Sapphire Hotel London

This place is awful, please avoid. Moulding the bathrooms (really bad in the shower niche), covers over the smoke detectors which is probably illegal. Not sure if these covers are for the blow dryer that smokes as soon as you turn it on or the huge amount of steam from the bathroom since the bath fan barely works. Worst part is when the breaker flipped off all our lights at night the staff member somehow tried to blame us. We had a shower then pressed the button on the mirror to turn its lights on and it flipped the breaker. I’ve never had a staff member of a hotel act like this before. Rather than being apologetic for their dump of a basement ‘hotel room’ it’s somehow our fault that their wiring in the bathroom is so bad the condensation trips a breaker. I’ve stayed in bad hotels before with no issues. But things by far the worst. Do not stay here.

Carpet needs replacing in room but overall clean room and linen and clean bathroom

Fantastic value for money, room was spotless, and is located just a short walk from the underground. Everything felt simple, safe, and convenient. As a solo traveler, I couldn't ask for anything better. A smooth, comfortable, and very well-organized stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Fant ett åpnet kondompapir i sengetøyet. Gikk selv ned å hentet nytt sengetøy og tok det på selv. Heldigvis var det utbedret dagen etterpå.
