Property was clean and in great shape. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Elevator and baggage carts made luggage for 6 a breeze. Great ocean view. Easy access to beach that was not overcrowded. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Not the tallest or the newest building on the beach, but it is wonderful! Everything worked well, the lobby was always super clean. The elevators were reliable. The walls must be thick (we heard no one else unless we were out on the balcony). Beach access is excellent and the owner is always available via text. Very cute place.

From reservation to checkout, everything was wonderful! The unit is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, the views are spectacular, pools and hot tub were enjoyable, location is super convenient . The building is quiet, and everyone we met is so friendly! The kitchen is better stocked than my own at home. My family (3 generations) and I loved everything about this condo, and I'm looking forward to a return trip in the near future.

Another great stay at Waterpointe I! Kitchen was stocked with most any appliance you would want to use during a long stay. Conveniently located. Kudos to the beach rental - chairs and umbrellas were always set up on time.

We had a great stay at this N Myrtle Beach Condo. Beautiful unobstructed view from the 8th floor balcony, and the condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our daughter loved the pool and the beach access was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located by all attractions....beach front ....pools were small but the beach was perfect!

We enjoyed our 6 night visit to this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It was very cozy. Smaller than we thought but comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. We did have to bring our own beach chairs and beach toys for our grandson, which they had at our last place but that was know ahead of time so all was good. The dryer was older model and did squeak and we were missing a cookie sheet but those things were minor. The management company came to the unit very quickly to fix any issues. Parking was across the street in a small lot which was fine. Not on a busy road so easy to cross. All and all I would highly recommendt this unit and the building. We would stay there again!

Wonderful view and easy access to ocean. Loved the beach decor throughout with TV’s in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Very comfortable stay for us with our daughter and 7-year old grandson visiting from Louisiana. Quite spacious for a beach condo. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Only issue was the TV remotes were all different and somewhat confusing to operate. But overall, our stay was very enjoyable and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

This place needs a good remodel for the price you pay. The overall property was nice and the balcony view was great and the managers were very responsive but other than that it all goes downhill. The place smelled terribly musty/moldy the whole week we were there. The cleaning people when we were leaving told us it has been that way for a long time. The ac worked but the closet were it is was dirty and paint peeling and rusty coils. The filter was caked with dust which I requested to be changed. Paint was peeling off several walls. The jam around the front door was busted. The dishwasher did not initially work and when the racks were pulled out the whole thing tipped forward as it was not anchored to the space. The toaster did not work well and was sparking. The bathrooms were very small. The one off the bedroom the shower leaked every time it was used as the tub must tilt outward. The floor would get covered in water that we had to sop up. This has been an ongoing problem as the sink cabinet bottom was damaged from being wet. The tub was very stained and the whirlpool did not work. If I was at a hotel I would have requested a new room. The beds were very used and not supportive and need to be replaced. The carpet needed a cleaning. The couch was old and squished down when sitting and needs to be replaced. For the money paid I was disappointed and did not feel this place met Vrbo standards as it was the worst one we have been at. The parking close by was great.

Our stay was great the condo was as advertised and clean upon arrival.

We had a nice stay. There was some peoples left over trash under the couch and the door handle kept falling off, but it was pretty clean and had a great view. Host was a little rude when i asked if our check for the cleaning deposit was sent out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

We had an amazingly comfortable stay here with our 1 and 3 year old. My son loved the cozy twin bedroom any had no issues sleeping away from home. The condo was unbelievably clean when we arrived. We found everything we needed in the kitchen while we were there. The hosts were immediately available for one small issue we had while staying. It's a very short walk to the beach which was so important with 2 small children. We were within 20 min of Broadway at the beach and less than 10 min from barefoot landing and the alligator zoo. We got in so many activities while still making it home for afternoon naps. Perfect place for a family trip and we will be coming back!!!

Great unit. Fully stocked with just about everything. Unfortunately the Livingroom furniture was not comfortable.

Everything was fine but the bedroom on the ocean side lacked curtains. They had sheer but no curtains so it made for early mornings with the sunrise.

The master bedroom bed was very cheap. Felt like it was gonna break when rolling around. Other than that it was a good stay for the price.

The Windy Hill location is ideal. We appreciated its proximity to all our favorite haunts. We loved the spaciousness of the suite, its layout, its cleanliness, and its nautical decor. The ocean views were spectacular, especially on moon-lit nights. We look forward to spending time here again soon!

We had an outstanding week at this property. The rooms were nice and clean and more modern than many places that we have stayed at North Myrtle. The location is great and is close to a huge amount of restaurants and shops including the outlet center which we try to hit there every year. The rental company was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly. I would like to thank Randy and his family for an excellent week at the beach. See you next year!

All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, held doors if they were near by and your hands were full of beach items or simply said hello with a smile. The other guests as a whole were friendly as well. The beach area in front was not overly packed, it seemed to right and left of us was more ears to elbows. the guests here all seemed to have more personal space, we seemed to be able to stick in our little picked out spot all week as well, it was not like you were running down to get a spot fighting with other beach goers. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was 5miles in any direction. Communication and responses were top notch.

The room was great. Perfect location, very clean, and Randy our contact was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again. We typically stay near all the madness in the center of Myrtle Beach. It was nice being up farther and in the calmer more relaxing area.

We had a family getaway and loved every second of it! Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and always had a quick and friendly response. The condo was clean, well-furnished, and well-stocked with linens and kitchen items. Of course, being able to walk directly to the beach was the best part! We would definitely come back!

Pros: Location - right on the beach and it wasn't crowded most days; close to Barefoot Landing Fully furnished Relatively clean Quiet Responsive management company Cons: We couldn't get one of the sliding doors to the balcony to lock. Not an issue for us with older kids, but it would be for a family with small kids.

Perfect location. We had a great beach getaway. Couldn’t ask for anything else. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need for your week stay. Location was perfect a few steps to the beach a half mile walk to coffee in the morning. I would highly recommended staying here.
