MarBella is a high quality hotel, with extensive facilities, all-inclusive board and a range of dining options. Staff were all both professional as well as warm and friendly helping make the stay even more enjoyable. A choice of pool or beach for lazy days and a range of restaurants make for a nice choice of meals. Since I last visited, the hotel has migrated to an all-inclusive offer, which contained a wide range of drink options to select from. On this visit, there was a very high proportion of families with pre-school children (which made some meals noisy), but overall an excellent hotel and I would love to return in future.

Overall the hotel is nice, surrounded by mountains with spectacular sea view. It’s newly refurbished, especially the rooms were beautifully designed. Pros: Access to restaurant dining, the food was delicious in most places Additional perks if you have booked superior stay (e.g. boat trip, small treatment in their SPA, beach bag, little presents for kids etc.) Kids aqua park (water in the pool could have been wormer though) Cons As the hotel recently opened after winter, we felt that the hotel was understaffed and some of the amenities were not available (yoga sessions, wine testing, restaurants closed etc.) Kids club was at a very poor standards, little choice of kids activities, lack of organisation and late events, staff not trained. The hotel complex is built into a hill overlooking the sea so there are beautiful views from almost everywhere. All people working at the hotel are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. All facilities are well looked after and very clean. We loved our sunset cruise one evening and the water sports and air conditioned gym. All in all, it was great stay.

Beautiful property, very well designed. Excellent pools and beach. Great food and drink. Two minor gripes - main buffet restaurant needs a redo furniture old and not in keeping with exceptional standards elsewhere - staff in here very moody. Second issue is wasps

A very big hotel, the decor indoors and outdoors is beautiful. The food was very good with buffet and a la carte restaurants, the drinks and cocktails included were also very good as well. My husband has a problem with one of his legs and they were very kind to provide transport to the beach. Service was excellent. Swimming in the sea is amazing. The only problem is the entretaining in the evening. There is no lively music, so if you are travelling with teenagers or young adults you only have the option of playing cards and drinking cocktails to a jazzy not very well known background music. Make it a bit more lively !!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at a MarBella property and again we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food options are all delicious. We had a bungalow with private pool and would definitely choose this option again. It’s an easy transfer from the airport and I look forward to booking again for next year.

Overall great hotel. Be prepared to walk as this hotel is located in the hill and spans multiple levels. Broken lifts made it difficult getting around. We had a room with a private pool which was great but the open plan bathroom layout was not ideal for a family of four.

Fantastic family friendly hotel. Not too “kids orientated” - great balance! Various pools to choose from. Non motorised water sports complimentary every day for 30 mins. Various options for dietary requirements. If you visit the Asian restaurant is a must!

Loved the resort and how big it felt. Had a great private beach. My only comment was the reception ladies felt a little off 1/4 of the ones we dealt with seemed genuine and nice. Loved the a la carte restaurant kuzina

Unser 7-tägiger Aufenthalt im Marbella Hotel war leider nicht ganz so, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Das Buffetrestaurant ließ zu wünschen übrig, mit dreckigen und wackeligen Tischen und Stühlen sowie billigem, verbogenem Geschirr. Obwohl das Essen im Allgemeinen gut war, wirkten die Nachspeisen schnell unappetitlich, wenn sich bereits viele Gäste daran bedient hatten. Die A-la-carte-Restaurants boten eine bessere Erfahrung, jedoch war auch hier die Sauberkeit nicht einwandfrei. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, das Toilettenpapier dünn und die Minibar enthielt lediglich eine Dose stilles Wasser und ein Schweppes. Die Bäder in den frisch renovierten Zimmern wirkten alt und die Badewanne mit Dusche war sehr eng. Die Hotelanlage zeigte gemischte Eindrücke von gepflegten Ecken bis hin zu heruntergekommenen und vernachlässigten Bereichen. Die Lage des Hotels war gut und mit einem Mietwagen ließ sich die Insel einfach erkunden, jedoch war der steile Weg zum Strand nicht besonders lohnenswert, insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Personal war uneinheitlich motiviert, was zu einer inkonsistenten Serviceerfahrung führte. Die Getränkeauswahl war hochwertig, das Essen im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Insgesamt würden wir dem Marbella Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben. Mit renovierten Zimmern und besserer Sauberkeit könnte es vielleicht ein 4-Sterne-Niveau erreichen, aber aktuell liegt es aus unserer Sicht irgendwo zwischen 3-4 Sternen.

