Very disappointed that the pool was green

The room was clean, quiet as long as you keep the window closed (very good sound insulation from other rooms, but traffic noise from nearby road if you open the sliding porch window), king size bed very comfy, and a desk with two chairs big enough for two people each with their own laptops. The pool is very old however, strange-looking water and was smelling weird (neither chlorine nor salt water smell). If you choose the hotel for a clean and comfy room that's ok. Don't choose it for the pool.

What a dive!!! Smelled bad. No elevator even though it has 2 floors. Holes in curtains and floodlights outside the windows. Pool rail broken, literal dirt across the bottom, random plywood laying on floor by the pool, and a card table inches from steps to pool. No hot tub as advertised. They dont deserve the fee they charge.

They have a pool , but needs work down to the pool , its close . For now.

No elevator so if you have limited mobility please tell them at check out. The pool appeared closed and was very murky looking.

Very disappointed! We booked this hotel because it has the 2 bedroom suits which works great for us and our 3 kids, but the ONLY reason we went here was specifically for our kids to be able to swim in the pool and for us adults to use the hot tub and when we got there the pool and hot tub were drained no water! There was nothing on the website stating that either were shut down and when we checked in no one informed us that they were the pool and hot tub were shut down!! If we had known this prior we would have found another hotel that worked for our family of 5 that had a working pool and hot tub ! Our kids were very disappointed as well, we could have stayed home and played cards not wasted money to be stuck in a hotel room to do so. Needless to say because of the lack of transparency we will NOT be going back there again!

The motel was clean and staff was friendly. We had been there before and not much changed. The location is good because it's out of the center of the congestion but close enough to everything. However...we chose this motel because of the pool and especially the hot tub but the hot tub was boarded up and not available to use and wouldn't be worked on or available for us to use our entire stay. We were very disappointed.

the bathtub was so filthy when we got in the room we went to dollar tree and got bleach to clean it. the pool was also disgusting and harsh on your feet, hot tub was closed and covered with plywood. the sink in the bathroom was cracked and not replaced, the bathroom door was also broken like someone punched it.

Convenient,quiet and clean. The only negative was the pool, hot tub was closed.

Sticky floors/rug, hairs in the tub and on the toilet, filthy curtains with candy stuck on the inside of them. I don’t think the room has been cleaned in a while.

the room was dirty, the towels smelled bad, dirty, the ceiling in the room was all broken, the armchair was broken, the bathtub was very dirty.

It was better than i expected. It was cIean and comfortable but slider door would not lock.

The building itself could use some work, our entire ceiling had water damage and our door didn’t close properly, they did send maintenance to look but they just said that’s how it was because of how the building has settled over time. It was decently priced for the area. Nicer than the Airbnb I saw around the same rate.

Our greeting upon arrival was less than friendly!! My husband is disabled we asked for 1st floor as there is no elevator, we were quickly told no. Room in need of updates, door to balcony broken, needed to lift to open/close, bath mirror broken, previous bed platform left in place under new, sticking out perfectly for toe stubbing, couch and chair are well beyond need of replacement.

The room did smell of cigarettes, we opened the balcony door ( a bottle of beer was out there) and left it open whole we went out to dinner. Came back and the room smelled much better....but really, why didnt house cleaning think of this ??!! Bathroom was mostly clean. The tub could've been cleaner...and the shower head was way too low, if you were taller than 5'3 , you have to duck to get wet ! Bed was clean and comfy, TV worked. All in all, it was a good stay and worth the price.

The location is excellent—right off Route 1, close to Hampton Beach, and with plenty of restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with all the basics you need for a short stay. That said, while the inn is well-kept overall, some of the décor and furnishings are a bit dated, and the property could benefit from a few updates. Still, for the price and location, it’s hard to beat.

This hotel was perfectly fine and it was affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. The man at check in was very nice. The location was convenient. The slider didn’t lock but had a stick in the door and the screen door was torn. No chairs on balcony. Otherwise, no complaints. Pool was cool and clean. We had a good stay.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable with a memory foam topper. For the price it was good. the location was close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. However, it is an aging property, and the wallpaper was peeling and the couch had old stains.

Would definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious, quiet great room for value price

Rooms are big, love the size of the shower and beds are comfortable as hell.

