The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed the time we used it, the game room was fun and a great place for playing pool and ping pong. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and we were very comfortable. Host did a great job communicating and being available upon our arrival. The place was exactly what we needed!!

Great property for a group of of long time friends to enjoy an away football game against OU in Norman. Spacious property and GREAT entertainment. Favorite was the theater room for watching the later games. Unfortunately we were there in November so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool (although it was open). Host was very attentive. Everything we needed was available. Only suggestion for future guests is that there are only 2 1/2 baths. This was posted by the owner. Just slowed things down a bit with 8 people. Also the wonderful tub in the primary bedroom, although it has a shower, it doesn’t have walls. Best to sit in the tub and use the wand so as not to get water everywhere.

We had a GREAT time staying here. We had a cousins trip. There was 23 of us that stayed at the house for a 3 day weekend! There was so much to do at the house and all ages had fun!! The beds were very comfortable. Since we had such a large group, we needed some air mattresses too and those were set up and ready for use by time we got there!!! The pool house had a lot of floaties that we used for the swimming pool!

Our family had an amazing time at this house. There was something for everyone to do at all times with plenty of room for all 16 of us. The movie theater, pool and game room made the trip so enjoyable. Lionel is a wonderful host. He was kind enough to email when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and emailed a couple more times to make sure all was going well. We have stayed at 3 other VRBO homes and he is by far the best host! I highly recommend him and this home!

Lionel was a great host. The house was nice and roomy and had some really neat features. Lots of double occupancy rooms to get to the amount of people we needed to sleep. Theatre was an awesome touch. Needs a little updating and some cleaning around the pool area but we were there at the end of the winter so I imagine he will have it ready to roll come spring and summer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again tomorrow!!

This house was amazing! The kids loved the game room and having space to spread out. The kitchen was more functional than most VRBOs and I was able to cook for a large group easily. Host was available and responsive and cared about how things were going. We didn’t use the pool as it was so cold outside (January), but it looks beautiful.

We could not have found a better home for our trip. The homeowner checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We came to OKC for a senior class trip. Everyone enjoyed the game room and home theater. They loved swimming in the pool. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we had no problem fixing and cleaning up meals for our group. The home was clean and very comfortable. It was easy to get to a grocery story and to all of the things we wanted to do in OKC.

We had 14 people (11 adults, 3 children) get together after Christmas. Everyone had a bed. There was a game room and movie room that everyone enjoyed. There were also enough places for everyone to sit and eat at the same time. Lots of room. The pool would also be great to use in warm weather. Very pleased with the accommodations.

The house was spacious - we had a party of 16 and we had plenty of room. Lionel our host was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had a great week enjoying the pool. The beds were very comfortable and several of them had advanced features that allow you to get a massage or adjust the bed. Televisions in all the bedrooms plus a living room which was large with a couch that could accommodate many many people. The kitchen came equipped with most of the kitchen, utensils, and service items that we needed to cook and eat. There are a few items in the house were in ill repair, but this didn’t impact our use or enjoyment of the property.Our family traveled from across the country to meet here and the house was a great venue to spend a week together in.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, & has several beds. We enjoyed the pool, movie & game rooms. The home is great for a group of adults or families with kids. The house was well stocked, including pool toys, kitchen supplies & seasonings! Lionel was responsive & checked in with us each day (via text) to see how things were going. Overall, it is a great place to stay, there are a few things to note as you evaluate this & other properties. The fees were a bit high; we were a party of 10 & did not realize there was a $50 charge per night per person beyond 6 people (the add doesn’t say how many people could stay before the extra person change was applied). There were also a few things in the add that were not available, there is not a hot tub & the 7-car garage is not available for guests to park (as stated). In addition, the home needs a little TLC, there several things that need minor to moderate repairs or need to be replaced (I won’t list them all here). I only share this because if you’re like me I like to have all the facts when making a decision. These things did not negatively impact our stay, we had a great time, the host was great & I would recommend this property.

The house was cute, big enough for our needs, and the pool was fun. However, the refrigerator did not work, and we had the hardest time getting ahold of the property manager. With the high cost of this rental, I honestly was disappointed the amount of time and effort that we had to put into getting basic amenities working.

