up there and it was fine. They do offer shuttle service to the port, but we didn't know when we booked, so just know that if you are looking for a "stay and park" Casa Coquina offers a ride to the port, so call them directly if you are interested. Definitely recommend this place if wanting a comfortable stay!

This is a very fun place. Cast iron and tin toys everywhere in the common areas. The beds were comfortable. The location was safe and the view of the St John's river was spectacular. You can't get a better view of a rocket launch.

It was a beautiful place. The owner was very accommodating. I actually booked it on accident and decided to stay anyway because of the "homey" feel and vibe. The staff was very personable and friendly. We were in the largest room on the third floor and it was like we were the only ones there. There was a beautiful garden, koi pond and balcony overlooking the river. An awesome restaurant in walking distance. Highly recommend 😊

A unique B&B near Kennedy Space Center. Filled with eclectic antiques and decorations. Nice staff. They have a nice deck where you can watch scheduled rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. The rooms have good privacy, but overall, the place needs updating. But if you’re looking for an alternative to the chain hotels, this is it.

I did enjoy my stay here! We arrived late and were given detailed instructions on how to enter the building and get into our room. The cookies waiting in the cookie jar were awesome! The breakfast was delicious the next morning, too. The only thing that I have to say was a negative was that the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise, I loved the eclectic decorations in the room and throughout the common areas! The gal who served us our breakfast was also very nice!

This B and B has eight rooms, all with different themes. Ours was the Lighthouse Suite and was decorated in that theme. Very comfortable and lots of room, including a kitchen, living room, bath, and bedroom. Beautifully decorated! Breakfast was very good. Perfect location to watch a launch. Staff was very nice and efficient.

So much to say about this great B & B. I love to stay at unique places and only do hotels when there is no other option. We were on a girls weekend to do the Mammoth March on Christmas so this was just 20 minutes away. The personal attention to us, specifically with going above and beyond packing us to go breakfasts ( 1 was even GF because of my daughter ) when Shelley heard we would miss breakfast because of our early race time. The hot tub was ready but we didn't get to use cause we were too tired unfortunately. We were in the Black Pearl which is huge... the beds were very comfortable and the use of the fridge in the hall was a bonus. Everyone was super friendly, even the guests. I know that if we do the run again next year we are definitely staying here again and if we can work on a launch inbetween we shall be back for that too. Can't wait to come back to the Coquina ❤️

An interesting unique stay but not great. Positives: location for the space center and good food next door in the Mexican restaurant. Negatives: Noisy creaky beds, noisy railway tooting in the night, no curtains so a very light room. Difficult to get any sleep, Limited choice for breakfast. Get what your given, no options.
