Yosemite Condominium Loft unit -B202

Very quirky room configurations. Not very usable. As stated complete media dead zone. Huge wet spot soaked our feet when entering. We were able to run fan and get it dry. Dirty laundry from prior tenant behind end table. Dishwasher with note taped to it say it had been checked-don't use. Brown stained towel folded on shelf found after shower. Broken lamps upstairs and down. Uncomfortable furniture other than dining chairs. Bed was miserably uncomfortable and misrepresented as king in listing.

Overall, we felt the property was just right for our family. There is just a few things I would suggest for improvements. We are light sleepers and the moon and sun coming through the skylight made it difficult to sleep, so installing a cover would be thoughtful for guests. We were warned that the sofa bed was not comfortable so we brought an air mattress for our adult son, but it would be better if the owners would replace the couch with a more comfortable mattress or else list the place as only accommodating 2 adults instead of 3-4 adults. Final comment is that even more details about what is available in the kitchen and bathroom would be helpful, such as it would have been nice to know there was a hair dryer and a blender.

The location is nice; clean and decent amenities. The walls between units are paper thin, so you’ll hear EVERYTHING happening next door. Balcony had weak floor boards that felt like are about to give away. Steps to the loft are incredibly steep. The larger bathroom is so cramped you have to turn sideways to get past the vanity to the bathtub and toilet. And the small bathroom has an incredibly claustrophobic shower stall. You’re definitely paying for the location within the park. I would NOT stay at this property again