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

The staff and service generally were excellent- special mention to the cleaning and housekeeping team who were out in force early in the morning making sure common areas were spotless! Food was good especially the Mediterranean buffet (Kuzina) lunch and breakfast area. Pool and beach club areas great and generally easy to find a lounger and clean towels. Good service from the water sports team also. All in all a relaxing and pleasant stay with no complaints

Das Hotel ist generell recht schön gestaltet. Sauberkeit ist gut, lediglich von dem Kinderpool ist definitiv abzuraten. Dieser war zu unserer Zeit milchig weiß und somit für uns ein no-go. Manche Urlauber nehmen auch Eis und Getränke mit in den Pool, evtl. lag es daran. Was uns sehr gestört hat ist die Unfreundlichkeit der meisten Angestellten. Unserem Wunsch draußen zu sitzen wurde oftmals als "nicht möglich" geantwortet, erst auf Nachfrage warum war es dann doch okay. Die Teller werden nicht abgeräumt, sodass wir diese oft selber weggebracht haben um für den nächsten Gang Platz zu haben. Mein Sohn hat auch einmal im Kozina ein Getränk verschüttet, hier waren 3 (!) Kellner in umittelbarer Nähe und haben es gekonnt ignoriert, sodass wir uns von Ihrem Servicepult selbst bedient haben, um Tisch und Boden zu säubern. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Strandservice per App, hier kommt die Bestellung wirklich prompt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, ebenso die Speisenauswahl. Für kulinarische Höhenflüge war nichts geboten. Das Hotel ist generell recht schön gestaltet. Sauberkeit ist gut, lediglich von dem Kinderpool ist definitiv abzuraten. Dieser war zu unserer Zeit milchig weiß und somit für uns ein no-go. Manche Urlauber nehmen auch Eis und Getränke mit in den Pool, evtl. lag es daran. Was uns sehr gestört hat ist die Unfreundlichkeit der meisten Angestellten. Unserem Wunsch draußen zu sitzen wurde oftmals als "nicht möglich" geantwortet, erst auf Nachfrage warum war es dann doch okay. Die Teller werden nicht abgeräumt, sodass wir diese oft selber weggebracht haben um für den nächsten Gang Platz zu haben. Mein Sohn hat auch einmal im Kozina ein Getränk verschüttet, hier waren 3 (!) Kellner in umittelbarer Nähe und haben es gekonnt ignoriert, sodass wir uns von Ihrem Servicepult selbst bedient haben, um Tisch und Boden zu säubern. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch der Strandservice per App, hier kommt die Bestellung wirklich prompt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, ebenso die Speisenauswahl. Für kulinarische Höhenflüge war nichts geboten. A beautiful hotel with wonderful food and friendly staff. The room, grounds, public areas and restaurants were always immaculately clean. The restaurant provided excellent gluten free options and always offered to make fresh food to avoid cross contamination due to being coeliac. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and has lots of steps and steep hills so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. There is also nothing around close by for those who enjoy venturing out, but everything you need is available within the grounds. The food was great quality both at the pool and in the restaurant. The drinks were branded and the cocktail list extensive. The water park was an excellent addition. Both the main pools were 1.4m deep all round which was a slight issue with younger children but there was a shallower kids pool at the water park. The only grumble was that the hotel shop was selling inflatables for around 11 euros. We discovered only after purchasing them that they were not allowed in the pools and therefore couldn’t understand why they were selling them! Overall a wonderful, tranquil hotel highly recommended for a peaceful break where you will be treated like royalty.

