Had a little kitchen that was nice overall there was nothing I really did not like.

Parking lot not driveable

Only problem we had was a TV remote. Other than that the room was perfect and the pool was relaxing

Cleanliness was great but the parking and roadway needs attention.

The place is old ,3 stories high no elevator

Ice machine didnt work/ tv out of order, around was dirty& slippery

The building is older and you pay for what you get. A cheap price means not a well kept bulding. My kids know no differences they enjoyed our vacation away from home. The had fun in the pool even though it is an older pool. Office was nice and help ful. We were glad tbey had at washer dryers down stairs and a working stove to feed my picky kiddos.

Nothing around motel , one restaurant, but no where to stretch your legs , 3 floors no elevator.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to be completely honest. Upon arrival the building didn’t even look like any of the pictures, the pool was closed, the stairways to the rooms were filthy. The floors weren’t even mopped, restroom was dirty, cracks all over the floor, bugs crawling in through the restrooms, the microwave did not work, on top of all that there wasn’t any trash cans available inside the room. After checking in they said check out was at 12pm and insisted on still waking me up at 8am to ask me if I was checking out or not. There was sunlight coming in from outside of the main door. We were utterly disappointed on this experience due to the low maintenance this hotel had. This hotel should not even be recommended to anyone through Hotels.com.

The hotel felt safe and was very quite at night. However, the room was dirty, especially the floor, and the towels were all stained. The room was very antiquated. Because of previous reviews we read about room cleanliness, we brought our own cleaning supplies and insect spray. Which we had to use to clean the room. Also, the beds were VERY uncomfortable. We rented 2 rooms, stayed 4 nights, and our backs will never forgive us. The A/C in one room froze you out, in the other room the A/C hardly worked. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Mexican restaurant next store was very good. Overall, the price for 2 rooms for 4 nights made up for some of the negatives. It was a 30 to 45 minute easy drive to the beach. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

As soon as I opened the door a roach fell out. They were crawling on the walls, there were dead ones in the “kitchenette” which I could barely fit in. And there was a dead bug on the BED. I pulled the sheets back to look for more and I found hairs. I immediately checked out but they still charged me $70 dollars for the night because the “sheets were messed up.” Terrible.

It is a filthy and bad place to stay.

The property was very generous on towels. Only good thing. The housekeepers were smoking marijuana in the rooms as they were cleaning, and although check out wasn't until 11am, housekeeping was knocking on doors at 8am, looking to "see who was staying or checking out", my guess was so that they could find which rooms would be empty to smoke in. Also, the rooms were dirty (minus the shower), I literally had to wipe the room down with lysol wipes. There was black mold on the ceilings, and molded spots on the walls. There was people in the pool with a giant speaker listening to rap music so loud you could hear it in the rooms. The front desk Caucasian lady was kind. I will say that. It was truly so bad here. Not that I was staying at the Hyatt or anything. But I have stayed at nice/decent motel 6's in the past when traveling. I would have VERY quickly got a different motel had our traveling group not been so big and needed several rooms. There was a good Mexican restaurant next door, so that ultimately is what saves this place. There are SEVERAL families that stay here extendedly since it's a studio 6, but the place is filled with people who aren't up to much good. I could tell immediately upon arriving. In just the first hour of arriving, there were 2 separate ambulances checking people out in rooms, on the first night I stayed there. No idea why. But I could take a really good guess. I will save my guesses though since I have already have so much else to say. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Roach infestation in the room

Hotel had roaches. Had them move my room and that one had roaches and other bugs. Take a shower and water runs on floor. Floors and walls were dirty. Toilet wobbled when setting on it. Overall bad bad experience. Spend almost 400 dollar on. Don’t waste your time

Place was run down and didn’t look anything like the pics on Expedia. Bathroom was dirty. No shower curtain. Place was so bad I literally book another hotel in the parking lot and left.

Lot of standing water in front of every room - AC. They said it was due to condensation. Not right. Drains from AC clogged up. Creates slip hazard. All 3 levels. Roaches in Rooms. Do not clean Rooms everyday. Stayed over week - low rates but not clean. Parking lots - lot of potholes.

Floor in restroom looked like it was about to collapse

Horrible conditions the room smelled strong of mold and floors were damaged unleveled. Door didn’t lock the latch was stuck didn’t lock and we couldn’t get back in our room afterwards. Air conditioner didn’t cool the room it was hot and old stained mattress they use if you look under the sheets . The beds were small not comfortable. Bad area never again will we stay poor water pressure

Service was good. They found me a 1st floor room due to my back issue. Ceiling was cracked and seemed like it leaked . Beds mattress were dented in middle made my back hurt. But for the price and service I can't complain to much. Friendly staff :)

Its an average room. Nothing special.

It was inexpensive but very basic. Room lamp didn't work. Outlet on desk didn't work. Old furniture. It was clean is a positive. We checked in late evening and out early morning.

