Rekommenderar uppgradering till rum med utsikt - vilken panoramavy över bukten & staden! Historisk byggnad så pittoreskt och högt i tak. Liten pool att doppa sig i samt en takterass med sol hela dagen till eftermiddagen var trevligt.

I had a great stay at HHK Istanbul. The staff was very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The room was nice, but you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, but as the night settled down so did also the noise. I would definitely stay here again. The definitely highlight, after the staff, was the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the city. This, and the pool, was the reading for my choice of hotel. It was also very budget friendly, and I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is also easy access to Public transportation. Metro, bus and boats are within ten minute walking distance. 10/10 value for money. Great experience :)

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la piscina es un plus, las vistas desde la terraza espectaculares, disfrutar de ellas mientras te tomas un té no tiene precio. La atención del personal increible, muy amables, llegamos de noche, la cocina estaba cerrada y nos prepararon cena. El punto debil del hotel es la ubicación, aunque se encuentra a muy cerca del metro y de varias lineas de autobuses, está en una cuesta y los alrededores no invitan a llegar muy tarde, casas derruidas, abandonadas, llenas de basura. Importante pedid habitación en el edificio principal, la 1a noche nos mandaron a un apartamento en un aledaño al hotel con la puerta a pie de calle, pedí cambio para estar dentro del propio hotel y tuve q pagar 120€ de suplemento por la nueva habitación, pero valió la pena. Reitero el agradecimiento al personal, Ibrahim el chico del desayuno y otro hombre q es como de mantenimiento, un 10. Gracias

Härligt rum med havsutsikt. Stort och rent. Bra sängar som var hårda men sköna och passade oss perfekt. Frukosten var helt ok, servicen var topp. Utsikten över staden var helt fantastisk och att sitta där på terrassen, ta ett bad, dricka en öl var helt fantastiskt.

This is a place full of character. 3 very old buildings on a hill overlooking the golden horn and Bosphorus. It has been restored and decorated to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace gives an amazing view. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the swimming pool.

Temizlik konusunda personel elinden geleni yapıyordu ama yatak başlıklarının ve perdelerin çok eski olması ve kirinin artık temizlenemez halde olması temizlik yönünden olumsuz durum teşkil ediyor. Bana kalırsa fiyat/performans açısından yeterli bir otel. Aile için de ideal. Genelde hep çiftler vardı. Mutlu ayrıldık.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehenswert, auch wenn beim Hochlaufen ein wenig "Sportlichkeit" gefragt ist. Allerdings mangelt es an Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war beim Einzug in einem unhygienischen Zustand; ebenso waren Bad/WC und die Fenster ungereinigt. Wir konnten Flecken auf dem Bettbezug finden. Auch wurde während unserer Abwesenheit von ein Paar Stunden im Zimmer Mal-Arbeiten vorgenommen, und das Zimmer war bei unserer Rückkehr in einem verwüsteten Zustand. Zu guter Letzt ging eines der tragenden Füsse vom Bett kaputt. Genau in dem Moment als der Schaden entstand fuhr auf der Halic-Brücke ein Zug vorbei, was den Anschein vermittelt hat, es bebt in Istanbul. Wichtig: Erst am letzten Tag erfuhren wir, dass, falls im Zimmer Reinigungsarbeiten (Housekeeping) vorgenommen werden sollte, am Empfang Bescheid gegeben werden muss.

Vista dalla stanza magnifica. Pulizia ineccepibile e stanza gradevole. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Albergo situato in posizione poco agevole, e zona degradata. La metropolitana passa sotto L’albergo perciò dopo le 7 di mattina è impossibile dormire. Colazione un po’ scarsa per un quattro stelle. Personale cordiale.

Lit cassé, moisissure partour dans la salle de bain, de la peinture sur les murs, bref je déconseille, j'ai fait une réclamation sur expedia et un membre de l'hôtel vient frapper à la porte à 2h du matin mais il sait très bien que c'est horrible. La vue est belle tout comme la piscine avec les pigeons qui se baignent et boivent dedans. Finalement le responsable nous a proposé d'aller dans un autre appartement plus loin, plus grand , ok, rien de fou, mais plus loin pour prendre le petit déjeuner peu garni Photos globalement mensongères, déception assurée

Hold dere unna. Rommet var helt forferdelig. Skitt på veggene og gardinene, luktet kloak, sengetøyet var ikke skiftet (fant masse hår og flekker på lakenet) og det var også en bille på hodeputen.

