I have stayed here several times, stayed here for 1 night and had a phenomal dinner. The pork osso was incredible. Only issue is the parking, habe to park in front before checking in and then walk a block to the secure parking garage. The decor could use some updating.

I had a wonderful stay! The building inside and out was tremendously beautiful and classically appointed. The concierge made a lap pool reservation for me so I was able to swim laps for an hour, a luxury for me.

THE GOOD:The front desk people were amazing, super helpful and kind, top notch service. The room was clean, and beds were super soft and conformable. I can not say enough about how wonderful the front desk people are. THE BAD: Very dated rooms, and a little funky.... I was wondering who's children did the remodeling? lol Crazy tiny bathroom sinks and bathrooms. In fairness we did want to stay in a very old hotel, and we definitely got that. There was only one tiny TV in the room and set to Spanish, which I fixed back to English(you're welcome). THE UGLY: What i really didn't like is that you have to make an appointment to swim and the hours are very limited, which the swimming pool is the main reason for staying there. I wasn't able to swim or see the pool, I ran out of time. FYI: Yoga class are on a schedule and you have to pay extra for that. I never went to any of the restaurants or got coffee.

Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.

The room was fine- it was clean. The hotel itself was old and musty. It had some charm, but definitely needs some upgrades. Parking is awful. It is several blocks from the hotel in a sketchy garage. I would not have felt comfortable walking to and from the garage to hotel if I was by myself.

The rooms need repair. Paint is chipped. There are Holes in the bathroom where old fixtures were removed. Cabinets in bathrooms are old and need replaced. But the rooms were very clean!

We reserved a suite. The furniture seemed like it had been recycled and was overly worn. The temperature could not be maintained and was either very cold or over 80 degrees. The bathroom door fell off the top hinge, including the screws and we could not shut the door for most of the weekend. The workmanship on the fixtures and finishes was very crude. The light switch plate in the bathroom was even crooked. There is no number, code or direct line for room service and when the front desk was called, they transferred but no one would answer. Finally after 30 minutes we got the front desk person to write down the order and take it to the kitchen, where it then took 45 minutes to get eggs/toast. They never picked up the tray and it laid in the hallway for a day and a half. The hallways were freezing.

Have stayed twice before to attend Candle Light concerts next door. I was unprepared for how shabby room 410 was. It was apparently a "Vintage" room but the veneer furniture was just horrible. Not at all representative of the Spokane Club. The room was also very dusty.

It was an amazing trip! The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. The only complaint is that housekeeping doesn’t clean the windows behind the pull down blinds. There was a lot of spider webs and bugs present that hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time in our room (311). Other than that, we will be back for another stay!

The room we were booked in 1st night was a corner 4th floor road noise from traffic and late night road racing kept us awake until 2am then traffic resumed at 7 so 3hrs sleep both had earplugs in and it was still intolerable. next night they relocated us to the room next door with fan on high to drown out some road noise And earplugs it was still unacceptable got 6 hrs sleep. These rooms should not be rented at any price. we have had a good nights sleep in other off street rooms in the past.

I guess I just had higher expectations based on the photos before we arrived. Beautiful on the outside. Very average on the inside. Food at the restaurant was less than ideal. TV didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Cost $14 to park which was absurd if I’m already paying to stay at the hotel. It worked for 1 night though.

The room stayed in was hotter than Death Valley. Tried to open the ưu Dow but was completely bolted down. Air conditioning wasn’t working and was told no other room to switch us to. Has to open the front door to get some air in but couldn’t leave it open since ut was late at night. We paid a lot for it and would have been better off staying at the motel 6. Never ever again.

The restaurant was excellent. Fitness facilities excellent. Overall nice experience and loved the historic atmosphere. However, the bathrooms need updating and the floors should be better insulated. Lots of noise from upstairs. Overall good experience.

The property is a classic old building in downtown Spokane. The community rooms are comfy and well taken care of. Our hotel room needs to be updated. The thermostat and heating - old, the bed - saggy, the bathroom toilet extremely low and other fixtures old. Staff were fantastic in every way, especially Simon and Angela.

