The view was amazing. The hotel was clean. The room was lovely. It was difficult getting up a bunch of stairs with luggage, the staff was stub par acted like we were a bother… We were told early check-in and then ended up being late. We're supposed to get in at three and it was nearly 4 before we were checked in. The maids were laid and getting the room ready not their fault. I don't think. We had to wait in the car for an hour. But the biggest disappointment was after a long day at the beach we brought dinner home to sit in bed and watch TV and the TV did not work! I called the front desk at 4:30. The gal told me that maintenance had already gone home for the evening that she would stop by after three more of her check-in, which could've been till 8 PM. She never showed up! We got up and left very early. Very very disappointing.
