This property is amazing—the most enjoyable "hotel" we\'ve ever stayed at. The only problems were bees around the pool and a rough dirt road that you have to drive 2 miles down in order to get to the property. Other than that, it was TRULY remarkable.

This was such a fun place to stay. If you like the old west, this is the place for you. You'll enjoy horseback riding in the morning and drinking and dancing in the saloon at night. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity for a great vacation!

1st person (checkin) was curt and unhelpful (had to ask about every little thing) and she told us there was a working hot tub. We went to get into the hot tub and it was covered and cold. Go to a second person and she was unaware that it was not working either. No one made an effort to amend this lapse. Later went to the bar to get drinks and learn to play the games they advertised as having. The bartender did not know how to make anything I requested (and they were basic common drinks) and there was no menu so I could not order anything. The person that was teaching games could only do poker. We were told it is a different game each night even though online, in emails and on their pamphlet in room it says all games are taught (false ad). So, our whole evening is ruined (nothing to do as advertised and there is no food either). We go to bed and have the worst night ever! There are rodents in the walls/ceiling and they make scratching noises all night! In the morning we let them know about it and their response is merely "Ok we will let them know and it will be taken care of"... We got no apology and no offer for a free night or even a discount! There are rodents! Because of this, we did not get any sleep! How in the world does a hotel think this is an okay way to treat its guests?!

An absolutely superb visit. Off the road but worth it! Evening poker classes were really fun. It was to cold to ride horses, but this special property along with it’s included breakfast was worth every penny! I’d definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the Monument Ranch, The staff is pleasant and welcoming. You feel like you are in another time and place, and yet only a short drive from our home in Tucson. The hot tub under the stars was a perfect way to end the day. If your package has the option for breakfast, you should include it. However, we added on the three-course dinner, which was mediocre at best. The entree choices were chicken breast or salmon. Both were under seasoned and over-cooked. We are looking forward to staying at the ranch again.

It is a fun place to stay with horses and western style atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation in the morning if you plan to have dinner there and there is a two mile dirt road to the place. They have a lot of fun activities there for the guests.

The rooms were clean and the western town theme was neat. It is organized like a motel, with a road down the middle with rooms on either side. There aren't a ton of rooms which gives it a nice laid back atmosphere. The meals were superb, as were drinks, both served at a very reasonable price. There is a pool table in the bar and horseshoe pits outside. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the town of Tombstone. They also offer a variety of horseback rides in the hills around the ranch. Overall the stay here was superb and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The Tombstone Monument Ranch is a gem in the desert. My two teen boys loved horseback riding, archery & poker lessons. The saloon is great and drinks are affordable. The complementary breakfast was delicious, enough to satisfy two teen boys appetites.The staff is kind, helpful and welcome you in as family.

Unique opportunity to stay at a working cattle ranch. The guest rooms are part of an old western town. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed spending an evening listening to live music in the saloon. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something different.

Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch has wonderful friendly staff who try their best to accommodate guests. The rooms are quaint and the beds are comfy (although, the bathrooms could use a good steam clean) The breakfasts are enormous and tasty. The perfect place to stay if you want a "ranch" experience and if you purchase one of their ranch packages that includes meals, lodging and horseback riding. Here are some issues if you're looking for lodging only: The Ranch is at the end of a 1 1/2 mile unmaintained "washboard" dirt road that could take out the undercarriage of your vehicle (motorcycle) if you're not careful. There is no regular restaurant service or hotel store. Dinner is one meal at 6 p.m. and is NOT worth the ala-cart price of $30/person. We had an anemic lettuce salad, one 6oz rubbery chicken breast (microwaved?) with a BBQ sauce swoosh under it, one spoon of generic potato salad, one small spoon of equally generic watery baked beans and one cafeteria style square of pumpkin cake with whipped cream (Redi-whip?). I'm sure that a package deal is well worth it but if you just want lodging, I recommend making your reservations at one of the other Tombstone hotels or B&B's.

Want something different than a normal hotel? This place was really neat, and we did not ride horses. It was centrally located to different towns we wanted to visit. Very clean room. Amazing breakfast. The on site saloon was great. The employees ans the ranch hands were super nice. We stayed in jail!!

It was a great stay as staff is friendly. Breakfast was amazing! The concept of the Hotel is very unique, nevertheless facilities in general look old and without maintainance. Despite you are supposed to be in an old town, that doesnt mean it has to be a neglected place. As said, we had a good time, we only stayed one night but if we would have stayed longer, it would feel like too much as place its really not taken care of.

Typical Western atmosphere I felt like I was back in 1850. Lots of horses. Staff was friendly - Breakfast was good. Music in the bar at night was good. We enjoyed our stay. The ranch was so different, like living in an old western town. The themed rooms were cool. Learning how to play the farro card game was fun as was morning cowboy coffee with Arizona Bill. Breakfast was nice and the location of the ranch was beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was very low.

