We were disappointed with the green pool and lack of ability to get change of our USD when activities needed change , the hotel is very dated but appreciate it is only 3 star, we tried for several days to contact hotel on phone prior to stay with no answer , only positive was staff were friendly

掃除の時間が不定期。タオルが足りないとか何か有ります。夜にチェックが入るんで申し出すると解消。アフリカ有る有るかな？と思いました。スタッフは感じが良く居心地は良かったです。 シャトルバスがビクトリアフォールズとの間に有り便利でしたが、昼間待ってたけど来ない日が有りました。聞いたけど良くわかりませんでした。時間が有る日だったので気にしなかった。

Staff were great. Kenny and Nyasha at the bar were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. The greeter in the lobby was so fun and happy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was very slow and breakfast buffet charges changed on a daily basis, when I tried to clear up charges it was to no avail. Pool was very clean , enjoyable to swim in.

First off, I would have given them only 3 stars but the staff was wonderful so made it 4. The hotel itself is not as convenient to the falls as it seemed when scheduling. You will need to have transport to most places. This is available without much effort. The closest shopping it at least a quarter of a mile away and there is no sidewalk and on a main road. It is an older hotel but is in fairly good shape. Our room had some problems but as we were only there 2 nights and already settled it was not worth changing. Biggest was the bath had a leak so any time you took a shower there was a good deal, of water on the floor. I did inform them of this when we left. Some lights were not functioning and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The phone had no labels so you couldn't tell how to call any services. Had to go out and find someone to help with luggage when checking out. A fair number of steps and would not consider ADA friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not a huge selection but what they had was good. Only bar was poolside but it sufficed for us. The staff really made up for any shortcomings. They were very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. I would probably stay again but would request another room if I found similar problems.

The shuttle was handy and made everything close. Rooms while a bit dated were nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool area Every staff person we encountered was totally service oriented especially the fellow in the lobby with the headdress and horn, he always went out of his way to help, even weighed our bags in preparation for the airport .

Our visit to Victoria Falls was beautiful as always. The location to the downtown attractions was perfect, we walked most of our trips. The staff at the Rainbow Hotel were all very friendly and welcoming and were there to help us with all of our questions and needs with a smile on their faces. The only thing I was not 100% pleased with was our shower. There was barely a trickle and no door on the shower, so water went everywhere when you showered and it took awhile with no pressure. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and would most definitely return. Thank you Rainbow Hotel for a great week.

Room - no shower door, broken door handles, no safe or mini bar that was advertised . Need to walk through area with any homeless men who harassed you for money or other so no going out at night safely.Meals took 30 to 45 minutes even when only person in the restaurant. The place is dated and does not deserve a 3 star. Other than that some of the staff were great if you tipped them well .

Great spot, conveniently located and for the price, it was great. Concierge was fantastic. Rooms were good. Would definitely recommend if yiu dont want to pay 1k at a fancier place.

My room was wonderful, no complaints. I think you need to improve on your breakfast. Your standard is extremely low , rate of 2 out of ten. Especially your baked goods are terrible.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was very slow and breakfast buffet charges changed on a daily basis, when I tried to clear up charges it was to no avail. The shuttle was handy and made everything close. Rooms while a bit dated were nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool area Every staff person we encountered was totally service oriented especially the fellow in the lobby with the headdress and horn, he always went out of his way to help, even weighed our bags in preparation for the airport .

Fantastic experience! It took a while for the hotel to receive our booking from hotels.com, but once that was sorted, everything went perfectly. Delicious food and a very short walk from the Falls - no need for a taxi!

Room - no shower door, broken door handles, no safe or mini bar that was advertised . Need to walk through area with any homeless men who harassed you for money or other so no going out at night safely.Meals took 30 to 45 minutes even when only person in the restaurant. First off, I would have given them only 3 stars but the staff was wonderful so made it 4. The hotel itself is not as convenient to the falls as it seemed when scheduling. You will need to have transport to most places. This is available without much effort. The closest shopping it at least a quarter of a mile away and there is no sidewalk and on a main road. It is an older hotel but is in fairly good shape. Our room had some problems but as we were only there 2 nights and already settled it was not worth changing. Biggest was the bath had a leak so any time you took a shower there was a good deal, of water on the floor. I did inform them of this when we left. Some lights were not functioning and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The phone had no labels so you couldn't tell how to call any services. Had to go out and find someone to help with luggage when checking out. A fair number of steps and would not consider ADA friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not a huge selection but what they had was good. Only bar was poolside but it sufficed for us. The staff really made up for any shortcomings. They were very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. I would probably stay again but would request another room if I found similar problems.

Staff were great. Kenny and Nyasha at the bar were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. The greeter in the lobby was so fun and happy. My room was wonderful, no complaints. I think you need to improve on your breakfast. Your standard is extremely low , rate of 2 out of ten. Especially your baked goods are terrible.

We stayed here a few nights. The rooms were clean and room service would check from time to time to see if there was anything else we needed. There is a large restaurant area where you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool is not heated and since we were there in 'winter' season, the water was a bit too chilly for us. There is a bar next to the pool, where you can enjoy yummy refreshments. One night we were surprised by a group of dancers and singers that showed up during our dinner. Their dances were amazing as were the songs. Every day we had organized excursions - Victoria Falls National Park, Chobe National Park in Botswana, a helicopter flight and more. The hotel is well known and perfectly situated for pick-ups and drop offs. We walked to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and always felt perfectly safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend staying at the Rainbow Hotel in Victoria Falls. The experience started poorly when I discovered that the toilet in my room was only partially functional.