Otel beklediğimden çok iyi çıktı. Tüm gitmek istediğim yerlere rahatça ulasabildim. Her yere yakın fakat kalabalıktan uzak sessiz bir otel. Özellikle resepsiyon calisanlari çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Bu otele İstanbul'a geldigimde tekrar uğrayacağım.

Vista dalla stanza magnifica. Pulizia ineccepibile e stanza gradevole. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Albergo situato in posizione poco agevole, e zona degradata. La metropolitana passa sotto L’albergo perciò dopo le 7 di mattina è impossibile dormire. Colazione un po’ scarsa per un quattro stelle. Personale cordiale.

I had a great stay at HHK Istanbul. The staff was very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The room was nice, but you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, but as the night settled down so did also the noise. I would definitely stay here again. The definitely highlight, after the staff, was the roof terrace with a wonderful view of the city. This, and the pool, was the reading for my choice of hotel. It was also very budget friendly, and I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is also easy access to Public transportation. Metro, bus and boats are within ten minute walking distance. 10/10 value for money. Great experience :)

This is a clean pleasant hotel with wonderful views. The rooms are a little tired but ok - Good shower and AC. The streets around the hotel are very run down akin to a shanty town with begging kids but just sad not dangerous. A very steep incline to the hotel - so if not able bodied get a taxi I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for the cost.

Das Hotel hat eine Super Lage mit schönem Ausblick 8/10 Punkten. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß, ist man beim Basar angekommen. Das Frühstück war für mich nicht so besonders, 5/10 Punkten. Esse zwar alles aber habe dort nur Brot Käse und Aufstrich gegessen.(Haferflocken, Wurst, Eier gab es auch..) (Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Gutes Restaurant.) Der Sauberkeit würde ich eine 8/10 geben. Und dem Zustand der Zimmer eine 5/10. alles in die Jahre gekommen. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich dem Hotel eine 6/10 geben.

Very nice! All employees are very kind and friendly! The place is clean and cosy, the views are spectacular. It is important to check how to get here because it is a little tricky and I would recommend to put a sign near the doorbell for precision.

Os funcionários foram sempre atenciosos, dispostos a ajudar em todas as possibilidades - desde chamar táxi, informações sobre passeios, até guardar nossa bagagem por alguns dias enquanto estivemos fora. O local fica em um prédio preservado e restaurado, tem charme. Alguns quartos, o deck e da piscina têm uma vista incrível. Fica próximo a locais interessantes (walking distance). O café da manhã é farto, no estilo turco. Incomoda um pouco ter que subir e descer escadas, quando o quarto fica no segundo andar. Mas retornamos 2 vezes ao hotel, e só podemos elogiar.

Otel beklediğimden çok iyi çıktı. Tüm gitmek istediğim yerlere rahatça ulasabildim. Her yere yakın fakat kalabalıktan uzak sessiz bir otel. Özellikle resepsiyon calisanlari çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Bu otele İstanbul'a geldigimde tekrar uğrayacağım.

Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren hoş karşılanmadık. Deniz manzaralı oda seçimi yapmıştık. Gündüz oteli aradığımızda fotoğrafta görüp rezervasyon yaptığınız odada kalacaksınız dediler ancak otele girdiğimizde berbat ufak bir odaya kalmaya zorlandık. İster kalın ister gidin dediler. Hotels ile görüşüp rezervasyon iptal edelim deyince otel iptali onaylamadı. Deniz manzarası seçmeme ve boş odaları olmasına rağmen Deniz manzarasız odada kaldık. Odaları aşırı soğuktu kesinlikle uyunacak gibi değildi. Resepsiyonda ilk akşam bizi karşılayan görevliler gerçekten kaba ve bizi dövecek gibiydi.kesinlikle kalmayın. Uyumak istiyorsanız önünden bile geçmeyin.

Fint hotel med god udsigt over byen. Eneste minus var, at det lå på toppen af en stejl bakke. Og det er ikke rigtigt et minus. 😁 Hotellet ligger godt placeret, når det kommer til at komme rundt i hele Istanbul.

Hotel was good in general. Our room was a bit small but guessing it was because we had the economic room. Breakfast was great, plenty options to choose from. A truly Turkish breakfast. The staff were friendly. Location was walkable to Sultanahmet. Overall, good experience.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Overall we would rate 8 out of 10. Area not the best even it's central part of the city, and very dark streets around there at nights, good to have a flashlight. But hotel has cameras all around for safety. Members of staff excellent, very caring and polite, helpfull and willing to provide the best service, open 24/7. Specially welcoming member of staff was Ibrahim. The view from there is amazing, swimming pool very refreshing, breakfast great, changing few positions every day.

