Villas and apartments Oaza

Oda yeterince temiz değil di 3 kişi olmamıza ve her gün hatırlatma yapmamıza rağmen 2 havlu bıraktılar internet yoktu kahvaltı kötüydü tavsiye etmiyorum masalar her zaman pisdi temizlik yoktu

It says “villas and appartments” but in our apartment were only 2 plates and one set of cuttlery. And they haven’t been washed in at least a couple of weeks. There was a moldy leftover from some kind of meat inside the fridge. No glasses or whatsoever. We asked for waterglasses for my mom to take her medicine, she only got them after asking again 2 days later. The ventilation in the shower didn’t work well, so we left the front door open after showering the first day. Showerhead was broken, we could get a shower next door and bring the key back after. We told the manager about the things, but all we got is “sorry”. No offer for another room or a discount, just sorry. Not really great. The floor was dirty, spiderwebs across the ceiling. It was like they forgot to clean and inspect our appartmebt before arrival.

It was a nice and convirtble stay

The hotel rooms are excellent except the WIFI coverage is very week. The resturant and the breakfast is you have to forget about due to impolite staff and cleanness.
