Located by beautiful beach with stunning patio. Close to restaurants but if want to visit rest of island would recommend your own transport as buses are infrequent.

Amazing place for a base to explore the island. Room was upgraded as it was my birthday. An extra little touch was a beautiful card in my room. Staff extremely friendly, spotlessly clean. Food top notch. Room and view were fantastic. Private steps down to the beach. Fabulous place. It is honestly the best view in the bay. Thank you for making our holiday so special, i lost a bracelet whilst i was there, i mentioned it to receptionist and she called the cleaners to look out for it, it was found in the corridor within 5 mins. Absolutely brilliant service

Lovely terrace overlooking the bay and well-kept communal hotel areas. Spacious room. Long climb from the beach to the hotel will not suit all guests, but it's a great cardio workout! Some unusual practices - on our second morning at breakfast, a member of staff insisted we go back to our room to get the blue cardboard folder our room keycards had been provided in. We were not told about this 'essential' bit of card and it's purpose. It was all a bit unnecessary and officious. Most hotels accept a room number at breakfast....and the word of the guest.

Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to Rose who kindly upgraded my room and made sure i was comfortable and settled in. All the staff made me feel so welcome. My new room with balcony was amazing and i could see the sea and beach. Breakfast was great. Bar was a little quiet but im sure in slightly warmer weather it would be busier and so would the terrace. Terrace was fantastic with stunning views. Very easy to walk down to the beach and very close to bus stops to get around the island.

Loved the views from our room. Hotel very dated but clean,bar very limited n hardly any staff to serve. Front of house staff very good n polite. No ambience in the bar area all very bright lighting. Bus stop tight outside Hotel so that was great.

The sun terrace is great, relaxing, beautiful views, couldn’t ask for more. Great breakfast. Location perfect, views from the hotel of the bay beautiful, and lots of lovely walks from the hotel. Path down to the beach was ideal. Would definitely return.

Staff were great and very friendly. Room was a bit smelly and tired and could do with a refurbish. Altough I slept well, the mattress was well worn. Bathroom shower and toilet was struggling to drain the water. There was hardly any water pressure when showering. Breakfast was OK, however the coffee was close to undrinkable.

The hotel has beautiful views across St Brelades Bay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Only one fault one morning I waited nearly an hour for a cooked breakfast as they forgot to cook it! Overall 4/5 stars. Would stay again

Beautiful location and a nice hotel. Room was very well presented and clean. Breakfast was very good but the service and politeness from the breakfast staff needs to improve.

The location, staff, breakfast and common areas all good. Our room ….. very poor indeed ! The reason apparently is because it’s due an upgrade !! Our room was very dated, poorly maintained and most importantly a health hazard due to the damp. The damp was clearly visible, on the carpet, the walls- peeling wall paper, mould in some areas. Rust on the bedside lamps. Most importantly our clothes were very damp after a few days of hanging in the closet. Explantion given was the fan in the bathroom was not working despite it sounding as if it was. Not the job of a guest to spot that one ! The fan has clearly not been working for a very long time !!! We brought the issue to the attention of the hotel Manager. Not once did he say “sorry “ he just thanked us for bringing it to his attention and reminded us about his excitement for the future refurbishment ! We were not looking for any compensation at all. The lack of contrition from the Manager was extremely disappointing and no gesture of good will was offered eg a drink from the bar. This would at least of helped to prove he was actually sorry for our experience !!! In conclusion this particular room has been in a very poor condition for a very long time and if Management claim they were not aware of this they were not doing there job correctly!

We had a lovely stay, the views were spectacular. Food delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative was our room didn’t have air conditioning and the fan provided wasn’t adequate.

Unable to use my bath in room also shower problems! Did not fix until my last night after reporting in first 48hrs of stay . Of qst night no message left to say they had fixed it but said would send manager ? Plummer would send for parts? Could hear people's conversation in room next door next to my bed also bed next to door .

The hotel was in a perfect location with breath taking views and an easy walk down to St Brelades Bay. The room was superb and spacious with a small balcony overlooking the bay. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you and very helpful and friendly offering advice and recommendations for around the area.

The gardens were beautiful, ocean view and beach spectacular. The room amenities could be improved but overall was very acceptable

The hotel was closed but hotels.com failed to inform me, I turned up and there was a notice on the door saying hotel was closed. I rang the number and they were very accommodating as it was only for 1 night and no breakfast. It’s a shame really that hotels.com failed to respond to the client so as to inform me: however the hotel was lucky and a great recommendation for dinner.

