First off we didnt have any towels or a shower curtain. When asked they handed me towels and a curtain which i had to put up myself. The air conditioner filter was so dorty the ac wasnt working. I cleaned the filters and our room started to cool off. Also, the pool was cracked up and dirty.

Near a lot of stores to do quick shopping and close to the mall. Easy access to the highway. Only one elevator was working, and all electric equipment in the Fitness Center was broken.

I asked the front desk gentleman is the pool was open, he said yes, but didnt bother telling me is was broken and not been cleaned. Thats the whole reason i chose this hotel to stay in with my granddaughter. Sink is my room i assume is clogged, it didnt drain very well. Fridge froze my water n food.

We were really disappointed that the pool was closed. I was travelling with my grandchildren, and we couldn't go to the beach because it was way too windy. They really wanted to swim, but the pool was closed. Our stay would've been much better if it had been open.

was in a convenient area for us. the pool had to be closed because of damage from the floor above!! the washer and dryer machines didn't work! Breakfasts were very good

Pool is small and inside. It was full all evening so the walkway to the elevator was wet the whole time. The room was spacious but didn’t feel the cleanest. We had absolutely no bath towels. Had to get them from the front desk- there was always just one person working the desk and the clerk was often in the back office. We stayed only stayed one night and decided not to shower because the tub/shower nozzle looked like it was about to fall off and the shower didn’t look very clean.

I've stayed at this property before but the hotel is in need of maintenance. The carpets in the main areas especially near the elevators have stains. The chair in our room also had stains and rips. The equipment in the exercise room did not work (2 treadmills and the elliptical were out of order). From inside our room you could hear every door close and any conversations people in the hallway were having. Our room had a hole in the ceiling that was covered with just tape. The TV was ROKU enabled and for the apps it required me to use my personal login, which I did not do. What's wrong with local cabel? Also my checkin information had a Dubai address and international phone number and when I inquired the staff brushed it off without trying to figure out why the information was there in the first place. The location is convenient for my needs but please conduct maintenance on this property.

The hotel was very dirty with roaches everywhere. We didn't get room service for 3 days. They didn't have enough towels even upon request. The swimming pool was extremely dirty. There was only 2 items for breakfast and nit enought for everyone. Worst stay i have ever experienced in a hotel

Facility was dirty, carpets were stained all throughout hotel, nothing worked, had no remote to tv and front desk couldn’t find a remote that matched my TV. When I entered my hotel room there was a hanger holding the curtains up. I was sure what was going on so I went down and front desk said she’d send maintenance a notification, which they never showed up! Ice makers brown, water filters broken, very little water pressure, no toiletries, room was hot throughout the night. Pool was dirty, looked like filter system was broken.

Okay. Where to begin? This hotel is overdue for a DEEP clean or even a desperate upgrade. The carpets (at least upstairs on our floor) were FULL of stains. Overall, the hotel (on the third floor) was filthy our entire stay. It did not seem housekeeping EVER vacuum or clean the carpets, trash on floor and trash can never emptied. Our room seemed clean enough except our walk-in shower seemed like it didnt get clean. Water spots on walls and shower doors and hair on shower floor. Mold around base of shower floor, a cockroach decided to join us in our bathroom (hopefully this doesn't put us over our guest limit), and smelled like marijuana in hallway near rooms next to ours. The only good thing at the breakfast was the waffles and sausage. Everyrhing else was meh. The orange juice was extremely watered down until you got to the last of it in your cup and you get orange syrup. It was disgusting. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. So if you don't mind that then you will probably be fine with them. Also, the indoor pool was closed during our stay there. I don't think we will stay here again. Also, for some convenient reason, this site will not let me upload any photos.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also enjoyable, and the location is convenient, being close to several fast food places and a pharmacy. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing. I found other people’s belongings behind the nightstand, the phone wasn’t plugged in, and the TV was broken. The shower had visible mold, the mirrors were dirty, and there were spiderwebs in the room. Some tiles were missing, the walls had stains, the couch was ripped, and the remote was missing its battery cover. Overall, while I appreciated the comfortable bed, breakfast, and location, the room itself needs much better cleaning and maintenance.

The second floor hallway carpet was filthy, Dirt was abundantly visible along hallway baseboards for the two days of our stay. In our room the bathroom tile was sticky & the tub/shower was dangerously slippery.

The shower water pressure was terrible. We had to have the water scorching hot for us to get good pressure. They only provided two pillows and the restroom wasn’t very clean. The door didn’t have an extra latch for safety.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Our air conditioner was set on a temperature and we tried to turn it lower but it kept going back to the higher temp so it was warm in the room. Our key cards didn’t work sometime and we had to get them reactivated.

When we checked in the TV didn't work. I called the front desk. The girl told me she would call back. She did not. I called her back. She ended up hanging up on me. I went down to talk to her and she was extremely hateful. We had to move rooms. The sink water barely ran, the shower had rust everywhere and little pressure. At breakfast, the one toaster barely worked and the OJ tasted like water. I'll never stay there again.

Okay, so first of all, we get to our room and the bathroom sink drain is broken; the front desk girl was nice and gave us another room. Both rooms were very clean. I didn’t get a chance to check the bed in the first room, but in the second room we got, the bed was super firm/hard and the pillows were hard too. In both rooms there wasn’t any comforter/blanket. Only sheets. We had to ask in the front desk for a blanket. Also, my phone signal wasn’t the greatest there. I tried the hotel Wifi and it wasn’t great either.

