I arrived there with a delegation of 5 (+15) people. When I needed to borrow a small conference room for a teams meeting they asked for 150 €. Not much for a day - but for 2 hrs. The staff and management was very unfriendly. Secondly: Beds were low level. Thirdly: Breakfast was not 4 star level - rather 3. Missing a lot of food. First day no fruit. Second day no yogurt. I will be back in Vercelly with same amount of people late in March. I will then book a different hotel - and these guys loose 5 t€ because of ignorance..

The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years.
