Room was very spacious and with a very good bathroom. The bathtub is one of a kind and there are so many activities happening at the property that you always have something to do.

The staff was great, but the room had pests. Their booking system for massages is horrible and ruined my surprise plan for my parents. Even their menu pricing didn't align with their staff's understanding. The staff did try to make up for this, but when you pay a price for Fairmont, you don't expect so many issues.
