Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, a dos pasos de la Plaza Mayor. Las habitaciones están algo anticuadas y el baño es incómodo, es muy pequeño, sobre todo la ducha. Location was great - just off the plaza mayor for shopping and food options plus walking distance to all the sights of the city. Room was small but clean. Parking spaces are small and the car is only accessible if an employee goes with you to the nearby parking garage. Expedia/whatsapp messages were in Spanish and English, but in person, Spanish was the only option.

The location is amazing just steps from plaza mayor and all other sightseeing places in town, the ladies in the front desk are friendly and helpful, but I didn’t like that my room was in the fourth floor with no elevator even it’s said in the description of the hotel, they didn’t mention that the hotel has two buildings one with elevator and the other has not ,, and that bad from them to hide this fact

Otima localizaçao, a pé p/tudo. Check-in/recepção eficiente e gentil....caminhou conosco até a garagem, ajudou a carregar as malas, entregou mapinha e apontou locais a visitar, deu cartão de desconto p/cafeteria ao lado. Quarto e banheiro muito pequeno.

Lamentablemente mi experiencia en este establecimiento fue muy mala. Las fotografías que se muestran en la publicidad no corresponden en absoluto con la realidad; el lugar ni siquiera es un hotel, sino un hostal en malas condiciones. Las habitaciones eran extremadamente pequeñas, al grado de que no había espacio suficiente para colocar las maletas. El estado físico de las instalaciones era deplorable: todo muy deteriorado y sucio, con un problema grave de moscas dentro de la habitación. El baño estaba en pésimas condiciones, con una regadera increíblemente pequeña e incómoda. Aunque pagamos dos noches, solo permanecimos una y decidimos cambiarnos a otro hotel porque no era posible quedarse ahí. Solicité un reembolso por esta situación, pero lamentablemente fue rechazado. Realmente me sentí engañado y no recomiendo este lugar a otros viajeros.

This was a very simple room but the price was very agreeable, the property clean and recently renovated. Steps from Plaza Mayor where we spent a lot of time. Refrigerator available in the room which is nice. Next door a very nice cafe bakery for breakfast. If you want to be economic, this is a good choice of place.

Great stay! Quiet, clean room. Easy check in. Fab location! The only thing I’ll mention is the very small shower, which is typical of Europe. But a bigger person wouldn’t be able to get in and out.

Cozy and comfortable room, 1 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Very clean and it felt very safe. The room was a decent size, with comfy bed, air conditioning and a little fridge. It wasn't a problem for me to carry my suitcase up to the 4th floor, but older people who absolutely need an elevator may want to take note this property doesn't have one.

The situation of the hotel is perfect seconds from the main square. The staff are excellent. The steps were extremely difficult and my wife struggled a great deal. We just happened to be there on the last night of a week long celebration of concerts. ‘Europe’ were fantastic and having keys to the hotel got us priority entry. Would definitely return in the future.

I had a great night's sleep and it was delightful being just off the Plaza Major which is a very special place. All in all, a great place to explore historic Salamanca from. It was very cheap but a good place to stay, certainty for a night.

Me encantó que la propiedad está tan cerca de la Catedral de Santiago de Compostela, básicamente al pie de la escalinata de la plaza. El desayuno me pareció muy variado y adecuado. Las camas estaban muy cómodas y además, el estilo de decoración minimalista me encantó. Volvería a acudir sin duda a la propiedad, la próxima ocasión, en un viaje de bodas con mi mujer. Y quiero dar una felicitación especial al equipo administrador por ser tan paciente y esperarnos. Mil gracias.

Posizione eccellente perché praticamente sei di plaza Maior. Se poi aggiungi un check in rapido e preciso, pulizie puntuali e ben fatte, e disponibilità per ogni cosa chiesta, vi fate l'idea che è un ottimo hotel dove passare in po' di tempo a Salamanca e avere tutto a portata di mano. Aggiungi infine un'ottima colazione nel bar fotto l'hotel con uno sconto degno di nota e il cerchio è completo. Assolutamente da cercare e prenotare per una vacanza in terra spagnola e soprattutto nella bellissima Salamanca.
