I really liked the location. The location would be the main reason I would stay there again. Narrow cobblestone street near cafes and restaurants. Felt relatively safe. Cons would be that not all the info on Expedia held true. There was not a 24 hour front desk. The roof top area that looked really cool was not open to experience.

place is ideally located to explore BsAs on foot. anything you need is within 5 min on foot. staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, they will respond to any questions or requests immediately and with a big smile. availability of kitchenette with microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer is great! place feels authentic and historic. I will surely stay there again when I return to this wonderful city.

El área es poco segura, no hay ascensor y las personas deben subir con sus maletas por una escalera. Las camas están en un segundo piso. No hay café, ni ningún tipo de servicios ajenos a lo que es dormir. Para entrar a la habitación se requiere un código que a veces no funciona y no hay servicio de atención a los clientes en horas de la madrugada.

Very fun location and interesting and comfortable hotel rooms with amazing style. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location absolutely amazing. The shared kitchen was a nice plus. Really the only issues were the wear on the very cool furnishings and the showers that were kinda hard to work with and wimpy and the beds were very firm like all the beds we encountered in Argentina and Uruguay. Everyone should get some modern toppers for their mattresses and people will probably be much more comfy.

Staying at San Telmo Suites was great, from the character building that was recently renovated, to the cleanliness of the room and all of the amenities to the fantastic service received at the front desk. The room was well equipped, access to a common kitchen was very helpful and the terrace at the top was a great place to chill and enjoy the evening colors. It's located in the heart of San Telmo, few minutes to the market, restaurants and cafes all around. The street was safe and we liked having a locked front door to the hotel. Special thanks to the host, she was right there at all times to answer any questions 😊

It is a unique small building, very well restored. Rooms are spacious. The location is great. But there are no complimentary breakfasts and only a small communal kitchenette for your use. We've stayed there twice and will return.

A localização é maravilhosa! A cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é muito bom, apesar do espaço para banho ser pequeno e molhar o banheiro. Os funcionários estão de parabéns no atendimento e esclarecimento de tudo. Tem uma pequena cozinha equipada com microondas, fogão e geladeira fora do quarto para fazer chá, café ou qualquer outra coisa.

This is not a luxury hotel. It’s in a good area and in a charming older building but otherwise is damp and cold. My first room had mould on the bed sheets from the dampness. The person at the front desk was able to move me to another room quickly which was better but the heater did not work and was very cold. Rooms are a good size but an odd layout with the bed in a loft above. Neither of the rooms had working deadbolts which made and were on the first floor so didn’t feel very secure. Glad I only booked one night.

La ubicación es insuperable. A solo pasos de la estatua de Mafalda. Muchos restaurantes cerca con servicio de cena hasta tarde. El precio fue bastante elevado. La limpieza de la unidad de aire deja mucho que desear. El polvo era visible. La atención de los chicos de recepción fue muy buena.

In BA for professional and personal reasons and this was a very convenient location. Excellent in person service from front desk staff, good design hotel design w/ a lovely vintage feel (Arte Nouveau & Art Deco design elements and historic preservation) in the property. and the San Telmo area has a very traditional neighborhood feel. good cleanliness, very good housekeeping!

San Telmo Suites have excellent location in the heart of San Telmo, close to alot of restaurants and bars, embraced by the Old World charm of the neighborhood. My suite was split-level, with old-school charm, very clean, and a bathroom on both levels. If I had it to do all over, I'd stay there again.

Muy bien ubicado, con acceso fácil a todos los principales puntos. Buena comunicación con el personal. Lugar demasiado tranquilo. Se puede descansar sin ruido alrededor. El hotel es bastante antiguo, las sábanas y colchas de la cama parecen no tan limpias y la regadera se taquea y es bastante incómoda

When we arrived the front door was locked and it took a really long time to have anyone come by and let us in - this was around 10am. The staff was not easy to find for help during our stay as they didn’t seem to have any regular opening hours for their front desk - this was worse during the day than at night. Internet was fine in the reception area but spotty in our room. Room layout was spacious

Excelente localização e atendimento na recepção. Só sugiro algumas melhoras no quarto. O ar condicionado não resfriava o suficiente. Por ser um quarto grande, com pé direito duplo, o aparelho de ar condicionado do andar superior deveria estar disponível. Sugiro, também, melhoria nos chuveiros. Água fraca e box que não impedia que o banheiro ficasse muito molhado.

Os apartamentos são super espaçosos e muito confortáveis. A localização é uma das melhores de Buenos Aires — perto de tudo e muito prática para se locomover. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi tranquila e eficiente. O check-in e o check-out foram simples, rápidos e sem burocracia, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia.

Os apartamentos são super espaçosos e muito confortáveis. A localização é uma das melhores de Buenos Aires — perto de tudo e muito prática para se locomover. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi tranquila e eficiente. O check-in e o check-out foram simples, rápidos e sem burocracia, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia.

Lovely apartments with great space for two people - loved having the mezzanine area for sleeping and then a sofa area. You do get enough light and it was great for us, but depending which apartments you get you will have either street or internal courtyard windows, if you are fussy. In great area easy to walk to restaurants, bars and sites easily and then get around the rest of the city too. Staff friendly and helpful.