The architecture of the facility is beautiful! However, the bathroom fixtures need updating. The toilet was super low, had a split seat and commercial flusher rather than residential type finishes. The air-conditioning was nonexistent. It was gorgeous outside and the coolest we could get the room was 77 degrees.

I was hesitant at first because I typically stay at more modern hotels when in the Spokane area, but the vibe and customer service made this property shine. We were at the property for graduation and everyone was so kind from wait staff, bartenders, front desk staff. The gym is great, highly recommend taking advantage of allllll the amenities, when we had a challenge with the temperature control in our room the staff quickly made adjustments to our window. There was a nice open space for our family and friends to gather. The property was in easy walking distance of many sites and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful to the staff. Ps we loved learning the history of the property

I was hesitant at first because I typically stay at more modern hotels when in the Spokane area, but the vibe and customer service made this property shine. We were at the property for graduation and everyone was so kind from wait staff, bartenders, front desk staff. The gym is great, highly recommend taking advantage of allllll the amenities, when we had a challenge with the temperature control in our room the staff quickly made adjustments to our window. I loved that it was a renovated room in an historic property. Very well done … also, it’s a real members club and the staff was excellent. Understated elegance. Only issue was guest room blinds that didn’t fully close, letting in ambient outside/street light. Luckily, I’m an early riser … so no big deal. Great access to riverside trail, riverside park/falls and downtown venues. Restaurants were delightful. I would definitely stay there in future visits.

The room was fine- it was clean. The hotel itself was old and musty. It had some charm, but definitely needs some upgrades. Parking is awful. It is several blocks from the hotel in a sketchy garage. I would not have felt comfortable walking to and from the garage to hotel if I was by myself.

Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.

I stay at the Spokane club often in that I travel to Spokane for work. It is so historic, and the staff is amazing. I’ve had to change rooms and they were on it. I had trouble with getting the television to work and they came right up and fixed it. The location is supreme if you don’t mind walking a block to Riverfront Park mall. And the workout facility is the best I have found. The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious and the staff, especially love Katie, is fantastic!

I have stayed here several times, stayed here for 1 night and had a phenomal dinner. The pork osso was incredible. Only issue is the parking, habe to park in front before checking in and then walk a block to the secure parking garage. The decor could use some updating.

I guess I just had higher expectations based on the photos before we arrived. Beautiful on the outside. Very average on the inside. Food at the restaurant was less than ideal. TV didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Cost $14 to park which was absurd if I’m already paying to stay at the hotel. It worked for 1 night though.

I loved this hotel. I was so glad that I didn't pay double the price to stay at the Marriott. I loved the incredible gym and smoothie bar. The people that worked at the front desk were so helpful and nice. They made me feel like a member of a private club, not a customer.

We reserved a suite. The furniture seemed like it had been recycled and was overly worn. The temperature could not be maintained and was either very cold or over 80 degrees. The bathroom door fell off the top hinge, including the screws and we could not shut the door for most of the weekend. The workmanship on the fixtures and finishes was very crude. The light switch plate in the bathroom was even crooked. There is no number, code or direct line for room service and when the front desk was called, they transferred but no one would answer. Finally after 30 minutes we got the front desk person to write down the order and take it to the kitchen, where it then took 45 minutes to get eggs/toast. They never picked up the tray and it laid in the hallway for a day and a half. The hallways were freezing.

The Spokesman Club is my favorite place to stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The use of the gym is a daily must for me. It’s not like being in a traditional hotel, it’s got food options and it’s a short walk to downtown.

Beautiful style. Nicholas and Hannah were so helpful with getting us settled. We arrived so late (12:10 a.m.), but Nicholas assured us that it was completely fine. I truly felt like I had been there before, they greeted us so warmly. We were attending a concert in the area and arrived back the following night well after midnight. Again, a different gentleman was working the front desk, he wore glasses, but I didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag. He welcomed us like it was three in the afternoon. So kind. The rooms were absolutely clean. The gym and pool were outstanding! If you have the chance, walk around the neighbourhood, and take a camera or your phone (at night it's stunning {especially the cathedral})!! Parking is off-site, half a block away.