Overall- very functional stay. Not 100% content, but that's due to renting in December and # of additional fees. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was well stocked. Space for all to sleep. Very close to airport and shopping. Easy to get to OKC and Norman. Though we were asked to set thermostats to 75, they were not at that level when we arrived and the converted garage was not well insulated. No extra blankets. We have allergies and every room had air fresheners. No pool use in December. Unusual blue glow from locked master suite closet. More fees than our previous vrbo experiences and taxes on fees. Untimely combination of sprinkler run and cold weather leading to iced walkway to cars on our final day.

I can’t say enough positive things about this house, and about our host, Lionel. The house is big and beautiful, very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept well. The house is stocked with a little of everything you may need, from soap to shampoo to toothpaste, and anything else that you can imagine. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. The kitchen was fantastic! Also very clean and fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, cooking utensils…the list is endless. We cooked some big meals in that kitchen and were able to make do with what was there. We also had a lot of fun in the game room, enjoyed using the movie room, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub outside. The pool was not open because it was still too cold in Oklahoma, but it looked fantastic and the outside was also nicely decorated. We were also able to use the grill, and had another great meal that was cooked on it. Lionel was truly amazing. I had a ton of questions before I even booked the house, and some more after, and he very quickly responded to all of them. He was always polite and accommodating. Lionel texted to check in on us every day (at a very reasonable hour) to make sure we didn’t need anything. Truly a gentleman. It was a pleasure working with Lionel, and my family and I would not hesitate to stay at this house again.

We stayed at this property for a college graduation at OU. The owners communicated thoughtfully with us. The amenities were so much fun for the group of family that we had visit us! Pretty much everything you can think of! The instructions were clear and none of the expectations were unreasonable (which sometimes happens with these stays). The property was very clean and the linens smelled of fresh laundry. A reassuring feeling! Would definitely stay in the future, and is a nice stay for a large group. Plenty of space! We only got in the pool once due to poor weather but it was nice to have as an option. Check it out if you are looking around that area! Not too far from downtown OKC or Norman for OU fans. Thank you!

We brought our 25 grandchildren for cousin camp in Oklahoma City for three days. The Southside Estate was perfect because it held all of us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and accessible. Mr. Lionel was a gracious host and helped us with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend

This house is very nice, spacious and clean. The property manager was very communicative, checking to make sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We will definitely hope to stay here again when we visit our extended family and friends in OKC. The location is excellent in a very nice part of town, which is also close enough to highway access to get across town quickly and easily if needed. Highly recommend :)

In OKC for an athletic competition. My 12-person team had plenty of space and everything we needed to relax after our races. There are several grocery stores and gas stations nearby. Easy to get downtown.

We rented this location to have my family stay in while in town for a wedding. Awesome areas to congregate and hangout together! Made for a great place to relax and enjoy visiting with family. I would definitely rent again!
We rented this location to have my family stay in while in town for a wedding. Awesome areas to congregate and hangout together! Made for a great place to relax and enjoy visiting with family. I would definitely rent again!

We had 14 people (11 adults, 3 children) get together after Christmas. Everyone had a bed. There was a game room and movie room that everyone enjoyed. There were also enough places for everyone to sit and eat at the same time. Lots of room. The pool would also be great to use in warm weather. Very pleased with the accommodations.

Overall- very functional stay. Not 100% content, but that's due to renting in December and # of additional fees. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was well stocked. Space for all to sleep. Very close to airport and shopping. Easy to get to OKC and Norman. Though we were asked to set thermostats to 75, they were not at that level when we arrived and the converted garage was not well insulated. No extra blankets. We have allergies and every room had air fresheners. No pool use in December. Unusual blue glow from locked master suite closet. More fees than our previous vrbo experiences and taxes on fees. Untimely combination of sprinkler run and cold weather leading to iced walkway to cars on our final day.

