Le cucine ben attrezzate, le ampie vasche idromassaggio in bagno e la possibilità di fare barbecue occasionalmente facilitano la preparazione dei pasti in autonomia. La struttura è ideale per famiglie e gruppi che cercano spazio e privacy. Tra i piccoli inconvenienti, alcuni letti sono considerati un po' rigidi e la posizione non è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, anche se il servizio navetta gratuito e i collegamenti con il supermercato sono utili. Aspettatevi una base ben attrezzata con un'accoglienza calorosa e premurosa.

The host (Hiro) was super helpful and very kind. Before our stay, he reached out to us to ask if we wanted to be picked up at the train station. We took him up on his offer and our ride was there on time waiting for us when we arrived. He then drove us to a local supermarket so we could get groceries, and he waited for us there patiently. At our villa, the host walked us through the place and showed us how to operate everything. He then provided us with bus maps, suggestions to eat and shop, told us about the fall/autumn "festival" that was taking place during our stay, and gave us general local guidance. Super helpful! The Villa was a great space that suited our needs (family of four), and was nothing fancy. But while in Kawaguchiko we were out and about, so didn\'t need luxury. My only disappointment, albeit a small one, was that I was expecting an outside multi person hot tub, but it was a large in-bathroom Jacuzzi. This was still great in the end. To wrap up or stay, the host also drove us back to the train station with all our luggage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value.

One of the highlights of our Japan trip so far. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of Mount Fuji, with a short walk down to the lake. The hot tub was great. The staff were so friendly and even gifted our son with a panda toy.

施設の方がすごく親切で、設備の説明など丁寧に教えてくれました。 バーベキューもコンロの用意や火おこし、片付けも全部やってもらえてこちらの負担も少なく本当にありがたかった。 部屋から見える富士山も最高でした。

夜遅くの到着にも気持ちよく対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。どのスタップも感じがよかったので、楽しい滞在になりました。お風呂のジェットバスが気持ちがよく、ワインの入浴剤の香りがとても良かったです。また行きたい施設です。

located not nearby tran station , but the house owner provided free shuttle service, and drove us to a big supermarket nearby. only few minutes walk from the house to lake side, Fujiyama is right over there,beautiful view. there is a very big bathtub in the house, so good, recommend to all vistiors who love Fujiyama

The view of Mt. Fuji from the bedroom and the bathroom was a plus. The villa was newly built with a jet tub where you could look out to Mt. Fuji. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

施設が使いやすく清潔で安心して過ごせました。ベッドルームからの眺望が抜群です。今年で１００歳になる母も階段も問題なく昇り降りできたし入浴もできました。肩湯に感動していました。全てに良かったので次回の宿泊もここにしようねとなりました。ありがとうございました。

Fantastic. This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The place is clean and spacious, the manager is super friendly and respectful and the view of Mt Fuji is perfect. I highly recommend everyone stays here for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

I drive and come at 11:00pm late night to the hotel which already not the serving hours in the front desk, however, the staff here still keep waiting for me as I contact with him before by email. He is so nice and polite to introduce every part of the house to me, this make me understand what to be aware and how to use the bath tub. The house here one night is nearly not expensive compare to the hotel or houses around, but the service and view from the window is excellent. The most important thing is the house is very clean, even I move the bed around, the place under the bed and the corner has no dust or rubbish which make me live comfortably and amazed by this. The house can live up to 8 people. I and my family are in four this time. There are 2 floors in this house. Children are happy. The sri here is good and the environment around is quiet. It is spacious and I will definitely come back with more relatives and recommend this place to my friends next time.

I drive and come at 11:00pm late night to the hotel which already not the serving hours in the front desk, however, the staff here still keep waiting for me as I contact with him before by email. He is so nice and polite to introduce every part of the house to me, this make me understand what to be aware and how to use the bath tub. The house here one night is nearly not expensive compare to the hotel or houses around, but the service and view from the window is excellent. The most important thing is the house is very clean, even I move the bed around, the place under the bed and the corner has no dust or rubbish which make me live comfortably and amazed by this. The house can live up to 8 people. I and my family are in four this time. There are 2 floors in this house. Children are happy. The sri here is good and the environment around is quiet. It is spacious and I will definitely come back with more relatives and recommend this place to my friends next time.

