The staff was great, but the room had pests. Their booking system for massages is horrible and ruined my surprise plan for my parents. Even their menu pricing didn't align with their staff's understanding. The staff did try to make up for this, but when you pay a price for Fairmont, you don't expect so many issues.

We happened to be there during Holi, so we spent two full days inside the hotel, and honestly we didn’t mind at all because the property itself is so wonderful. The place truly makes you feel like royalty. The service is excellent, cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. One of the best perks is the complimentary high tea—it’s so generous that you honestly don’t even feel the need to go out for dinner afterward. They also have a sunset ritual, which is really beautiful to watch and makes the whole experience even more special. Overall, everything was 10/10. Highly recommended! ✨