The house was spacious - we had a party of 16 and we had plenty of room. Lionel our host was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had a great week enjoying the pool. The beds were very comfortable and several of them had advanced features that allow you to get a massage or adjust the bed. Televisions in all the bedrooms plus a living room which was large with a couch that could accommodate many many people. The kitchen came equipped with most of the kitchen, utensils, and service items that we needed to cook and eat. There are a few items in the house were in ill repair, but this didn’t impact our use or enjoyment of the property.Our family traveled from across the country to meet here and the house was a great venue to spend a week together in.

Plenty of space which was good. Had what we needed. Master bath not as functional as it could be. Owner was attentive and we appreciated that. TV’s cumbersome to navigate but we ultimately got the hang of it and every room has one.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, & has several beds. We enjoyed the pool, movie & game rooms. The home is great for a group of adults or families with kids. The house was well stocked, including pool toys, kitchen supplies & seasonings! Lionel was responsive & checked in with us each day (via text) to see how things were going. Overall, it is a great place to stay, there are a few things to note as you evaluate this & other properties. The fees were a bit high; we were a party of 10 & did not realize there was a $50 charge per night per person beyond 6 people (the add doesn’t say how many people could stay before the extra person change was applied). There were also a few things in the add that were not available, there is not a hot tub & the 7-car garage is not available for guests to park (as stated). In addition, the home needs a little TLC, there several things that need minor to moderate repairs or need to be replaced (I won’t list them all here). I only share this because if you’re like me I like to have all the facts when making a decision. These things did not negatively impact our stay, we had a great time, the host was great & I would recommend this property.

Our family had an amazing time at this house. There was something for everyone to do at all times with plenty of room for all 16 of us. The movie theater, pool and game room made the trip so enjoyable. Lionel is a wonderful host. He was kind enough to email when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and emailed a couple more times to make sure all was going well. We have stayed at 3 other VRBO homes and he is by far the best host! I highly recommend him and this home!

The house was cute, big enough for our needs, and the pool was fun. However, the refrigerator did not work, and we had the hardest time getting ahold of the property manager. With the high cost of this rental, I honestly was disappointed the amount of time and effort that we had to put into getting basic amenities working.

Lionel was a great host. The house was nice and roomy and had some really neat features. Lots of double occupancy rooms to get to the amount of people we needed to sleep. Theatre was an awesome touch. Needs a little updating and some cleaning around the pool area but we were there at the end of the winter so I imagine he will have it ready to roll come spring and summer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again tomorrow!!

This house was amazing! The kids loved the game room and having space to spread out. The kitchen was more functional than most VRBOs and I was able to cook for a large group easily. Host was available and responsive and cared about how things were going. We didn’t use the pool as it was so cold outside (January), but it looks beautiful.

I can’t say enough positive things about this house, and about our host, Lionel. The house is big and beautiful, very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept well. The house is stocked with a little of everything you may need, from soap to shampoo to toothpaste, and anything else that you can imagine. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. The kitchen was fantastic! Also very clean and fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, cooking utensils…the list is endless. We cooked some big meals in that kitchen and were able to make do with what was there. We also had a lot of fun in the game room, enjoyed using the movie room, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub outside. The pool was not open because it was still too cold in Oklahoma, but it looked fantastic and the outside was also nicely decorated. We were also able to use the grill, and had another great meal that was cooked on it. Lionel was truly amazing. I had a ton of questions before I even booked the house, and some more after, and he very quickly responded to all of them. He was always polite and accommodating. Lionel texted to check in on us every day (at a very reasonable hour) to make sure we didn’t need anything. Truly a gentleman. It was a pleasure working with Lionel, and my family and I would not hesitate to stay at this house again.

We brought our 25 grandchildren for cousin camp in Oklahoma City for three days. The Southside Estate was perfect because it held all of us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and accessible. Mr. Lionel was a gracious host and helped us with whatever we needed. I definitely recommend

We could not have found a better home for our trip. The homeowner checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We came to OKC for a senior class trip. Everyone enjoyed the game room and home theater. They loved swimming in the pool. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we had no problem fixing and cleaning up meals for our group. The home was clean and very comfortable. It was easy to get to a grocery story and to all of the things we wanted to do in OKC.

