The apartment is very clean and perfect for visiting DC being situated on two major metro lines As convenient as it was you do need to watch the area especially at night.

Very clean interior, decent bed, Metro station nearby, property owner Nick lives above the rental unit and is accessible, friendly, and responsive. The immediate surrounding neighborhood has a few issues. But overall this VRBO property is quite rentable.
