連住2夜，給5星評價，飯店整體舒適宜人，安靜，空間大、浴室超大、陽台景觀超好，在島上最好的是有各種免費接駁車，飯店門口就能隨時搭，要過去美食街環球影城也只要5分鐘。飯店一樓的餐廳也都好吃的極致，以後會常來。

We had a 1 night stay in the direct access pool room.. Everything was great and we love it there.. our son enjoyed his pool time and don’t even want to check out.. will definitely come again! Staff was great and helpful too!

プール付きのガーデンルームに泊まりましたが、プールに葉っぱやら虫やらが浮きまくっててとても泳ぐ気にはなれませんでした。場所もかなり中途半端でシャトルバスかタクシーがないとどこへも行けず、リゾーツワールドを散策するならハードロックのほうがいいと思います。値段も安くないので私は中途半端だと思いました。

家族がインフルエンザに罹り、急遽の延泊と航空券の手配などが発生しましたがどちらも受付のスタッフの方が対応してくださいました。 英語がおぼつかない中、自分自身での手配が心配でしたが代わりにやっていただき助かりました。 プールはこまめに葉っぱをとってくれたりすごくきれいに保たれていました。 何か不満を考えるとしたら冷蔵庫が優しすぎるのか一晩入れておかないと冷たくならないですが、本当にそれ以外はとても大満足でセントーサ島を楽しめました。 Wi-Fiも強かったです。

We picked Equarius Hotel for my child school holiday vacation. Away from the buzz of the city but close to all the recreation around sentosa. We stayed in the deluxe Garden room that comes with a huge balcony. The latter allows my child to play all sorts of outdoor games. For the same price elsewhere in singapore, the room will probably be one third the size of this. A shuttle bus brings us around resort world sentosa compound. The outdoor pool is huge! Special mention is Betty who made everything seamless and wonderful. She replied my email promptly regarding the check in process and went out of the way to ensure all our concerns were allayed numerous times during the stay.

Room was not property cleaned. After checked into the room, found candy wrapper on floor and contact lens from previous visitors. Semi buffet was in a very sorry state and not worth a single cent being paid for. Concierge staff not able to tell exact timing of shuttle service ( was told next bus coming in 12mins and decided to go for a walk around the compound but it came almost immediately after we walked off ) So much restrictions in pool usage that might as well don’t even allow your non-villa guests to use at all. In fact there are so much of negative feedbacks that I would like to write but would summarised into a line “Who so ever thinking of staying there, don’t bother. Save your time and money for somewhere else nicer”

Loved that it was close to all of the attractions but still quiet. The pool was very Serene and nice. I only wish there was a Jacuzzi for the General Public, Swimming by all the empty village

4泊５日で宿泊。宿泊前にリクエストしたら、景色の良い高層階にしてくれ、娘の誕生日対応もしてくれた。部屋は広く快適。コンシュルジュの対応も素晴らしい。困ったことがあれば、迅速に対応してくれる。アドベンチャー・コーブ・ウォーターパークへのアクセスも最高。

這次旅行住宿最差，雖然酒店是五星級我所訂是豪華客房，但入房首先浴室發霉，視覺望落去很多邊黑色，還有意味馬上通知酒店職員換房，換了多間房(不是壞水龍頭，浴缸又堵塞去不到水.'...)，到不知第三或第四間房，換到第四間房，以為可以睡，當時己零晨2點多，但又發浴室有蟑螂，小孩也嚇怕，又換房。到了第五間房我們真很疲累萬分，我們一早乘坐飛機又玩了整天，本想回到酒店好好享受下，但…不如理想。到了第五間房因太累倘下床休息，但從被中走了一只蟑螂快爬到我身，呢次我和先生活捉了它給酒店職員看，那時己零晨三點了!我經一番和經理交談才換了間套房給我們住，因太累第二天我們也沒起床吃早餐，睡到下午也沒有叫人拾房間，就出外玩。如是睡了兩晚，第三叫職員拾房，本以為就此不會再有不愉快的發生;晚上回酒店睡，但又發現床上床單有不屬於我們的頭髮，還有小許血，可說真嘔心，當然我即時拍照(就像我活捉蟑螂放入袋)拿去給職員看，他們也有留記錄。然後又換了床單，但我又發現床單有破損，於是我把整張床單拆除，又發現床墊有已乾了的血漬，我馬上叫人來處理，呢次我忘了拍照，但職員很快搬了走，說明天給我們換新床墊，他們只好說:「對不起。」我真想又換房，但職員說未必有房，已又是零晨2點，小孩也很累，最後只有舖上了新的床單，我們便這樣渡過在此酒店6日五夜!每天在外面玩到很夜才回，只因不想在此酒店逗留太多時間! 住在這間酒店職員幫我們換五次房，第六間住下來又有問題，不過職員送給我們一罐小形日本茶葉及一道歉卡!我們這一家第一次來新加坡旅行，睇了很多平論，人人稱讚好，當地人也說非常好，所以選擇這間，但這次酒店房間及酒店職員的處理太令人失望!

Hotel is remotely located, but we enjoyed the quietness and shuttle bus service made moving around easy. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room size and overall rooms were clean, but little details like dusting headboard, cleaning the hair off sofa could be improved.