This is a rustic guest ranch. Wonderful for horse back riding. Out in the desert, old 1880s western town. Rooms are spacious. Wonderful bar area with live entertainment the night we were there.

What a gem! The whole place is built like a Wild West town from a movie set. Staff is great. It is really like being in a Western movie but with nice clean rooms and modern shower instead of water trough for a bath ;)

It was so cute ! Would have liked to stay longer and do the activities at ranch . Would like to bring kids snd grand kids next time . My only complaint is the VERY FLAT . Pillows . Defiantly need new or updated .

The rooms were clean and the western town theme was neat. It is organized like a motel, with a road down the middle with rooms on either side. There aren't a ton of rooms which gives it a nice laid back atmosphere. The meals were superb, as were drinks, both served at a very reasonable price. There is a pool table in the bar and horseshoe pits outside. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the town of Tombstone. They also offer a variety of horseback rides in the hills around the ranch. Overall the stay here was superb and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This was such a great place to stay and experience for our visit to Tombstone. Make sure you stay here and enjoy some Cowboy coffee by the fire, play Faro, and go Horseback riding. Thanks for an amazing stay Monument Ranch staff!!!!!

1st person (checkin) was curt and unhelpful (had to ask about every little thing) and she told us there was a working hot tub. We went to get into the hot tub and it was covered and cold. Go to a second person and she was unaware that it was not working either. No one made an effort to amend this lapse. Later went to the bar to get drinks and learn to play the games they advertised as having. The bartender did not know how to make anything I requested (and they were basic common drinks) and there was no menu so I could not order anything. The person that was teaching games could only do poker. We were told it is a different game each night even though online, in emails and on their pamphlet in room it says all games are taught (false ad). So, our whole evening is ruined (nothing to do as advertised and there is no food either). We go to bed and have the worst night ever! There are rodents in the walls/ceiling and they make scratching noises all night! In the morning we let them know about it and their response is merely "Ok we will let them know and it will be taken care of"... We got no apology and no offer for a free night or even a discount! There are rodents! Because of this, we did not get any sleep! How in the world does a hotel think this is an okay way to treat its guests?!

Had no idea what this amazing little hotel was when we pulled up. It looks like its own little tombstone, where each room has its own theme. Super cute, GREAT service in every aspect, cannot wait to go back with more family members and experience everything this ranch offers! Highly recommend this place for everyone!!

The hot tub under the stars was a perfect way to end the day. If your package has the option for breakfast, you should include it. However, we added on the three-course dinner, which was mediocre at best. The entree choices were chicken breast or salmon. Both were under seasoned and over-cooked. We are looking forward to staying at the ranch again.

I booked through "Hotels.com" and stated there would be two adults and two children. When I arrived at Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch I was told that they only had for two adults. You think you are paying final price but children are added on when you get there. There are also add ons that you don't know about until you get there, we missed the dinner. When we left the receptionist was not as nice as the same friendly receptionist when we checked in. She added the charges for the children as though I purposefully did not add them.

Celebrated our twins 11th birthday in Tombstone, stayed at the ranch! It was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, well maintained place! Perfect location! Very close to Tombstone attractions! Very nice and helpful staff! Kids had a blast riding horses, playing pool, swimming! Our family will be definitely coming back to Tombstone Monument Ranch!

Want something different than a normal hotel? This place was really neat, and we did not ride horses. It was centrally located to different towns we wanted to visit. Very clean room. Amazing breakfast. The on site saloon was great. The employees ans the ranch hands were super nice. We stayed in jail!!

Tombstone Monument Guest Ranch has wonderful friendly staff who try their best to accommodate guests. The rooms are quaint and the beds are comfy (although, the bathrooms could use a good steam clean) The breakfasts are enormous and tasty. The perfect place to stay if you want a "ranch" experience and if you purchase one of their ranch packages that includes meals, lodging and horseback riding. Here are some issues if you're looking for lodging only: The Ranch is at the end of a 1 1/2 mile unmaintained "washboard" dirt road that could take out the undercarriage of your vehicle (motorcycle) if you're not careful. There is no regular restaurant service or hotel store. Dinner is one meal at 6 p.m. and is NOT worth the ala-cart price of $30/person. We had an anemic lettuce salad, one 6oz rubbery chicken breast (microwaved?) with a BBQ sauce swoosh under it, one spoon of generic potato salad, one small spoon of equally generic watery baked beans and one cafeteria style square of pumpkin cake with whipped cream (Redi-whip?). I'm sure that a package deal is well worth it but if you just want lodging, I recommend making your reservations at one of the other Tombstone hotels or B&B's.

The staff were dressed in 1880s period clothing on a real working cattle ranch! We had a great UTV tour through the property including a real working wind mill. There are real petroglyphs you can see by taking the horse trail adventure. The food was delicious and be sure to experience the morning chuck wagon wood fired breakfast on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday! The people were down to earth and answered all the questions we asked and well versed on the history of the are. A great stay and very close to Tombstone attractions. We are already planning our next trip here with our children and grandchildren. A true gem that's been well preserved, don't miss this one!