The room was okay. I have stayed at this property several times. I sit and watch the young lady check in customer after customer when she comes to me she always charges me $100 hold fee but not the other customers. This is a gross inconsistency of rules and I feel profiled or singled out I always make sure I tip housekeeping good. I'm courteous but that woman at the front desk very unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I don't think I'll be staying here again

When we arrived to the property for our stay the greeting from the lady at the front desk was just rude you could tell as soon as we walked in she was already annoyed with helping check us in. Then we were told we had to put down 100$ deposit on card to cover if damage were to occur while we stayed, although this hidden fee was never told to us prior to stay. She rolled her eyes and acted so annoyed with us questioning the 100$ an how long it would take to receive money back. The hallways smelled musty and disgusting, as you walked across the floors to get to your room on the upper level the floors just felt so unsafe. Once we got to our room the inside wasn’t completely horrible and had decent space, although our slider door to a balcony had no working lock a chip was missing from the wooden frame and the wood piece there to “lock” the slider didn’t even fit in to lock the door it was easily pushed open. No hot tub as advertised and the pool was dirty and brown looking, their rules on the pool door stated if you went on the deck outside the pool you’d be banned from the pool, I guess no one was allowed on the wooden deck outside as it said it was dangerous from the sign on the pool window but no sign outside saying you couldn’t go on it so it was confusing. Another front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby with his shoes off as if he was relaxing. It was very weird. The water pressure was bare minimum and water had a weird funky smell, also had draining issues.

Staff isn't helpful/bad experience

We had a very quiet and comfortable room, and the staff (especially the young gentleman who checked us in yesterday afternoon) was helpful and friendly. We had a four-star experience!

This is a smaller hotel, staff were pleasant, things were clean and it's very convenient to highways and shopping centers.

It was easily accessible to shops, restaurants, attractions. Comfortable rooms and friendly service.

Decent distance from the beach. Just far enough away from the traffic but close enough to be only a few minute drive. Decent olace

Conveniently right off the highway, and generally clean. Good value for money.

I was in the area on business. The location is great, near the highway and also near needs such as gas, restaurants and a local grocery store or two. The room was clean and comfortable with adequate amenities. I liked that there was a microwave and small fridge. Overall a very good stay.

Check-in at 8.30PM was friendly & efficient.Our request for a room in quiet location had obviously been noted. When entering the room we found mood lighting, TV on but muted & bed turned down. That's attention to detail we were not receiving at any of the many properties we had used so far on this road trip. Room was spacious, functional & above all clean. No coffee machine in the room but available 24/7 in the lobby. Even though breakfast was not included small pastries were available in the morning next to the coffee.

I have to say the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. That being said, the pool was not heated and although the water seemed clean, the pool itself looked pretty nasty., there was no hot tub at all, (which is the main reason why we selected this motel, to swim) and apparently the juice machine was broken and there were no gloves for the worker to put out the danishes and pastries, so... no breakfast at all. A rolloff dumpster was the view outside our window/balcony. The TV kept losing signal as well. The shower pressure was fine, although the showerhead was too low for anyone over 5'7". the beds were average, and for a few nights overall it was an okay place to stay, as long as you didnt want or need any amenities.

The room was clean and safe. Unlimited coffee and tea 24/7. Muffins in the morning. But we had no heat or hot water. It seemed like a long and cold stay.

Room smelled like old man when we first went in. Dirty cup with food in it under the heater. Cigarettes burn hole in the comforter. Bathroom floor was was sticky in some stops. Can see scum mark around tub. Staff not friendly. Pool is closed when it says it open on website. Terrible breakfast if that’s what you want to call it. I will not get a room there again.

The hotel was clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable and the room looked well taken care of. We rested well. Breakfast was nothing more than coffee and some small muffins and danishes. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

The floor creaked, the curtains were so old they were worn away which let in the. Street light and then sun to come through. The bedding and towels were yellowed and old or poor water in laundry. Breakfast was just coffee and danish which was cut in half and wrapped in cellophane and mushed. The older woman who checked us in was not hospitable at all. Made me feel uncomfortable. Will not return.

You must wait until 3pm to even start the check in process! Hot tub has plywood and a table over it. Pool needs to be resurfaced, it looks dirty. Coffee machine out of order. There was a good 1.5 inches between the bottom of the door and the floor, had to put a towel in front of it to block some sound and light. The bed was comfortable with a plush pillow topper. Not a horrible place but if you expect everything to work then you will be disappointed.

There was nothing wrong with the room. The bed is super comfortable and clean. The details are missing like a working TV and a coffeemaker or even a lampshade. The hotel layout is awkward and no elevator if one has heavy luggage. The reception was not helpful.

For a - no other options available one night stay - this place is fine. The tub facet was running the whole night (we let management know) and the tub was rusty. We did not feel comfortable showering. The sliding glass door in the room to go outside did not lock (lock broken). We were so tired and had no other options - so took the risk and just went to bed. No frills, no breakfast offered. I’m not sure the last time this place was really cleaned. Pros- free easy parking and the staff was nice
