Malibu Sand by Stay Awhile Villas

Ideal location.

This property was as advertised! We really enjoyed the week. The host was very knowledgeable of the property and the area. Check-in was a breeze. It was a blessing to be able to stay there and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Thanks so much for everything.

The location was great, but very poor service. The air conditioner didn't work. We sent messages about it every day, and just kept getting "we will talk to the team" responses. It was never fixed and we stayed 6 nights with no AC. Everyone had issues trying to sleep with it being so hot. We requested a high chair and crib, since it was advertised as having both, it took 2 days for them to bring them. The propane on the fire pit outside ran out the first night and took 2 days to have replaced. The floors were very dirty when we arrived. I have a crawling baby, and his pants were covered in black stuff within 15 minutes of arriving. The place was too expensive not to get better service. We defintely would never book again here.

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for the entire family. Amazing ocean views and close to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, great location walkable to the pier and Malibu Country Mart. Kids loved access to the beach, sand on our patio and the amazing hot tub. Spacious common area. Overall a great stay for families/ larger groups.
