Windsong on the Reef

We had a fantastic time. The resort is great. The restaurants are very nice, the rooftop one especially. Everyone was friendly and the butler staff was very helpful.

Stay away!!! This hotel is unsafe and dirty!! A picture fell of the wall at 2AM in our room and could have killed my son. We found cockroaches in our $1000 a night room and in the lobby. The housekeeping staff lost their master key and we were told to dead bolt our door so we weren’t robbed or murdered. The staff were aggressive when we brought things to their attention. The restaurant staff were constantly on their phones and did not provide service. There are much better, safer accommodations for cheaper. We paid $1000 a room and feared for our safety the entire trip. We have traveled to over 65 countries and never experienced such horrible conditions and incidents. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I don’t know how they have any good reviews.

Great hotel, superb staff

It was amazing stay. Our room overlooked the Beach. The staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend it.

It's an okay resort. Nothing special.