They cancelled my reservation, and had to overpay upon check in to secure another reservation. My toilet was broken for 3 days and they fixed it using a plastic bag. I was transferred to a better room day 3. The location is great, but it is an old hotel and the staff is negligent.

Agustín and Candela where awesome!! We loved the personalized service, the beautiful and big rooms, the suggestions for shows and tours, and the option of using a kitchen when needed made this place a unique one. Great location and safe. Thanks for making our trip one to remember.

When we arrived the front door was locked and it took a really long time to have anyone come by and let us in - this was around 10am. The staff was not easy to find for help during our stay as they didn’t seem to have any regular opening hours for their front desk - this was worse during the day than at night. Internet was fine in the reception area but spotty in our room. Room layout was spacious

In BA for professional and personal reasons and this was a very convenient location. Excellent in person service from front desk staff, good design hotel design w/ a lovely vintage feel (Arte Nouveau & Art Deco design elements and historic preservation) in the property. and the San Telmo area has a very traditional neighborhood feel. good cleanliness, very good housekeeping!

I really liked the location. The location would be the main reason I would stay there again. Narrow cobblestone street near cafes and restaurants. Felt relatively safe. Cons would be that not all the info on Expedia held true. There was not a 24 hour front desk. The roof top area that looked really cool was not open to experience.

place is ideally located to explore BsAs on foot. anything you need is within 5 min on foot. staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, they will respond to any questions or requests immediately and with a big smile. availability of kitchenette with microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer is great! place feels authentic and historic. I will surely stay there again when I return to this wonderful city.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in San Telmo und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der traditionelle Markt am Sonntag liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Sogar eine Tango Show fand ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt statt am Sonntag. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls komfortabel.

San Telmo Suites have excellent location in the heart of San Telmo, close to alot of restaurants and bars, embraced by the Old World charm of the neighborhood. My suite was split-level, with old-school charm, very clean, and a bathroom on both levels. If I had it to do all over, I'd stay there again.

Os apartamentos são super espaçosos e muito confortáveis. A localização é uma das melhores de Buenos Aires — perto de tudo e muito prática para se locomover. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi tranquila e eficiente. O check-in e o check-out foram simples, rápidos e sem burocracia, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia.

Fantastic to be right in the middle of San Telmo! Great restaurant across the street and the Sunday market at the end of the street. The room was comfortable and clean. Only negative was the bathroom door was broken/didn’t close and the AC unit was quite loud at night. Would definitely stay there again as these were pretty minor!

El área es poco segura, no hay ascensor y las personas deben subir con sus maletas por una escalera. Las camas están en un segundo piso. No hay café, ni ningún tipo de servicios ajenos a lo que es dormir. Para entrar a la habitación se requiere un código que a veces no funciona y no hay servicio de atención a los clientes en horas de la madrugada.

It is a unique small building, very well restored. Rooms are spacious. The location is great. But there are no complimentary breakfasts and only a small communal kitchenette for your use. We've stayed there twice and will return.

Lovely staff, great location, charming loft rooms. No coffee or other food amenities. No fresh drinking water provided. But we had a lovely stay. Very affordable ...great value.

Lovely apartments with great space for two people - loved having the mezzanine area for sleeping and then a sofa area. You do get enough light and it was great for us, but depending which apartments you get you will have either street or internal courtyard windows, if you are fussy. In great area easy to walk to restaurants, bars and sites easily and then get around the rest of the city too. Staff friendly and helpful.

O hotel é demais, nosso quarto era duplex com 2 banheiros, fato que amamos, cama e chuveiro maravilhosos, piso aquecido (fenomenal) o prédio não tem elevador, então quem vai com mala pesada como eu, sofre rs, tem um cachorrinho lindo nos recebendo, amamos!!! A única coisa que me desagradou foi o mofo no banheiro e umidade em alguns pontos no quarto.

Overall, the hotel ended up being a lovely cozy place to land. They let me check in a little earlier. The initial room they gave me smelled of a sofa that had been stored in a dusty attic for a hundred years. There was a window over the door to the courtyard but it wouldn’t open. The second room we looked at smelled slightly less but had no window to air out the smell. Eventually they gave me a room with a set of balcony doors and after a good airing, the room smell totally dissipated. In the foyer and main areas, the management use a very strong parfum spray for any scent sensitive folks. There’s also a really cute little dog that seems to live there but barks at you if it doesn’t know you. The street facing rooms have good sound barriers facing the street but the noise of the foyer, stairs and front door echoed up through the glass and metal staircase up into the room. Not good if you might be a light sleeper and don’t want to be woken up by a lil dog. The beds were comfortable and loved that there was an upstairs and downstairs bathroom.

É um prédio que foi restaurado. O loft que fiquei era ótimo. A localização é muito boa. Adorei o piso aquecido da sala.e do banheiro debaixo. O chuveiro do quarto que molha um pouco o piso do banheiro. As meninas da recepção sempre atenciosas e as meninas da limpeza também.
