its a dump but its in the right location and the price is right, i liked the parking. Staff was polite and provided good information.

The location is great. Parking us 12 per day and worth every penny. You get unlimited in and out. The night staff especially Julius is awesome. He is a very kind, funny and professional man. The interior of the common area is nice. The room I stayed in was shared bathroom and shower so what that means is you have a sink in your room but must go down the hall to shower or restroom. Bring shower shoes and your own towel along with soap and shampoo and you will be fine. The room was painted but the interior is very dated. Also no AC but several fans. My windows looked out on a brick wall. The Garbage company runs trucks at way to early in the morning so go to bed early and let the crashing and booming wake you up then head to DK donuts in Santa Monica to start your day off right. The location being perfect, Id stay here solo again.

The location is great for the price. You will have to check in first to get the parking key and hidden location, hopefully you have someone to circle around the block until then. It’s an older building with a Thrift/Goodwill smell to it - that musty, grandma’s attic-y smell. The place is a Hostel type environment, with the communal bathroom. The shower didn’t have space to bring your towel and clean clothes, it’s a closet size space they would just get wet. There was no air conditioner, so don’t go when hot. You will only be miserable. It’s good for a quick one night only stay. Truly for the price you can’t complain to much lol. The price and location great, but it’s just a two out of five star hotel.

Hotel is in need of renovation. Dead cockroach found on bathroom floor. No AC in room. Tv did not work. Excellent customer service and allowed early checkin.

This place is a hostel. You get a dirty looking room with no shower or restroom. The restroom and shower are in the hall and are shared. The carpet everywhere is disgustingly beyond dirty. I thought the name was misleading.and the way its made to look like an actual hotel. I would of left on the spot but I was already running late to events.

Bad and Noise floor, Rust Tub, Did not took shower, Ugly Sink next to the bed, the Room overall old, smell bad and unsafe.

The WORST!!! DO NOT say here! The only reason it gets 1 star is location. The rooms are disgusting! Mold is everywhere. Carpets are worse than a crime scene. Do not be lured in by the price. It would NOT be worth it if they paid me!

I am a well seasoned traveler. Consequently, I’ve stayed in different type of lodgings from 5 stars to 2 stars. Nevertheless, even the lowest amenities I stayed my lodging need have been well met to the point that have never have to leave a negative review. However, I am taking my time to make sure that I do review Hotel Del Flores to spare another poor guest the anguishing anxiety that this hotel facility can cause a guest for the first in Los Angeles. To begin with, the facilities staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional- to the point that if you bring any concern to their attention they considered you to a nuisances. The place is dirty, the beds have bed bugs, and you share communal restrooms with everyone being else’s staying at the hotel. The place is significantly noisy to the point that can’t get any rest. My length of original stay was supposed to be approximately 8-10 days when I request to cancel the rest of my stay at Hotel Del Flores, Ashley, one of receptionists acted extremely out of character; threaten not to reimburse the rest of pay already paid length of stay. After I reported the situation to Expedia and my credit card in-front of her, Ashley went ballistic, belligerent, high agitated, and verbally threat me and my family of bodily harm. Quote,”get the F out of here and walked out she raised the window leading outside of the property and continue threaten with bodily harm.

Just found head lice in my daughter's hair. Got stuck in the bathroom three times because the door knob didn't work properly. Air conditioner didn't work and when I asked the front desk for help for the AC, was told there is nothing that could be done. Carpet was not clean, outlets was broken in the rooms. Floors and beds wasn't clean. Good location.

