Good place for a good night stay. My family of 4, 2 teens and 2 adults stayed here. Has a nice gym with good equipment, laundry facility,pool and lounge. The rooms are good size, living area couch turns into bed then the room has 2 queens. Kitchnette has sink, fridge ,cooktop. I recommend!

The hotel is a little dated, definitely not kept in the nicest condition. We traveled with pets and they had a pet run area which was convenient but it had a lot of trash in and around it. The room was spacious, but again not kept in the best condition with stains on furniture and carpet. The hotel pool was closed for cleaning on a Saturday which was also inconvenient as we had children with us.

Cancelled our plan to stay on our return trip. There is potential to be a great place, but in its current state I wouldn’t recommend. It was several little things: strong musty smell in the hallways, live cockroach in our kitchenette, dried spills on the side of the fridge, very cold pool temp, hot tub doesn’t have jets- just air bubbles come out, no bedding for the sofa bed or pillows, sheer curtains- the heavy ones are just a decorative panel, super bright light shines directly on the hotel all night long. We hung a blanket on one side as a curtain. Staff spoke kindly but were not quick to be helpful and they were either short staffed so the front desk lady couldn’t leave or she wasn’t interested in helping us when we asked for towels and bedding. Carpet felt grimy on my bare feet, I wore my sandals in the room.

I had a great stay! Parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast were all included, which made things very convenient. The room felt more like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchen and a full-size fridge—perfect for longer stays. Comfortable, clean, and well worth it.

Hot tub water was brown. Staff was knocking at my door at 10:00AM when checkout at 11:00AM.

Nice helpful staff; clean and comfortable. Too late for the happy hour but looked good. Fitness room had no towels or cups for water but well equipped.

The hot tub is broken, rooms stinks and a/c won’t cool, elevator broke.

Average experience. Good breakfast, pool closed for remodeling, coffee pot had broken lid, hide-a-bed with nothing to make it up with. Good hot water and nice shower. Broken picture off the wall leaned up against the wall. Probably try somewhere else next time.

Great location. The breakfast is fantastic. Easy to walk to delicious Lemongrass for dinner. Easy to park. But the room is falling apart. I couldn’t open the microwave easily and it wouldn’t even heat up my stuff. The furniture is old and blah. Needs a major update.

we killed a dozen roaches in our room and found roach poop on the bedding. Disgusting, will never stay here again.

Trash all over the lobby Room was covered in bugs and stains on floor couch all over Walked in room walked right back out Smoke and drug smell People there were acting very weird We got out told them we would not be staying was not safe and was not clean very dangerous place. We need a refund we did not stay would not recomend

The walls had dirty marks everywhere. The mattress on the pull out sofa had a lot of stains that looked to be dog related. There wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed in the room. Unsanitary.

Room was stuffy when we 1st arrived. Obvious water damage in bathroom. Carpet had a slight urine smell in the corner of the room by the phone. Pillows were good but honestly I didn’t even pull the sheets back since I was just passing through. Overall wasn’t comfortable. Eww!

Lobby looks great. Amazing breakfast buffet. Room was very dirty. Hair in the bed sheets that was long and black so clearly not anyone in my family. Walls in room were very dirty. Need to be cleaned and repainted.

Staff was friendly, but there was a urine stain on the pullout bed and the sheets on the regular bed were stained with what appeared to be blood or something. Would have been good if it weren’t for the dirty stains on everything, staff didn’t seemed concerned when we told them.

This is an older property. The ratings are deceiving for sure! It has not been updated and is not very clean. The shower had what looked like black mold on the ceiling, the couch had noticeable stains and rips and the room smelled “old” and dusty. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was pretty good! For the price though I expected more. If you find this at a lower rate it is for sure a budget type hotel. Don’t expect anything upgraded or fancy for sure though!

I liked the convenient location and the sitting area leading to the pool. A few of the staff were friendly; greeting us with a smile in the hallways as we passed. The floors were stained throughout the common areas and our suite. None of the soaps or toilet paper were refilled before our stay. The lemon water in the dining room was not refreshed during the time we were there. Our towels had different types of hairs stuck to them from previous guests. One of the bathtubs pooled and drained very slowly. Also trash sat outside of the elevator for at least a day on our floor.

