Point A London Liverpool Street

I was arriving early morning on Wednesday and I wanted to be able to check in immediately so I booked a room from Tuesday night. I arrived and was told me room was not ready! I wasn't given an estimate for when my room would be ready, and I sat in the lobby almost 40 minutes until I got my key. The hotel offered a courtesy breakfast and drinks, but I demanded a refund for the prior night since they didn't honor immediate check-in. They didn't give it to me right away but after a follow-up email I got that refund at least. The room they gave me was an accessible wheelchair room, with an awkward shower and low sink. I did not request this nor was I told that's what I would be receiving. Poor property, and it wasn't that cheap either.

Rent och fräscht. Helt ok frukost. Personalens språkkompetens kan dock vara bättre, lite konstiga uttryck ibland.

Great convenient breakfast. Excellent location. Great value.