En general el hotel es un 10 los empleados todos en todo momento muy muy amables en especial un chico en la playa alex creo que es mejor empleado que pueden tener, la comida y el todo incluido un 10 , lo único que no me gusto nada es el tipo de habitación yo pague mucho más por una habitación con vista al mar y efectivamente tenía vista pero a los árboles un poco el mar lo cual si me decepciono mucho ya que decidí pagar un poco más por la vista y no la recibí así, por lo demás el hotel es un excelente lugar y merece totalmente la pena

I love staying with the Mar-Bella Collection. The staff are always so nice and helpful and the property is in such great condition. We’ve stayed in the Bungalow pool rooms for the last few years and absolutely love it (though the room pools aren’t heated). The food is also really nice and great choices for kids and fussy eaters.

The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Absolutely Stunning property, and great staff. However, any other than top tier rooms look, feel and configured like motel 8 ( and we booked their premium room with sea view). Showers and sinks don’t drain and it feels like the rooms have not been updated since 1975. Also, if you don’t want to feel like you’re on a cruise ship with 0182736637373 small screaming children and water slides, do NOT book the hotel. Also, the bed is made from two twin beds and I was sleeping in the crack. There were numerous issues with the resort in addition to that. Staff seemed to be trying their best however we’re all discombobulated and had no idea where to even order a coffee for us at breakfast. There was tons of food splattered all over the furniture at breakfast as well, like beyond anything I’ve seen (I’m assuming the resort is short staffed and the staff that they have are barely keeping their heads above water). Upon our request to get a better room, we were offered an upgrade for the last two nights of our week long stay, which would mean we’d have to crouch in the noise box of an outdated minuscule room for several nights while attempting to sleep in a crack between two beds pushed together. False advertising doesn’t begin to cover it, I can’t even express how dissatisfied and disappointed we are, wasting two days trying to get a different room at this hotel and just trying to give them a shot. The photos of the property are not all true.

This was our second visit having also stayed in June 2023. The hotel is very well kept and beautifully presented. Immaculately clean (and I’m very particular!). We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and functional and had a beautiful terrace with sunbeds overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the rooms were not well sound proofed and you can every toilet flush and tap run from neighbours. The signature life programme didn’t feel as luxurious this time round as the complementary beach bag and child’s gift was missing and turn down service was non existent. Small little things but they did make it feel more special last time. The drinks service in the buffet restaurant and all bars was still a little slow but towards the end of the week there did appear to be more waiting staff present. The snack bar at the pool was excellent quality and food at the buffet restaurant was good. Staff were friendly, in particular Jim at the pool bar and Manos at the M Bar who went above and beyond. The head chef in the buffet restaurant was excellent and catered well for my requirements as I have coeliac disease. He also deserves recognition for going above and beyond as nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has become very family friendly and I would not recommend this as a relaxing holiday for couples or honeymooners. The hotel is perfect for families with young children.

Overall great hotel. Be prepared to walk as this hotel is located in the hill and spans multiple levels. Broken lifts made it difficult getting around. We had a room with a private pool which was great but the open plan bathroom layout was not ideal for a family of four.

Beautiful setting, staff were helpful. Food for the most part was good. Plenty of selection as well. I probably should say there were a few things which needed attention in my room like the door onto the balcony and light, and the staff did their best to try and fix these (immediately) I may add.

Amazing hotel with fantastic facilities. Probably the best all inclusive we’ve stayed in with the family. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Premium drinks and cocktails all included as well as water sports. The restaurants had plentiful food with different options. The whole family had a great time. Only issue we experienced, which I’m not sure is a tactic by the hotel but the service for drinks was very slow, you have to order via the waiters and they are so busy it takes a lifetime to get to you which in turn reduces the amount of drinks you consume. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as we had a great time but it was a nuisance at times. The hotel maybe should consider separate areas in the dining room for adults without kids, I felt a little sorry for them being surrounded by noisy kids. We travelled with kids so it was no issue for us. But if you’re a couple looking for some tranquility, I’d avoid.

