Stayed 1 night in room 2 on the 1st floor at the rear of the property. You look out onto the back yard which had old furniture, door frames & rubbish. Spacious bedroom, small shower room with a macerator toilet which was a little bit noisy as was the sliding door into the shower room. Comfortable bed a fan was left available if needed. Breakfast at cost of £15 each was enjoyable. Misleading free breakfast on hotels.com overall a nice place convenient for the coast & the curry houses on Ocean road. Hosts Paul & Barbara both very accommodating.