Amazing place for a base to explore the island. Room was upgraded as it was my birthday. An extra little touch was a beautiful card in my room. Staff extremely friendly, spotlessly clean. Food top notch. Room and view were fantastic. Private steps down to the beach. Fabulous place. It is honestly the best view in the bay. Thank you for making our holiday so special, i lost a bracelet whilst i was there, i mentioned it to receptionist and she called the cleaners to look out for it, it was found in the corridor within 5 mins. Absolutely brilliant service

Great location lovely view of bay hotel was amazing only downfall at hotels was staff sometimes had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get served at the bar and on check out nobody there to settle bar bill of £5.85 for a pint of beer and got email to say I'd left the property without paying lol if someone was there at reception i would have sorted my bill out but had to leave as taxi was waiting ✋️ 😀

This hotel is in a really great location, 5 minutes walk down to the beach, with our seaview room perfectly overlooking the bay and the sunsets, this was a lovely smart and clean place to stay, does great breakfasts - but above all has the friendliest & most helpful staff ever - a lovely experience.

Lovely terrace overlooking the bay and well-kept communal hotel areas. Spacious room. Long climb from the beach to the hotel will not suit all guests, but it's a great cardio workout! Some unusual practices - on our second morning at breakfast, a member of staff insisted we go back to our room to get the blue cardboard folder our room keycards had been provided in. We were not told about this 'essential' bit of card and it's purpose. It was all a bit unnecessary and officious. Most hotels accept a room number at breakfast....and the word of the guest.

Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys.

The best view of the bay, yes the slogan is true. However, the hotel does not meet modern standards. The bathroom furnishings have simple, blinding mirrors. The furniture is very simple. The house is completely winding and confusing. In the dining room and partly in the corridors there is a constant smell of grease. At breakfast on the first day, I also felt like I was in a retirement home. The other days I did not eat there. My TV wasn't working, I told the hotel manager at the reception because no one else was there at the time. He just said mockingly “interesting” and did nothing. I found that insolent. Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front. The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids. Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier. A great hotel, I would definitely recommend!

Couldn't fault the Biarritz. The location is easily accessible by public transport, the views across the St Brelades Bay are unbelievably fabulous. Staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. Next time we go, I won't bother searching for hotels, I'll book the Biarritz.

The sun terrace is great, relaxing, beautiful views, couldn’t ask for more. Great breakfast. Location perfect, views from the hotel of the bay beautiful, and lots of lovely walks from the hotel. Path down to the beach was ideal. Would definitely return.

All the saff were very helpful and friendly and the manager went out of his way to attend to our particular needs. Our one misgiving was the restaurant menu, Whilst the meals were good, the menu was the same every night. The hotel web site indicaterd that it would be different every night. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Great reception from Rose. Amazing view from room. Evening meal was exquisite. Breakfast was included but tasted a little "cheap" and tasteless. Maybe source some local better quality ingredients and charge a little more. Service was amazing throughout

The hotel has beautiful views across St Brelades Bay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Only one fault one morning I waited nearly an hour for a cooked breakfast as they forgot to cook it! Overall 4/5 stars. Would stay again

Very nice location, view of the bay is spectacular. Walking access to the hotel though will be challenging for the less able. The food overall was good except for two disappointing meals served to my wife, after complaining to the head waiter the matter was quickly resolved.

Lovely room with view of St Brelade’s Bay. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good disappointing. Breakfast menu card stated crusty rolls and Danish pastries, there were none. They did have mini croissants and mini petit pain au chocolate which were good. We had a meal in the dining room the first evening but the food was very average and not worth the cost. We ate out after that.

We had informed reception twice that we had 2 bookings concurrently as we did not want to have the hassle of moving rooms. We had an uneventful first night but noticed that our room was not well maintained. Dirty carpet, poor water pressure in the shower, we noticed a strange brown stain on one of the hotel towel robes, we left it on the side for it to be replaced but found it hanging up again in the wardrobe the following morning. The first morning we went to breakfast we asked for continental. It was chaotic service not enough staff to look after guests. The coffee machine needed topping up I asked the only member of staff on to do that she did but didn’t check it worked had to ask again machine needed the grounds emptying, finally got a coffee and fruit juice was empty. The choice was poor not what I would expect limited choice of fruit basically chopped up apple and tinned peaches. We avoided dining after that, even avoided the bar as this was soulless with no staff or atmosphere. On our second to last day I had a call from reception asking me to please come and collect my belongings. I returned to the hotel quite annoyed and I was locked out of my room. We complained but received no response. The Biarritz is not 4star hospitality not once did we feel looked after like we should have been. A big thumbs down from us

We have found our new favourite hotel in Jersey, room was incredible, staff so nice, friendly and helpful. Views incredible, and just 2 mins down some steps to the beach. Food was lovely (just had lunch snack menu) We were in a beach facing premium room, only small issue was it was the hit may week and the room was incredibly hot. There was a fan supplied but probably could have done with 2. Not having air-conditioning not unusual in jersey and it was unreasonable hot. Will definately be back.
