Rooms look a bit old but it does the job. The location is ideal, there is a bath open all night long! Staff is also very helpful, I encountered an issue with one of the washing machine and they fixed it quickly.

フロントのスタッフの方の感じの良さにとても気持ちよくステイできました^ ^ 場所も最高で、温泉が入れて（しかも夜遅くなってもOK）とても満足でした！また松山に来た時は泊まりたいホテルです！

I stayed without breakfast this time and it was a pleasant experience. The hot spring baths are all-night and you don't have to worry about the time. Very good service. Rooms have a hot water kettle and a fridge. Room clothes and slippers are also provided. It was very user-friendly and convenient.

ニューグランドホテルでの 4 泊 5 日はとても快適でした。商店街も近く、ミュージアムも近くにあったので、楽に利用できました。スタッフの皆さんも日本語が下手な私のために親切にしてくださってホテルの中の温泉は本当に良かったです。美しい都市松山にまた行くなら、ニューグランドホテルをまた利用するでしょう。

소박하고 가족적이고 좋았습니다. 너무 친절하셨던 스텝분들 계속 기억날 것 같아요. 바로 길가는 아니었지만 고급 샵들이 있는 백화점 뒤쪽이었고, 스테프가 손으로 직접 그렸던 귀여운 안내 그림들이 생각나네요. 온천이 있어서 너무 좋았구요. 다음번에 혼자 가면 또 찾아가고 싶어요.

정말 친절하고 시설 쾌적하고 좋았던 숙소였어요. 부모님도 좋아하셨고 함께있던 온천도 너무너무 좋았어요!! 위치도 시내랑 가까웠고 다니기 너무 좋았습니다~ 여행 중 숙소가 가장 맘에 들었습니다 ㅎㅎ

After a long day sightseeing it was very nice to relax in the onsen. Staff was very helpful and polite. I need to a sewing kit and the staff was kind enough to loan me one.

직원분들이 너무 친절하고 대욕장도 늦은시간에도 이용가능에 너무 좋았습니다 tv가 넷플릭스 연동이 안되는 부분이 있어서 살짝 아쉽지만 그걸 상쇄할 만큼 친절 서비스가 좋았습니다^^

I wished that the main photo of the Hotel was not Dogo Onsen, it seemed a little deceptive that they use it as their initial photo, The hotel did not look like this. The staff however were very nice and helpful. Room smelt a little funky but it was fine

広いお風呂で、エステもあって、本当にゆっくり出来ました！チェックアウトも11時だし、駐車場は隣だし、朝食は近くで選べて良かったーです！松山には温泉目当てで部屋は寝れたら良いだけなのですが、ゆったりした部屋で、スタッフの方の対応も良く、本当に今回はゆっくり出来ました！ありがとうございます！

We booked one of the japanese style rooms, when we opened the door the room had an odd smell and we quickly realized that it was due to water damages in the bathroom, as you could see the moist on the walls. The room was OK but the bathroom was so disgusting that we didn't wanna use it in the morning and quickly left for our next hotel. Wouldn't book again.