What I liked was that it was a nice location and the concept of it being kind of like a mom and pop but other than that I felt like they're charging rates that are normal hotel rates that are a lot more updated and I didn't like that at all. the bathtub was like stained cuz of rust and peel. the water was barely coming out of the shower head and the heater was ...really no way to like put the heater up. not to mention that the carpets were really kind of grimy. I did not trust that the sheets were for sure cleaned/ changed, very questionable and I didn't like the service at the front desk it just kind of felt like maybe a little micro aggression or just absolute lack of quality customer service where they care

Great location in the middle of Beverly hills. Room is a bit dated but it's nearly 100 years old so you have to accept that acquaintance. Only complaint was the shade did not go all the way down so a bit of city noise throughout the night but nothing like being in Manhattan. Great rate in a vintage Hotel and would gladly stay here again

The staff were nice and respectful but that’s the extent of anything good about this place. It was very old and antiquated, there was no AC, the fixtures were hard to use, the bath tube was severely deteriorated, the room smelled like cat pee, and there were various stains on the bedding and floors. Plus the restaurant one foot from our room window was noisy and made it hard to sleep. In a bind it’s a good last minute place to crash but if you’re planning to enjoy your night maybe try somewhere else.

The screen on the window is broken near my head and in the bathroom window the blinds don’t go down the carpet is very old and dirty I’m not going back

Awful. This hotel has no AC and it was unbearably hot. I have some empathy for the fact that there was a heat wave going on, but even at night when outside cooled down the room was so hot!! My room was on the ground floor with a window that needed to stay open to make it bearable, but left me worried for my things and myself. I couldn't leave ANYTHING remotely valuable in the room with a wide-open ground floor window. I was booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one after having one of the worst sleeps I've ever had at a hotel. I had to book another hotel and thankfully I found something last minute. The rooms do not have their own refrigerators, there was a communal fridge in the lobby (that doesn't have ice). They offer free wifi which is needed because for some reason you don't get cell phone service in the rooms. I'm not the type of person to mind a less-than-great room, for the most part I'm only there to sleep, but you need to feel like your belongings are safe while you are away. I was excited to stay in the area and explore Beverly Hills on foot as the location is great, but it just wasn't worth it. All the staff I encountered were very nice, the situation was not their fault and the bed appeared clean. Get some AC machines at the very least, I can't think of anywhere in LA that doesn't have AC. So old and bare minimum of what a hotel should be. Would definitely not stay again.

This is the lowest quality hotel that I have ever stayed in. It had no air conditioning during a 100 degree day. When I asked for an additional fan, the staff was rude. Do not waste your money at this place.

This hotel is a hidden gem built in 1928! Perfect for International travelers. Felt like I was staying at my aunties house. If you are wanting to hang in your room, look elsewhere, but if you are wanting to explore Beverly Hills and have a comfy place to stay- this is your place! We will be back :)

The person in the counter when I checked in was rude and unpolite. The room was hot, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in many years. Sadly a really bad experience.

I really don't care about the run down aspect of the hotel, some might find it charming. However safety is a big concern. The concierge leaves at 8 pm and no one is there at night. The front door is always open for anyone to come in as they please. This morning I had an early meeting and when I left there was a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby. Yesterday night someone tried to violently open the door to my room. When I shouted they left but knowing that there was no one in the hotel kept me awake for the rest of the night. I do not recommend this hotel to women travelling alone.

Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the street from Beverly Hills Civic Center, with many different options for nearby shopping, and dining. Staff is helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I would stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

Room was not ready for 3PM check-in. Upon check-in, I showed the front desk online the rate was $106, not the $150 she was charging me. She said she could not give me the lower rate, only Expedia could do that. The first room she assigned was unsafe, the windows would not lock. Hotel moved me to a second room. The shower was so disgusting, I could not take a shower. Lastly, the clock knocked on my door while I was asleep, said the hotel forgot to charge me a deposit $150. Believe me, I do NOT owe the hotel a deposit at all, the room was not habitable. Expedia owes me a total refund!

Unfortunately, the woman at the check-in kept mumbling to herself some odd things. She was very rude and making lewd statements. The corridor next to the property is full of people that keep making noise. It was very difficult to sleep at night. I was thinking of extending a day and the woman at the front desk tied to overcharge me, after she had stated a different price. She also made an odd statement about people with intellectual disabilities, while checking some of the prices. The shared bathroom seemed clean but the light bulb in the men's bathroom did not work. For the area, it seems like a reasonable price but the valet parkers were very loud.

The location is prime. In the heart of the golden triangle of Beverly Hills.

Billion dollar location but three figure lodging. Nothing nearly as glamorous as the neighborhood. But a wonderful budget option for the area.
