My family/extended family of 14 had an excellent time here! The pool was great and people had fun hanging out and playing billiards in the cabana. Our group of boys also slept in there and it worked great. House had everything we needed. The large table and chairs for sitting under shade near the pool was also a plus. Beds were all comfortable, although pull out chair in one room was too firm for anyone in our group to really sleep on. Parking was easy; great location to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very well-stocked house, kitchen had everything we needed, nice ice maker with fridge, ample TVs, etc. We booked it for the pool which was wonderful. Teens loved having a pool house to chill in. Plenty of space for our large group, but house isn’t huge- it’s just right.

This was a great house for a long awaited family vacation! The living room was comfortable and a great place to play games as a family. The backyard was beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed the pool. Our favorite part was the pool table in the guest house--we made long-lasting memories teaching our nephew to play pool.

Pros: Large well maintained pool, very nice landscaping in the backyard. The location is excellent, a short drive to Seaworld, Six Flags, and Riverwalk. The Owners are friendly and responsive. Big pantry and large dining room that seats 10 people. Stable WiFi if you have to work. Well stocked with a lot of basics like dish soap, coffee filters, towels, paper products, bedding, and lots of things I usually end up having to run out and grab on a vacation. Cons: The house and furniture have a bit more wear and tear than it appears in the photos and the neighborhood is a bit run down (we still felt completely safe, it was just an older neighborhood with unkempt houses). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again if we went back to San Antonio.

The road behind the pool was a bit noisy, but other than that a great pool and the pool table was great for the teens when they had enough of the pool. House was on the older side, but it was very clean.

The pictures were deceptive, making the place seem larger than it was. The appliances are old. The dishwasher wouldn’t turn off by itself so we had to time it. The refrigerator has ice and water in the door but neither works. The outside pool house is nice but has no restroom so you have to come back in the house to use it. While I have put final dishes in the dishwasher and taken out the trash in the many other places we stayed, the cleaning fee attached to the rental was not as high as on this one. For the price we paid for cleaning, it should have been spotless and it was NOT! We also wanted the temperature at night below 70 but it would return to 70 ever time we set it to 68. I would rate this stay a 6. Out of 8 stays using VRBO, I guess we have been spoiled by great facilities and this one just didn’t deliver.

The house was very clean and everything was as stated in the listing. The only thing was the yard wasn’t mowed so we weren’t able to play any yard games. Also, pool was full of leaves but didn’t keep us out of it. Thanks for sharing your home.

Property was very clean and comfy. Definitely has a home feel! Outside felt like a secluded oasis with bonus game room. At the end of our stay we wished we could stay a little longer. This will definitely be a favorite re-stay in a SATX.

The property wasn't cleaned very well at all, this was the biggest problem. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned and the oven wasn't cleaned from the previous renters, also the microwave had a crack in the front of it and one of the shelves in the fridge was broken, also the 5th bedroom is a room in the pool house that's not attached to the house. With that being said the home was ok the the neighborhood was ok as well, they had an instructions book explaining everything about the house, the do's and dont's

We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and there was tons to do for all ages. The food was great and everyone should definitely visit the Magic Time Machine restaurant. It will be a different experience! The home is older but has been updated in many areas. The pool area was nice and there is a detached game room with bunks! I do highly suggest if you go in the summer months to be prepared that the host controls your indoor AC temperature to keep the AC from freezing up. I did not know this ahead of time and it was ok while in and out of pool, but got very hot upstairs at night. The host did finally comply with request to turn down during the night which helped. That was the only downfall we had. Had I known before booking, I probably would have booked at a different place where we had the ability to control indoor air temperature. The place is clean but needs more attention to detail. However, there is plenty of room for a large group as there are 4 bedrooms upstairs (Queen beds in 3, and a King Suite), a sofa bed downstairs (Full/Queen) and 4 bunks in the detached game room. However, there are only televisions in the Master and one other bedroom upstairs. If you have a lot of kids, this may be an issue. Ours just lived in the pool! Overall, we had a great time!

We plan a family vacation every year and this is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. Had everything we needed, even extra!!! I have never been at a more stocked home. The accommodations were superb!! We are a family of 12 and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding for pull out couch. So many positives hard to list them all. I highly recommend this home!! A+

We really enjoyed the time spent in this nice home! Pool was great and house was very comfortable for our group of eight. Only thing we would say is that the living room and pool house tv’s need to be larger. But had a great time!

We had 7 guys come down to do a quick golf trip around san antonio. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. We never had any issues with the house. My only complaint would be a bigger tv in the living room, and we had trouble with the tv remote. Other than those miniscule issues, the house worked great.

Communication between us and the property team was excellent. We had a couple challenges during our stay, but they handled everything very promptly and professionally. The location was convenient for the things we wanted to do in and around the San Antonio area. Our plans changed early in this stay so we were only here one night. This was a little cozy for our 4 adults and 7 children (2 families) but it was a great value for the extras the property offered like a swimming pool and pool table.

Big pantry and large dining room that seats 10 people. Stable WiFi if you have to work. Well stocked with a lot of basics like dish soap, coffee filters, towels, paper products, bedding, and lots of things I usually end up having to run out and grab on a vacation. Cons: The house and furniture have a bit more wear and tear than it appears in the photos and the neighborhood is a bit run down (we still felt completely safe, it was just an older neighborhood with unkempt houses). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again if we went back to San Antonio.

Checking in was easy and the house accommodated my family of 13 very well. It was about 25 min from the Riverwalk. It was surrounded by restaurants and stores. Nice neighborhood. The only things is that its a very quiet neighborhood so would not be the best house for a family that plans to have a loud cookout. Neighbors are alot closer to each other than I thought. Owners were super nice and replied fast to my messages. Will definitely keep their other properties in mind.

Everything was as advertised. I would give the property manager 6 stars if I could. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers here for an Air Force graduation. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you! I would stay here again if we are ever looking for a place in San Antonio. Close to the airport, downtown and Lackland AFB.

Facility is adequate for a large group. Plenty of towels and utensils. Also for passive recreation. Road noise was not anticipated. House water pressure was low. Vent in master bedroom not working. Few items as reported needed attention.

Overall this was a great property with plenty of room and a wonderful pool to beat this texas heat! We went to Sea World, the zoo and the river walk. This property was a great location for all the things we did. We would rent this property again.

Needed a place near the Lackland Air Force base and the property was just right without having to stay downtown. House was clean and just what we needed for 7 adults. Grounds and pool were beautiful! Quite neighborhood.

We plan a family vacation every year and this is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. Had everything we needed, even extra!!! I have never been at a more stocked home. The accommodations were superb!! We are a family of 12 and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding for pull out couch. So many positives hard to list them all. I highly recommend this home!! A+

Very well-stocked house, kitchen had everything we needed, nice ice maker with fridge, ample TVs, etc. We booked it for the pool which was wonderful. Teens loved having a pool house to chill in. Plenty of space for our large group, but house isn’t huge- it’s just right.

This property was very clean and just as listed. Amenities were great for a family to do anything we needed. We cooked on the grill out by the pool. The pool was fun and clean. Our family vacation was a huge success. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice for large group. We had a group of 6 and it was perfect. Sofa/sleeper is not an option. Kitchen is fully equipped. Gas barbeque and patio is great. Pool is clean but old and not as inviting as the pics. Must have a car since everything is at least a 20 minute drive. Uber would get costly. House is clean but in need of upgrades.
