Pictures clearly taken some years ago. No lift / elevator so I had to carry my 25kg suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Being 6’2 I could hardly turn around in the toilet / shower ‘closet’.

2 to 3 group people sat next to the entrance door(out of the booking office)smoking ,drinking ,swearing...from 4pm to 1am... We booked this place on wotif,mainly because it is a no smoking hotel,but it is not !!!, when we booked the place on wotif,it said ,it is FREE parking,but when we booked into the hotel,the staff asked us to pay $10 for parking,and pay $100 for the non-smoking deposit. We wont stay in ibis again...

I paid 475 AUD for 2 nights at Ibis Budget Enfield. It wasnt worth the price at all. There was no handwash, no tissues. In addition, shower head was all rusty and dirty toilet and curtains. The room was barely big enough to walk. It was honestly the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Beds were comfy, bathroom had a lot of black mould, there was no shower curtain, shower rod was covered in rust, went to use the toilet in the morning and there was a horrible sewerage smell that filled the bedroom, had to spray a lot of perfume just to use the toilet as it was horrible, possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness, told the front desk clerk and wasn’t offered a little refunded or anything, wasted $265

It's a budget place but there were dead and live cockroahes. I had to keep everything zipped up. The sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom and decor was shabby and damaged. I didn't have breakfast but had a hot drink which was not pleasant it went down the sink. Not a nice experience but was only one night.

Can’t believe this place gets rated well. The staff member I dealt with was lovely and understanding but otherwise, this place was a write-off. Air-con was noisy and blew huge chunks of dust onto the table and floors, couldn’t change the temperature or fan speed either. Carpets in the rooms were stained, the bedsheets were damp and the new towels were already dirty. The common area carpets were dirty and stained, shared fridge and microwave were disgusting. Front door was said to be locked after 11pm, yet at 12am there were people entering freely. Avoid!

The room was not cleaned, toilet was not even flushed, still smells. The air con seems to be not cleaned for ages, and it blew out smelly air too. Only the beds are reasonable. It’s my second time to stay there. But definitely won’t go back again.

Terrible smell from the toilet drain. The cleaning staff promptly smothered everything in bleach which helped for a few hours, but it returned as bad as ever. I've stayed before and had the same problem though not as bad. The A/C worked initially, but after I turned it of it refused to kick in when I tried to use it later in the night. I opened the window to get some cool air into the room. When I tried it in the morning it worked. Strange. Strange hotel.

Warm, clean comfortable room. Great wifi. Staff were amazing. So helpful. My stay was during floods and I had to go to my car for something, a staff member saw I was going out in the rain and walked with me sharing her umbrella. Over and above.

Tv on the wall is in a position where you smash your shoulders into each time you walk past, have a few bruises to go home with. Otherwise bed and linen is fresh and clean, room was clean. Good for an overnight stop.

You get what you pay for with this property - very basic amenities that work well (no complaints with this). The only issue I had was with the aircon - had to try a few different rooms to find one that worked properly (which the staff were great about). But then the heat stopped working half way though the night so it became quite cold.

Check in was 2 hours late. Didn’t get into the room until 2pm. Thought we would be getting a room with two single beds but instead had a queen bed and a bunk - expecting an adult to climb up and sleep in a bunk bed is ridiculous.

I arrived at the hotel around 23 o'clock last night. No one was already at the front desk, so I couldn't check in easily. With the help of a man staying at the hotel, I had a person on night duty connect the phone. It took 60 minutes to check in. Was there no other way but to call at that time? I couldn't get a call, though. It would have been difficult if the man of the guest hadn't called me many times.

Booked 2 rooms, mentioned we only booked 1 room, and had to wait over 30 minutes to receiving key for the second room, the toilet were very small, worse than the bathroom toilets, had 2 people come into our room at 5 am and 7am, mentioned that no one can come in at 5 am and at 7am she mentioned that she gave the wrong key and did not apologise, I do not recommend staying at Ibis Enfield unless you want to have a bad experience with customer service.

I rang the day before our booking and asked if there was a bigger room like a disable room as my husband had a knee replacement. The girl told me yes and she suppose to book us in that room. But when arrived the room was taken so we left and I lost my refundable deposit. We are both aged pensioners. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Ibis Enfield NSW to anyone.

Not worth it considering the price for one night. There’s constant sewage smell in the room, and our carpet on the floor is sticky. Our room was located on the ground floor and the whole room was not sound proof, as we could constantly hear other people slamming the front door all night, and could hear others talking from the car park. No PT nearby except for one bus line. No supermarket nearby, only fast food restaurants and petrol stations available nearby. Would not recommend.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean and tidy with a jug, coffee and tea etc (paper cups). Small fridge. TV. Ensuite extremely small and if you didn't get the spiel or read the signs, having shower with the door open will set off the fire alarms!! It appeared to be some sort of emergency housing but that could just be due to the price. Very handy to KFC, McDonald's and Oporto.

When we arrived there was another customer complaining that their room had no air conditioning. We got to our room and found the same scenario. We told the receptionist who gave us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, but in the morning the entire reception and breakfast area were locked up, despite it apparently being open from 7. We checked back at 8 and it was still locked. Had a terrible sleep due to the heat. Also, the shower curtain was missing. Linen and towels were clean at least.

Es lindo y si se descansa rico. Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue el baño, es muy pequeño , parece como el baño de un avión, pero no afecta nada en mi buena opinión del hotel. Va de acuerdo al precio y obvio la ciudad en la que está. Queda cerca un KFC , Macdonald 24 hrs, seven eleven.

When going to have breakfast in the morning the staff member was clearly sick he was coughing and sniffing the whole time while setting up the breakfast area after he set everything up he decided to go put a mask on but by that time it was too late everything had been covered in what ever infection this person had we decided not to have breakfast which we had already payed for

Was a decent place to literally sleep, bedding was very clean, staff were friendly. Was no dining options walking distance unless you want McDonald's or KFC. Outside of building and stairwell could do with a good clean.

The hotel was what I expected from a budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service is every 3 days, but if you need fresh towels or paper cups, they are available from reception. Free parking was always available - a definite plus. Bathroom is small, but manageable, but bring your own toiletries - only liquid soap is available. Close to a few fast-food outlets, and convenience store at petrol stations, but not close to a supermarket. There is a park nearby if you need to exercise, and has a river-side walking path.

Staff were friendly and lobby was mostly clean despite a weird smell upon entry on the first day. Breakfast buffet could've been better by having a few more options and even sugar for the cereal and coffee machine. Bed was surprisingly soft and clean. But bathroom could've used a deeper scrub. Also, maybe a smaller room instead of a wheenlchair accessible room. Better lighting positions would also be a nice thing as well as some more lighta.

It was great for the price, the room was relatively clean, and the parking lot was a big plus in Sydney. The guest laundry was functional, clean, and much cheaper than local laundromats. We had a water leak in the room that we didn't discover until the very last day (it was small and in a corner), it had caused a bit of a musty smell in the room but I don't believe it would have been there had the leak been identified. There is no elevator in this hotel so ask for ground floor if that matters to you.