I made the reservation because it was a suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, which was intended to accommodate three friends traveling together. The sleeper sofa. OMG. The mattress was absolutely disgusting and the feet was higher than the head. I figured I’d just make the best of it since we were exhausted from traveling, but found out there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The lady at the front desk said she had “no access to housekeeping” supplies, yet offered only a sheet to cover the mattress and a pillow cover. Unacceptable. These mattresses need to be covered, if they were they wouldn’t be so nasty with obvious urine stains. I ended up sleeping on the top of the sofa and it was so broken down and uncomfortable, I wasn’t able to get more than a combined hour of sleep. The lady at check in was very rude and inconsiderate and offered no solution. She was too busy flirting with some man. Upon check out, I tried to express my irritation and was basically told “too bad”. The room was nasty, pubic hair and dust on the back of the bathroom door, dirty fingerprints and even a booger on the wall by thermostat. Sink was dirty. Only two towels available. Outside of all of that, the way I was treated for requesting appropriate bedding was completely unacceptable. Front desk staff at check in and check out were the most unprofessional and lazy rude staff I’ve ever experienced. Never again.

I had a great stay! Parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast were all included, which made things very convenient. The room felt more like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchen and a full-size fridge—perfect for longer stays. Comfortable, clean, and well worth it.

The room was really worn down. Lots of handles broken throughout, no usb ports, the ac didn’t work well, and the noise from in and out of the room was very loud

The room was okay, there were some issues, the furniture had a lot of surface wear, the bed had pieces broken on the end. I noticed some mold in the shower and there were stains on the carpet and the desk chair. There was a problem with the hotel Wi-Fi, it would work at times and then stop, other times, you couldn't connect at all. The kitchen sink wasn't maintained and it overflowed. This down to the waste disposal being disconnected and the overlow bin not being emptied.

This hotel needs to be updated. The furniture is worn out and the mattresses are uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet and accessible.

Didn't like the sofa bed ended up moving the sofa mattress to the floor. Was not comfortable.

Beds were great

Staff was nice, even went to get a luggage cart herself because none were available in the lobby. Another guest mentioned this is a common/frequent issue.

Staff was Excellent & breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was fine. It had everything we needed for a 1-night stay. However, the sofa pull-out bed didn’t have any linens and it was covered in food when we opened it. When I called downstairs to report it, I was offered a set of linens. When I pressed the lady at the desk, because the there was a ton of left behind food that needed to be cleaned up first, she sighed heavily, like I was a burden that her cleaning people didn’t do their job and told me to come downstairs and she would put me in a different room. The second room was better and it was not dirty and the room was slightly larger as well. The customer shouldn’t feel like they are a burden to the front desk because I refuse to put my kids on a sofa bed that was covered in a previous customers food. Good place to stay but check how clean the sofa bed is and surrounding areas before settling in for the night.

#1 Compliment was on the staff.Everyone was very happy, professional and helpful. Biggest kudos to Brian, who checked us in.

The room was terrible food tray was never cleaned up from under the couch pee stain still on the toilet seat , beer bottle cap were laying around everywhere the pillow had stains the hair dryer was off the wall with exposed wires, I wasn’t satisfied, not only that, there was no clean towels replaced. We went to Walmart to get clean towels .. no good customer service from hotel staff the least they could’ve done was put us in another room or try to fix errors ..we also emailed the hotel manager he/she wasn’t on site an he/she never replied back to our email.!

The rooms were perfect. We checked in around 7pm and the lady who assisted us was very friendly and very helpful! It was a nice quiet pet friendly stay and we will def be back.

We got in late so the room was all we cared about. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy check in. Nice property. Felt safe.

Friendly staff in a safe area. Their rooms and property are clean. Our suite had a kitchenette with all of the appliances and dishware. Very fair price.

This hotel was great. Wish we had been staying longer to truly utilize the room as we were just passing through to our destination.

The property was located close to I-40 which was ideal for my trip. Lighting in parking lot could be better. My check in staff was not real friendly & seemed stressed.

Stopped here as a halfway point for a long road trip and the area is calm and clean. We had our dog and theres a deposit, but i assume that's for cleaning even though there was some stains on the carpet when we arrived to our room.

The hotel is average. But poor breakfast service. Needed to remind front desk that they ran out of paper plates, coffee, coffee cups and bacon at the breakfast buffet. Even their fountain juice was out of order. No juice. Might decide to stay away next time we are in Amarillo.

We love this hotel for a quick stay when driving though Amarillo! The staff is super friendly, rooms are spacious, affordable pricing, family friendly and both times we have been they have served a complimentary dinner & had a “social hour” with complimentary beverages! Their breakfast is also very good- lots of options! We will be back here anytime we’re in the area!

Other than the high price for a nights stay...the hotel was very nice. Overall the room was nice. With the exception of the cushions on the ottomans that were dirty, the room was pretty clean. Beds super comfortable! Best sleep ever! The best part was breakfast. They had a great variety of breakfast foods including a fruit & yogurt buffet. Kids liked the Texas shaped waffles with whip cream & sprinkles. I liked the pop machine!

Orange juice was80% water, fruit had been frozen Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and several were missing.

We were only there for a layover on a way home from Colorado Springs. It was very comfortable, had central air which is not common, and the hot breakfast was impressive.