娘と夫と二泊しました。 部屋からはcove water parkとモノレールが見下ろせて眺望は最高で、部屋の隅々まで手入れが行き届いていました。 ホテルのスタッフ皆さんとても親切でサービスが行き届いており大変快適な旅となりました。 朝食もバラエティーに富んだもので特に待ち時間用にサーブされていたマフィンがとても美味しかったです（実際待ち時間はなかったのですが）。 セントーサに行くときはまた是非こちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

Being a 5 star hotel, one would expect a 5 star experience but reality sadly fell short. We chose this hotel for our wedding honeymoon stay and added it in our remarks but the rooms had nothing special. Not even extra decorations. When we were sleeping, our TV's sound bar suddenly blasted music at max volume multiple times. Scared us awake. Technician said it was because another guest had accidentally connected to it. We received no form of compensation or service recovery for this fright. Their hairdryer was broken at the hinge, one of the room phones had no sound and you must take the shuttle bus to explore the area. It is not conveniently walkable. At least the shuttle bus interval was fast. Roomkeeping staff didn't clean the hairs in the toilet and they replenished our caffeinated coffees with decaffeinated ones... We didn't mind the lack of special experience at first, but all these issue started stacking up and our stay felt like an overpriced stay at an overrated hotel. Their lobby staff were all very nice and helpful but their services elsewhere fell short. It's a pity. Would not recommend.

We didn't mind the lack of special experience at first, but all these issue started stacking up and our stay felt like an overpriced stay at an overrated hotel. Their lobby staff were all very nice and helpful but their services elsewhere fell short. It's a pity. Would not recommend.

We picked Equarius Hotel for my child school holiday vacation. Away from the buzz of the city but close to all the recreation around sentosa. We stayed in the deluxe Garden room that comes with a huge balcony. The latter allows my child to play all sorts of outdoor games. For the same price elsewhere in singapore, the room will probably be one third the size of this. A shuttle bus brings us around resort world sentosa compound. The outdoor pool is huge! Special mention is Betty who made everything seamless and wonderful. She replied my email promptly regarding the check in process and went out of the way to ensure all our concerns were allayed numerous times during the stay.

家族がインフルエンザに罹り、急遽の延泊と航空券の手配などが発生しましたがどちらも受付のスタッフの方が対応してくださいました。 英語がおぼつかない中、自分自身での手配が心配でしたが代わりにやっていただき助かりました。 プールはこまめに葉っぱをとってくれたりすごくきれいに保たれていました。 何か不満を考えるとしたら冷蔵庫が優しすぎるのか一晩入れておかないと冷たくならないですが、本当にそれ以外はとても大満足でセントーサ島を楽しめました。 Wi-Fiも強かったです。

Room was not property cleaned. After checked into the room, found candy wrapper on floor and contact lens from previous visitors. Semi buffet was in a very sorry state and not worth a single cent being paid for. Concierge staff not able to tell exact timing of shuttle service ( was told next bus coming in 12mins and decided to go for a walk around the compound but it came almost immediately after we walked off ) So much restrictions in pool usage that might as well don’t even allow your non-villa guests to use at all. In fact there are so much of negative feedbacks that I would like to write but would summarised into a line “Who so ever thinking of staying there, don’t bother. Save your time and money for somewhere else nicer”

Hotel is remotely located, but we enjoyed the quietness and shuttle bus service made moving around easy. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the room size and overall rooms were clean, but little details like dusting headboard, cleaning the hair off sofa could be improved.

プール付きのガーデンルームに泊まりましたが、プールに葉っぱやら虫やらが浮きまくっててとても泳ぐ気にはなれませんでした。場所もかなり中途半端でシャトルバスかタクシーがないとどこへも行けず、リゾーツワールドを散策するならハードロックのほうがいいと思います。値段も安くないので私は中途半端だと思いました。

I have requested to extend the check out to 12pm and they were ok with it however, when I came to the room, the key didnt work even though it was before 12pm. We had a toddler with us and the room was really far at the end it was a bit difficult for is to go down to just to get the key activated. If this was the case they should have told us in advance so we could activate it before we come up. And they asked to get water from water dispenser by our selves? We are paying more than 600 per night and we are not getting this kind of service? And breasfast so expensive but yet the quality is so poor

娘と夫と二泊しました。 部屋からはcove water parkとモノレールが見下ろせて眺望は最高で、部屋の隅々まで手入れが行き届いていました。 ホテルのスタッフ皆さんとても親切でサービスが行き届いており大変快適な旅となりました。 朝食もバラエティーに富んだもので特に待ち時間用にサーブされていたマフィンがとても美味しかったです（実際待ち時間はなかったのですが）。 セントーサに行くときはまた是非こちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

standard dropped tremendously...even before covid,used to be good during 2014 to 2015,now no soft drinks or beer in fridge,in room dining also cut to very limited choices..sad to say,used to be my favourite place for staycation but not anymore

Room was not property cleaned. After checked into the room, found candy wrapper on floor and contact lens from previous visitors. Semi buffet was in a very sorry state and not worth a single cent being paid for. Concierge staff not able to tell exact timing of shuttle service ( was told next bus coming in 12mins and decided to go for a walk around the compound but it came almost immediately after we walked off ) So much restrictions in pool usage that might as well don’t even allow your non-villa guests to use at all. In fact there are so much of negative feedbacks that I would like to write but would summarised into a line “Who so ever thinking of staying there, don’t bother. Save your time and money for somewhere else nicer”

We stayed at the Equarius Hotel. The room was large and the bathroom luxurious. Extremely clean. The staff are all extremely polite, professional and helpful. A special mention to John who checked us in. Excellent customer service. The only disappointment is the pool. It is small and shared with the residents of the villas. The only decent lagoon pool was only reserved for residents of the lst floor. The plus point is the hotel is next to Adventure Cove and entry is at a discounted rate

Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again, probably not. For the money we paid out for the room, we don’t feel we had value for money. You have to get shuttle bus to another hotel to get anywhere, no one walks in the 30+ degrees heat.