We stayed at this property for a college graduation at OU. The owners communicated thoughtfully with us. The amenities were so much fun for the group of family that we had visit us! Pretty much everything you can think of! The instructions were clear and none of the expectations were unreasonable (which sometimes happens with these stays). The property was very clean and the linens smelled of fresh laundry. A reassuring feeling! Would definitely stay in the future, and is a nice stay for a large group. Plenty of space! We only got in the pool once due to poor weather but it was nice to have as an option. Check it out if you are looking around that area! Not too far from downtown OKC or Norman for OU fans. We rented this house for our family & friends to stay while attending OU’s graduation. It’s close enough to everything yet far enough for privacy. Every bedroom is clean and equipped just as represented. The host is friendly and very accommodating to the smallest requests (we couldn’t find a remote and he had a replacement to us within the hour). Great family pool & also game room. Will rent here again if the occasion arises!!!

This house is very nice, spacious and clean. The property manager was very communicative, checking to make sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We will definitely hope to stay here again when we visit our extended family and friends in OKC. The location is excellent in a very nice part of town, which is also close enough to highway access to get across town quickly and easily if needed. Highly recommend :)

I last minute booked this for a family members birthday parties. Communication with the owner was flawless, and so accommodating. I am used to these rentals having little to nothing stocked in the kitchen, however this rental had the most amazingly stocked kitchen I’ve been in. I was able to cook for 20+ people no problem in this kitchen. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay here with a big family or hosting an event.

Televisions in all the bedrooms plus a living room which was large with a couch that could accommodate many many people. The kitchen came equipped with most of the kitchen, utensils, and service items that we needed to cook and eat. There are a few items in the house were in ill repair, but this didn’t impact our use or enjoyment of the property.Our family traveled from across the country to meet here and the house was a great venue to spend a week together in.
The house was spacious - we had a party of 16 and we had plenty of room. Lionel our host was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had a great week enjoying the pool. The beds were very comfortable and several of them had advanced features that allow you to get a massage or adjust the bed. We enjoyed our stay and the kiddos loved the pool. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway. Communication with the host was easy and he stayed in constant contact. Overall a wonderful stay.

This is the worst VRBO rental I have ever payed for. It had not been cleaned in a while. There was dust and dirt all over the outdoor sun room tables, and dirty floor mats. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced badly. Most of the furniture are missing the pads. And the ones that do have them are filthy. The host is a helicopter host, and crossed the line many times on what a renter should not do if someone has payed you to stay at the place. Wanted an itinerary of my day, trying to dictate the days events. We did not break any of his MANY house rules, yet he still harassed me. Most of the amenities listed are broken and very low, cheap quality. The propane grill was broken, no charcoal or lighter fluid provided for the charcoal grill. Could not even play a game of pool bc the table was slanted. Ants were all over the kitchen sink in the in the mornings. Could not even make breakfast either day. Charged me extra for each person past the 8 they charged me for, yet did not provide enough clean towels or rags. We had to use sheets to dry off on day two. And they did not provide pool towels for the guest I did pay for.If I could have done a walk through of the property prior to renting it, I would have never agreed to pay what they charged me. The host thinks his property is worth more than it is. I want my money back.

Great property for a group of of long time friends to enjoy an away football game against OU in Norman. Spacious property and GREAT entertainment. Favorite was the theater room for watching the later games. Unfortunately we were there in November so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool (although it was open). Host was very attentive. Everything we needed was available. Only suggestion for future guests is that there are only 2 1/2 baths. This was posted by the owner. Just slowed things down a bit with 8 people. Also the wonderful tub in the primary bedroom, although it has a shower, it doesn’t have walls. Best to sit in the tub and use the wand so as not to get water everywhere.

Our family had an amazing time at this house. There was something for everyone to do at all times with plenty of room for all 16 of us. The movie theater, pool and game room made the trip so enjoyable. Lionel is a wonderful host. He was kind enough to email when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and emailed a couple more times to make sure all was going well. We have stayed at 3 other VRBO homes and he is by far the best host! I highly recommend him and this home!