Otel güzel bir konumda olmakla beraber muhit biraz rahatsız edici. Otelin aşağısında otopark var Gecelik 200 TL otopark ücreti alıyorlar. Otopark Biraz yokuş çıkarak otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Haliç Manzarası olan bir konak konseptinde bir otel. Açık büfe Kahvaltısında çeşit az. Bizim kaldığımız sürede daha çok yabancı konuklar var.

Otel güzel bir konumda olmakla beraber muhit biraz rahatsız edici. Otelin aşağısında otopark var Gecelik 200 TL otopark ücreti alıyorlar. Otopark Biraz yokuş çıkarak otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelden ne beklediğiniz çok önemli. Ben alem ile konakladım. 1 gece kaldık. Otele giriş yaptıktan sonra İstanbul'u gezdik gece yatmak için geldik sıcak su banyo, duş ve hamam kurması çok güzeldi bir odada çift kişilik yatak televizyon duş banyo klima, Diğer odada ise 2 tek kişilik yatak ve klima vardı. Kahvaltıdan sonra tekrar İstanbul'u gezmek için çıkış yaptık. otelin temizliği iyi. binanın kendisi tarihi bir Konak olduğu için çok güzeldi. otelden çıkınca bir buçuk dakika sonra Haliç'te olmak çok güzeldi. bizim gibi sadece konaklama için düşünenler için biçilmiş kaftan bir otel. dedim ya otelden Ne Beklediğiniz çok önemli. Eğer otelde kalayım sürekli otelde vakit geçireyim diyecekseniz havuz başındaki teras bunun için ideal. çayınızı kahvenizi Haliç ve boğaz manzarasında yudumlayabilirsiniz. çalışanlar da ilgili ve güler yüzlü insanlar tek olumsuz yanı halice inerken 100 metre yokuşlu bir ara sokaktan geçiyorsunuz Onun dışında başka hiç olumsuz yanı yok Bu kadar hizmete de fiyat çok uygundu oteli Herkese tavsiye ederim

2 gang jeg var på hhk hotel. Det har en rigtig god beliggenhed, super venligt og hjælpsom personale. Udsigten er enestående. Det er en ældre bygning og man kan høre alt hvad der foregår. Der trænger måske til at få ordnet nogle småting men for mig personligt så er beliggenheden og personalet med til at jeg igen ville vælge hhk når jeg skal til istanbul igen. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet ligger oppe på en bakke så hvis du er dårligt gående er det ikke ideelt for dig.

Odalar gayet temiz ve kullanışlı idi. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi, her türlü problemimiz ile yakından ilgilendiler. Özellikle Emre bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kahlvaltısı da gayet güzeldi,yemekler lezzetliydi. Bir dahaki gelişimde tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir oteldi. Ayrıca konumu da çok güzel bir yerde ve manzarası da çok güzel.

Odalar gayet temiz ve kullanışlı idi. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi, her türlü problemimiz ile yakından ilgilendiler. Özellikle Emre bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kahlvaltısı da gayet güzeldi,yemekler lezzetliydi. Bir dahaki gelişimde tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir oteldi. Ayrıca konumu da çok güzel bir yerde ve manzarası da çok güzel.

Title: Disappointing experience with severe cleanliness issues, but outstanding support from Tamer Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Severe Bedbug Issue: Upon my arrival, which was late after midnight, I was shocked to find a terrifying amount of bedbugs in the first room. Because of the late hour, I couldn't cancel my booking to look for another hotel. I asked to change the room, but unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue. It wasn't until the third room change that I finally got a room free of bedbugs. (I will be attaching photos and videos as proof). Outdated Furniture vs. Online Photos: The furniture throughout the property is extremely old and poorly maintained. There is a massive, misleading difference between the polished photos shown on online booking platforms and the actual reality of the hotel. Staff and Service: Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the attitude and treatment from most of the hotel staff. However, there was one major exception. Tamer at the reception was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly polite, understanding, and went out of his way to help us in a very friendly and professional manner. He is truly the only positive highlight of this hotel. Given the hygiene issues and the state of the property, I cannot recommend this hotel until deep cleaning and renovations are properly done.
