Beds were very uncomfortable. We were put in a handicapped room because they said we did not schedule through our Hilton honors and the King rooms were sold out. (No way, there was barely anyone there). We went to work out in the gym the next morning and they had sprayed it with some type of deodorizer, and it put my husband into a coughing fit. So, we were unable to work out. Overall, poor stay for sure. Would NOT recommend this hotel,

Our stay was good and the only thing that I didn’t agree on was that I had to pay for parking. It was an additional $15.00 added to my room fee. It was ridiculous because there was hardly anyone there.

Room 318 had an odor from the AC smelled like mold. The bathroom had black mold like stains on the ceiling and entire grout around the tub and a rust stain on the drain. The carpet was dirty and stained all over. Room was very outdated compared to most Hampton Inn’s. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. Breakfast was limited unlike most Hampton Inn’s. Won’t be back to this location.

Was disappointed there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The fire alarm went off approximately 7 o’clock in the evening and we had to evacuate the room. We went to the front desk and they didn’t seem to even care that the alarm had gone off. Just simply said oh somebody accidentally opened the door.

We booked this Hampton Inn because it was close to a function the day after. The rate was higher than we normally spend. The room was fine (smaller than I expected) and the staff was outstanding. The TV didn't work well. Very difficult to function. I had to turn it off and on several times to get to a channel we were looking for. We were both exhausted so I didn't feel like seeking help. Also, the alarm clock went off very very early. I didn't have a full good night's sleep overall.

Awful breakfast. Rooms too dark as always- LED bulbs are great, but if you have to use your phone flashlight to read the unlit TV remote during the day, something's wrong- up the wattage. Walls (on the top floor anyway) were thin enough for me to hear my neighbor's morning bowel movement- which likely means he could hear mine as well. Other than that, great location with excellent service.

Property was very nice, staff was amazing, the morning breakfast was good plenty of choices. The room was amazing the only negative thing I would say about the room was the mattress was hard as rock. Update the mattress and I would have given you a 10.

Older property that has its issues. Room air conditioner barely functioned, room 305. Was warm and humid with the air set at 60. Bathroom had 3 bulbs out. No small frig or microwave. Seemed like stepping back in time. Overall, very overpriced.

This hotel has been mine and my husband's go-to for our Scottsdale staycations since we first started dating 10 years ago. We have never had any complaints before. This time, however, the customer service was ok, but a little snarky. We asked for extra pillows because they seemed extra flat this time but they supposedly didn't have any extra. We've never had any issues with getting extra pillows at any hotel we’ve stayed at when requested. Another thing, the wallpaper was coming off very noticeably in the room. Also, the elevator was dirty. The whole time we were there, we seen the same trash and dirty spots until we left. I will say the AC was working great as opposed to other hotels. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our stay. We will most likely no longer be choosing Hampton for our Scottsdale staycation anymore. 😔😔

I paid for upgrade did not get it the first night. The second staff did not make me feel valued because i wanted what i paid for. They finally gave me the upgrade after showing proof multiple times. The upgrade room was not comfortable. Did not go back to the front just dealt with it. Will not return

Beautiful Hotel and great location in Scottsdale. When my daughter and I arrived to check in the guest services counter employee was helping a guest in front of us. She was nice to them, at the end she gave them complimentary water and was friendly. When it was my turn I greeted the employee and I was friendly, the employee said very little, she gave me a dirty look and asked for my credit card for a deposit, I said “sure no problem, can you please tell me how much it is?” she said “$50”. She then handed me back my debit card and the keys to our room and that was basically it. She was rude, she never gave us complimentary water, she never said thank you or enjoy your stay. She needs to be treating all guests staying in the Hotel the same. I was not impressed with the first impression staff service.

Nothing to complain about just a great place to stay. At the front desk staff was great. Greeted us like long, lost friends. The next day asked us about the concert and how we enjoyed it. Invited us back anytime. We spend about a third of the year on the road, traveling to new places. This is right in our backyard; we wanted to be able to go to the concert and have a few cocktails without worrying about driving.

Nothing to complain about just a great place to stay. At the front desk staff was great. Greeted us like long, lost friends. The next day asked us about the concert and how we enjoyed it. Invited us back anytime. We spend about a third of the year on the road, traveling to new places. We arrived early 11am after a long flight and being up since 330am. We asked for a early check in and we’re denied because no rooms were clean We were asked to try back at 12. When we returned we were advised there were still no clean rooms Again, we decided to wait inside this time and watched while person after person were given an early check in. When asking the girl at desk why these people got an early checkin. Why didn’t we when we were first. She said because if the room. I had booked weeks earlier for just a king bed. Nothing but excuses from her and the manager about no clean rooms how they have to accommodate for diamond peopke and those that book before us??? I call BS We were there before and booked long before our stay. When we were awakened early next morning there were 3 crews of cleaning people in hall way a rooms talking and making way too much noise. If this is standard then there is no reason we didn’t have a clean room at 11 am.

It's set by itself on the east side of 101 more or less surrounded by open space. So it's uncongested, but maybe not as close to "action" as some folks would like. Free EV charges are a 5 minute walk in the adjacent property.

I didn't like such few parking spaces near the entrance. Not enough lighting in non-preferred parking spaces. I did love the proximity to Top Golf. The location is close to everything in Scottsdale. The staff are super nice and breakfast was great. I highly recommend.

Room was clean, great breakfast buffet in the morning. The young man at the desk was super nice & helpful when we checked in. I loved the toiletries that were in the bathroom. Full size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower along with body lotion & hand wash by the sink. There was a small hair dryer for you to use and facial cleansing wipes. Hotel was clean. We attended an event at Talking Stick and walked over rather than drive. Great stay and the price was awesome!

Awful breakfast. Rooms too dark as always- LED bulbs are great, but if you have to use your phone flashlight to read the unlit TV remote during the day, something's wrong- up the wattage. Walls (on the top floor anyway) were thin enough for me to hear my neighbor's morning bowel movement- which likely means he could hear mine as well. Other than that, great location with excellent service.

My stay was good....room needed to have floor cleaned better. Staff was very friendly and helpful for thr most part. The free breakfast was very tasty and had a diverse aray of breakfast items. At check out I was charged for two days of parking when I did not drive. I caught the error and it was supposedly corrected......it still showed up as a charge on my credit card.......make sure you review your bill when you check out!!!!

The pool was fantastic despite having bad weather, the building is dated but the staff makes up for anything you may perceive. I can't tell how how awesome the employees are, I travel quite a bit but these employees are A++++ EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEES!
