Castanea Old Town Hostel

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Please note the Castanea DO NOT accept reservations from guests with Stockholm address (postal code 100-199). Check in: from 15:00 The reception has limited opening hours (09-11 and 15-18), but we will arrange for your arrival at any time! To arrange for your check in please contact Castanea 1-5 days before arrival. Please send an email. Sheets and towels can be hired (75 SEK/person, one-time fee) or you can bring your own. Please note that either way bed linen must be used. Sleeping bags are not allowed due to hygienic reasons. When booking a Non-refundable booking you pay all at once. This type of booking you can cancell, but do not get a refund. Non refudable booking is only possible with a Credit card, Visa Electron and Debitcard is not accepted. Cancellation, without further charge, must be done the latest 2 days before the arrival date, this is only possible for Standard bookings. Late cancellation and no-show is charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. Cancellation can be done by email, phone, or via the Hostelworld App. Cancellation by telephone can only be done during reception hours. A cancellation is always confirmed by email from us. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not permitted.
