In a nice area, nice room, a little small but comfy bed. Kettle with coffee and tea, bathroom a little tired but perfectly functional. The weather was exceptionally hot, even with the window open and 3 fans on, the room was stifling. A lovely cafe, with a very nice breakfast, staff were lovely.

Room was clean, a little dust on lamp bases and there was dirt on the bathroom floor but this turned out to be from the roof as the skylight was open. The room was very hot but this was due to a heatwave, a large fan was provided but sadly just moved the warm air. Bed was comfy, nice addition of toiletries in the bathroom, and the tea and coffee tray couldn't be faulted, excellent, even included different teas and water. Breakfast was fab and the staff in the cafe were just adorable. If I was closer, id be in there all the time! We will most definitely stay again!