The staff and service generally were excellent- special mention to the cleaning and housekeeping team who were out in force early in the morning making sure common areas were spotless! Food was good especially the Mediterranean buffet (Kuzina) lunch and breakfast area. Pool and beach club areas great and generally easy to find a lounger and clean towels. Good service from the water sports team also. All in all a relaxing and pleasant stay with no complaints

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

On the whole hotel is clean. Lobby and bar areas are nice and the beach deck has plenty of loungers with lovely sea views. Aside from that…our check in experience wasn’t great. Left sat in the lobby for a long period of time before anyone came to talk to us. Didn’t really tell us much about the hotel or amenities. Just gave us a map and told us to let them know when we wanted the room key. Why would we not want the room key immediately? Rooms were pleasant. Spacious and bright but the bathroom configuration is odd. I.e. no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom and the toilet cubical just has a panel of frosted glass. The shower is over the bath but awkwardly placed and as there is no door to the bathroom, if someone was to open the main bedroom door you’d be seen by anyone walking past the room due to a poorly placed full length mirror. Really slow service around the hotel, and not particularly helpful staff. Often waiting a long time to be served and if you tried to flag someone down after 10mins of waiting for a drink, you’d get “I’ll be with you in 2mins” and then they’d walk off and not come back. Very heavily geared towards children and families. Not a lot to do in the evenings. Food quality was poor even in the a la carte restaurants. Beach and pool food was basic. This is not a 5 star experience.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. breakfast and lunch are only available in the buffet. we were given 4 vouchers for dinners in the hotel's a la carte restaurants. The food at the buffet was very simple, not very tasty, and repeated itself every day. It didn't feel like 5 star hotel food, And it was very crowded and noisy. On the other hand, the food in the a la carte restaurants was very tasty and the atmosphere is pleasant and more suitable for a 5-star hotel, it's a shame that you could only eat there a limited number of times and only in the evening. Instead we used 1 of the vouchers to a tavern near the hotel- NOT recommended at all! The food was terrible and there were wasps everywhere. The service was mostly good, except around the pool-where the waiters didn't walk around, but stood by the bar the whole time and you had to go to them to order drinks. The water park is nice for children, but apart from it there are no other places for young kids to play - there is no playground or playroom, and no kids shallow water pool. As a gold status in Expedia, we were entitled to a room upgrade. The upgrade offered was to the same room type only with a view of the sea instead of the garden, but the room was located in a remote and uncomfortable place, and there was no view of the sea at all but of a road and trees, and between the trees you could see a little of the sea, so we gave up The "upgrade”. I don’t recommend the hotel for people without kids.

As a gold status in Expedia, we were entitled to a room upgrade. The upgrade offered was to the same room type only with a view of the sea instead of the garden, but the room was located in a remote and uncomfortable place, and there was no view of the sea at all but of a road and trees, and between the trees you could see a little of the sea, so we gave up The "upgrade”. I don’t recommend the hotel for people without kids.

The hotel complex is built into a hill overlooking the sea so there are beautiful views from almost everywhere. All people working at the hotel are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. All facilities are well looked after and very clean. We loved our sunset cruise one evening and the water sports and air conditioned gym. All in all, it was great stay.

L hotel est tres beau, le personnel agreable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et des attentions pour notre arrivee. J avais pris vue mer mais malheureusement aussi sur les poubelles en contrebas (je pense tous les clients sur cette facade). Dommage peut-être une voile d ombrage pourrait les camoufler ? Par ailleurs l hôtel est un peu loin de Corfou Town (mini 30 min quand cela roule). Compte tenu du soleil présent il n y a pas de leds solaires pour la deco ou l éclairage peut-être à exploiter ? This is the second year we’ve stayed at a MarBella property and again we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food options are all delicious. We had a bungalow with private pool and would definitely choose this option again. It’s an easy transfer from the airport and I look forward to booking again for next year.

