Beautiful hotel great view rooms are clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly and drinks were always flowing nicely.

The staff were fantastic and did everything to make sure we had a lovely time. The room was spotless, very spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea.

The beach was absolutely amazing! We did get bitten up pretty bad by sand fleas, so I recommend bringing bug spray. The room and premises were very clean. Most of the staff were not very friendly or helpful. Food was mostly good, but the number of restaurants they list is decieving because there are only 3 spots and they alternate what days they are open and change the name depending on what time of day it is (i.e. the Aso Grille for lunch becomes the Black Rock Restaurant for dinner). There is only 1 option for breakfast. I did get food poisoning from Black Rock probably due to using a literal rock to serve the food on. I was also burned several times by sizzling juices on a rock that seemed far too hot for far too long. There were several other parties who had 1 or 2 members who seemed to have symptoms of food poisoning during their stay as well. I will try another resort on Grace Bay Beach next time I go to Turks and Caicos because it truly is the best beach I've ever seen.