Room was clean amd comfortable. Not in the best shape, as everything is old and outdated, but we were safe and had a great time in Corpus Christi.

this was our second stay here and we wanted a king room and did not get a king bed, we had a single double bed. we also ended up on the third floor again. the front office was polite but when i called to get confirmation the person on the phone was rude and even said we had a king. it was unpleasant but its cheap.

Staff was very friendly & it’s conveniently located. Check in took all of about 4 minutes.

Made reservations with Expedia and when we arrived they didn't have the reservation.

At check in Jessica was so helpful in locating and giving me directions to the place i had a meeting at . She was fast and kind she made me feel at home. Once i got to my room i was happy to walk into a very clean and smelling good room the staff was very kind and willing to help out thank you to the staff and Motel6

I checked in late late evening like right before 12a. Seems it was a full house. The front girl was so sweet and friendly and made my check in so easy and fast as well.

We made a reservation online, called the location and asked for a handicap accessible room after making the reservation (we were told last year to do this because going through third party they can’t see the notes made for that). Called again a week prior to the reservation to confirm again with the manager that we would have a first floor room for my wheelchair bound mother. Was told it was all good. Got to the location to check in and Joe refused us service because he said they only had third floor rooms and said he was canceling the reservation and would not be able to help someone in a wheelchair upstairs since the elevator was broken. We asked if he could help us out and work with us and he said no. We told him we don’t even need a handicap room just one on the first floor and he said he would not do that and he was not going to help us and if we asked for an accommodation again there would be consequences and threatened to call the police. He never canceled the reservation like he said and it showed that we checked in to the location but we were not allowed to.

Joe is the highlight of this property as he attends to the needs of the customers . It is not a five star hotel but he treats you like it is. If he is not a manager he needs to be. Thanks

Great place to stay, clean and convenience location--- **except for when there's a problem. We paid for a king bed but received a Full- when we called front desk and inquired they said they were out of King beds and would have to talk to owner about compensation. After 10 phone calls and leaving messages to talk to owner we were given the run around and put off and ignored. Contacted Expedia and received refund. I would have been happy with a few bucks back for the inconvenience but instead was avoided to have the matter resolved. Customer service is subpar.

Room was clean and property was decent. Prices were great ! Ceiling was peeling in a few spots, and the tub had some marks in it. The shower was great. The Motel caters to a lot of construction workers so there’s a lot of commotion around 4 o’clock in the morning when there getting ready to go to work and when they come home. Motel across the interstate from a plant.

A friend and i decided to book a weekend trip to Corpus so i booked the motel on Hotels.com. The price was great and the check-in was a breeze. Its 12 minutes from the Lexington, Aquarium, beach etc. The only dislike was the 3rd floor stairs.

Property needs cleaning everyone parks how they want trouble finding safe parking , people fighting at 3 am slamming doors never again

What I don't like is that there aren't alot of restaurants or things to do here but it's peaceful when you're not hearing pacing upstairs and the staff have been really friendly and helpful.

My room was dirty. Stove took too long to heat up, made cooking slow and sink to small to was dishes. Beds uncomfortable. Drawers would not close. Alarm clock was broken. Walls and ceiling dirty. Not a good experience.

I stayed there years ago when it was the Red Roof Inn and it was a nice hotel. The price was attractive which is why I chose it. Microwave worked fine, bed was OK, hot water was fine, internet was sufficient. They advertise kitchettes but not really. No cookware at all and small fridge on the floor. Cigarette butts everywhere, I am handicapped and have handicapped license plates but the handicapped parking spaces were usually full with lifted 4 wheel drive trucks without handicapped plates. Office staff is nice but the outside of the hotel could really use a few hours of a pressure washer. Overall you get what you pay for and I would stay there again but it's basically a place to take a nap and wash. A little cleaning of the property on the outside would really improve the atmosphere. Average and worth the low price but again it is priced at value. On the bright side no hookers or crackheads which is the impression one would hget when they pull intot he parking lot.

I have been here two weeks. I'm a medical student at South Texas Vocational College. I use my stipend money to get me out of being homeless for a bit in order to rest and sleep. I requested repairs to the shower as it was spitting water all over the bathroom floor. Maintenance responded right away and did an awesome job on the repairs. Request was made for full cleaning of the room by housekeeping and both times it never happened. I went to Walmart and my own cleaning supplies and cleaned/mopped from top to bottom. By the condition of the towels when I got done it was quite evident it had not been done in awhile. But it's Jennifer clean now. 😁 I love love love the rates via online. 200.00 the first week and 245.00 the second week. It has a Mexican restaurant right next to it so I made myself at home on a daily basis. Overall, I really can't complain. The first week I did a lot sleeping as I'm under medical treatment for my stomach and they have flooded me with meds. Motel is quiet and peaceful. There was cats next door so it was really cool to play with them thru the window. The motel needs to make it a courtesy option to have a cat come with the room. 😂😂😂😂😂 On my next round of stipend money I'm coming back for another two weeks. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

The Hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating with pleasant disposition. The room is budget friendly yet very spacious for a longer stay and is equipped to store a fair amount of groceries and the ability to prepare them. I would certainly stay there again.