We loved the beach and watersports facilities, plenty of fish to see in a close and safe snorkeling area. The hotel can do with a bit more night time entertainment but we had an excellent time regardless. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall great hotel. Be prepared to walk as this hotel is located in the hill and spans multiple levels. Broken lifts made it difficult getting around. We had a room with a private pool which was great but the open plan bathroom layout was not ideal for a family of four.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful food and friendly staff. The room, grounds, public areas and restaurants were always immaculately clean. The restaurant provided excellent gluten free options and always offered to make fresh food to avoid cross contamination due to being coeliac. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and has lots of steps and steep hills so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. There is also nothing around close by for those who enjoy venturing out, but everything you need is available within the grounds. The food was great quality both at the pool and in the restaurant. The drinks were branded and the cocktail list extensive. The water park was an excellent addition. Both the main pools were 1.4m deep all round which was a slight issue with younger children but there was a shallower kids pool at the water park. The only grumble was that the hotel shop was selling inflatables for around 11 euros. We discovered only after purchasing them that they were not allowed in the pools and therefore couldn’t understand why they were selling them! Overall a wonderful, tranquil hotel highly recommended for a peaceful break where you will be treated like royalty.

Beautiful setting, staff were helpful. Food for the most part was good. Plenty of selection as well. I probably should say there were a few things which needed attention in my room like the door onto the balcony and light, and the staff did their best to try and fix these (immediately) I may add.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff Great family hotel. Kids had lots of fun at the Aqua park. Loved the slides. Beach area was great, with lots of activities. Food was lovely, especially the seafood at the Deck Bar and Grill, by the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

The hotel has lovely views (both lush mountains and the sea). The staff are lovely. We went in late October and there were still plenty of staff. You can also order drinks & food via their app from around the pool, which was handy. The room was very spacious, clean and cool. The food in the main restaurant was delicious and varied by day. Breakfast was the same selection each day but there was a wide range of options so varied enough for a weeks stay. Couldn't of asked for a better stay.

Premium drinks and cocktails all included as well as water sports. The restaurants had plentiful food with different options. The whole family had a great time. Only issue we experienced, which I’m not sure is a tactic by the hotel but the service for drinks was very slow, you have to order via the waiters and they are so busy it takes a lifetime to get to you which in turn reduces the amount of drinks you consume. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as we had a great time but it was a nuisance at times. The hotel maybe should consider separate areas in the dining room for adults without kids, I felt a little sorry for them being surrounded by noisy kids. We travelled with kids so it was no issue for us. But if you’re a couple looking for some tranquility, I’d avoid.

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

Dette er et stort familiehotell, vi reiste som par, men vi fant likevel roligere steder f.eks på stranden, som ikke var like travelt. Det beste med hotellet er at det er rent og velholdt, og samtlige ansatte er utrolig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Det er riktignok veldig mye støy i alle restauranter pga. dårlig akustikk i lokalene og det var dessverre ikke gjennomførbart å spise middag ute pga. usannsynlige mengder veps, men dette er ikke hotellets feil. Mulig vepseproblemet er spesielt plagsomt august/september, og det gjelder kun der man spiser ute. Hotellet har remedier (røyk) mot veps ved enkelte restauranter, men fortsatt plagsomt. Som par velger vi nok et annet hotell neste gang, men gir likevel hotellet 9 av 10.

It takes a day or two to understand the spirit of the place, the various activities (so many) and where the food really shine the most (kids said Kuzina restaurant!). Our children love the place, and were sad to leave. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week at the hotel, having stayed at different Ikos hotels the last 2 years. I would say it ranks just slightly below Ikos, but it was quite a bit cheaper. Not much to fault, but the pool could be a bit bigger. There is an adults pools with salt water, which was barely used. And the only other pool could do with being twice the size. Not easy to get a sunbed at the pool. Best feature for us was having a separate kids room within our superior family room which can be closed off. Layout of the room was ideal for a family with two kids. Restaurants were all very good. Buffet not too bad. Sea is beautiful. Island is great.

Lovely holiday . Nice room, didnt really use the hottub on the balcony. Enjoyed the beach and seimming off the deck. Struggled a bit food wise as my son has a nut allergy and the resturants, althought they tried to be helpful, they were only able to offer a couple of dish choices with no cross contamination despite dishes 'not containing nuts'. No pre packaged ice cream or beach snacks available that would be safe for someone with an allergy.