河口湖まで歩いて5分、部屋の窓から富士山が正面にみえる絶好の立地です。河口湖岸は遊歩道があり富士山を見ながらのウォーキングは最高でした。1棟ごとのコテージなので家族で宿泊するにはベストだと思う。ただ1点だけ気になったのは洗面台水栓のレバーがきつくて使いにくかったのが残念です。

One of the highlights of our Japan trip so far. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of Mount Fuji, with a short walk down to the lake. The hot tub was great. The staff were so friendly and even gifted our son with a panda toy.

located not nearby tran station , but the house owner provided free shuttle service, and drove us to a big supermarket nearby. only few minutes walk from the house to lake side, Fujiyama is right over there,beautiful view. there is a very big bathtub in the house, so good, recommend to all vistiors who love Fujiyama

This a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for accomodations around Lake Kawaguchi. Very clean, quiet, and only a few minutes walk from the lakefront and several restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Would love to stay here again!

The host (Hiro) was super helpful and very kind. Before our stay, he reached out to us to ask if we wanted to be picked up at the train station. We took him up on his offer and our ride was there on time waiting for us when we arrived. He then drove us to a local supermarket so we could get groceries, and he waited for us there patiently. At our villa, the host walked us through the place and showed us how to operate everything. He then provided us with bus maps, suggestions to eat and shop, told us about the fall/autumn "festival" that was taking place during our stay, and gave us general local guidance. Super helpful! The Villa was a great space that suited our needs (family of four), and was nothing fancy. But while in Kawaguchiko we were out and about, so didn\'t need luxury. My only disappointment, albeit a small one, was that I was expecting an outside multi person hot tub, but it was a large in-bathroom Jacuzzi. This was still great in the end. To wrap up or stay, the host also drove us back to the train station with all our luggage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value.

Hiro, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. He offered to pick us up from the train station, drove us to a supermarket, and guided us through the villa. He provided bus maps, dining and shopping suggestions, and local tips, including info about a fall festival. The villa was perfect for our family of four. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great value!

施設の方がすごく親切で、設備の説明など丁寧に教えてくれました。 バーベキューもコンロの用意や火おこし、片付けも全部やってもらえてこちらの負担も少なく本当にありがたかった。 部屋から見える富士山も最高でした。

店主全家熱情，好客！ Villa乾淨整潔，煮食設施齊備，連油，調味料也很齊全，煮食沒有問題。爸爸媽媽很滿意。 步行至楓葉迴廊只是數分鐘，欣賞夜楓很方便。 如屋內添置時鐘，衣櫃及2/F增設暖氣就完美了！(晚上實在有點凍)

One of the most cooperative and caring hosts I’ve ever met. Hiro was exceptional. Even though our stay was very short, he made every effort to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend this resort. The location was outstanding. You can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji directly from the room, or take a peaceful 5-minute walk to the nearby lake. With little to no crowd, the calm and serenity in the morning felt truly special. Compared to this area, Oishi Park felt a bit too crowded for my preference. The rooms are exactly same as described, with all the cooking facilities.

First off. The location is perfect if you're looking for that small town vibe. Hiroyuki-san did a phenomenal job with communicating with us before and during our stay. The fact that they also offer a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchi Station is a huge plus as well! Oh, and if you're staying in a villa that is facing Mt. Fuji, you will definitely see Mt. Fuji, weather permitting, of course. Hiroyuki-san was very accommodating to us and was always ready and willing to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Honestly, for the price, this place is kinda hard to beat for what it has to offer. If you're looking to stay in the Fujikawaguchiko area, DO NOT miss out on this place!
