Unfortunately, my experience did not match the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel. The Wi-Fi was consistently poor throughout my stay, with download speeds typically around 3 Mbps and very high latency, making it unreliable for work, video calls, streaming, and even normal browsing. I reported the issue shortly after check-in, but the connection never improved, and I never received any follow-up from reception. The television quality was also disappointing, with a low-resolution picture that looked outdated and did not meet the standard expected from a modern hotel. The room felt very humid throughout my stay. Even the large mirror in the bedroom remained covered with condensation, making the room feel damp and uncomfortable. In addition, the room was not properly soundproofed, and outside noise was clearly audible. Customer service was another disappointment. On one occasion, I had to call reception six times before someone answered the phone. While the breakfast and location were good, they did not compensate for the poor Wi-Fi, outdated in-room technology, lack of sound insulation, high humidity, and unresponsive service. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.