The room was clean. Unfortunately, there was no water pressure in the sink or shower. The shower head was clogged which left minimal pressure. There was no extra toilet paper a what was available was a small amount. Luckily, we were not in room majority of the time. They need better curtains to cover window. Unable to sleep due to all the light coming in.

The room are big. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not really comfortable at the room we are stayed. The bathroom was clean the water pressure is slow. We are stayed on second floor. Air conditioner is a bit loud when it kick on in the middle of the night. Overall is good for stay overnight trip.

We checked in but we were given keys to an occupied room. The beds were made but we found bags in the closet. The desk clerk was notified immediately and ahe askes me to bring down the bags. There was too many so I asked her to get them. She called back only to let us know the room was occupied so we exited quickly to change rooms. This really could of been an escalated issue if we would of walked in on the guests already occupying the room. Our new room was tidy but not clean, the desk, and drawers were clearly sticky and not clean. There appeared to be black mold growing around the base of shower. I had stayed here once before and had no issues. I will not be staying at this location any time soon. The clerk issued no apology for the error. Very dissapointed in our stay.

Wasn’t even allowed to stay because I was informed there was a 200 dollar cash deposit that was needed since I was resident of the city. No where was that listed on Expedia when booking the room.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room paid in advance and upon arrival they were told all they had was a King with a roll away. There were two adults and three teenagers but they were exhausted and didn’t have the time to find another room. Reservations should not be taken if the room selected may not be available. The front desk clerk remained professional and polite even when tempers got a little heated over the issue .

The hotel messed up our reservation and while we were at the beach, they checked us out of our rooms and removed our property. Our stuff was thrown into trashbags. Including full tumblers of water and all my kids clothes were wet. We were prepaid for 2 nights and the staff that was on duty was rude, incompetent, and unable to resolve the situation in an acceptable manner. Will never return.

The staff was fantastic. Parking was easy. The ice machine in the hall I was in didn't work but I went to the next floor and had no problem. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible Experience! After a 7 hour drive I had to wait almost a hour just to start the process of getting checked in. There was so many inconveniences during my check in like multiple guest waiting to get towels for their rooms, no room assigned to my reservation, no rooms left, slow computer system, no one answering the phone to help the lady who honestly should’ve been left alone on a Friday Night and the worst part the lady charged me twice for a 3 night stay. Then it kept getting worse. The room was filthy. Left over stuff from previous guest, stains and bodily fluids left in several spots. DISGUSTING Only one elevator work, swimming pool was hot and the hot tub was warm -_-, no towels, ice machine had dead roaches too close for my liking and so much more. I was almost able to let it go because I was there to celebrate my baby’s birthday and the clerk who checked me in was overwhelmed and not setup for success. Then I meant Jackie ( Latino lady who possibly might have lied about her name since she covered up her name tag once I ask what her name was) Jackie was the worst person to be left to handle the situation honestly any situation. Jackie was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. That woman showed absolutely no remorse for the error that was made in the hotels part. Just excuses and basically calling me a liar. Charging me an extra $$$$ plus while also having a horrible stay deserves some accountability and respect on the staffs part.

Jacklyn was amazing. She greeted me before I even got to the desk. Very friendly, very professional. You need more staff like that. Last night I asked for a towel when she came out from the back of the room she never even greeted me or even said have a good day or anything she was some girl that had short hair. There was a couple issues with the room, but I told Jacqueline about it so we wouldn’t get charged look like someone was mad and slammed the door open and the behind the door was damaged. This is the second time the hot tub was not working, which was a disappointment because that’s one of the reasons why we chose the hotel.

Overall stay, it was good. Room was clean. Location wise, perfect. Downside, they need to shampoo their hallway carpet. Not bad but it needs a little help. Also, worker needs to respect that some people doesn’t wake up early. They were slamming the door since 8 am and when I finally couldn’t Stand it anymore, I got up and checked and the worker apologized and stopped slamming it.

The carpet throughout the entire hotel should be replaced -- it's stained and filthy. (Biggest problem is the foot traffic from construction workers and other field crews who stay here.) Scrambled eggs were in so small a chunks I had to eat them with a spoon; country gravy was bland, and the OJ tasted like watered-down Tang.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also enjoyable, and the location is convenient, being close to several fast food places and a pharmacy. However, the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing. I found other people’s belongings behind the nightstand, the phone wasn’t plugged in, and the TV was broken. The shower had visible mold, the mirrors were dirty, and there were spiderwebs in the room. Some tiles were missing, the walls had stains, the couch was ripped, and the remote was missing its battery cover. Overall, while I appreciated the comfortable bed, breakfast, and location, the room itself needs much better cleaning and maintenance.

My family and I have stayed at this location several times while visiting our daughter in college. This time the entrance/breakfast area was hot. The AC was broken and eating breakfast while sweating wasn’t it. The front desk clerk thought it was funny to argue with a guest and continued to say bye to him in different languages while laughing (she was on her phone the entire time on speaker). The pool was broken AGAIN it was last time too. The floors had not been vacuumed on the 4th floor and there were bits of trash all down the hallway. It’s always been a convenient stay for us but I will definitely reconsider this going forward.

La habitación es amplia está bien para dormir,las instalaciones ya son viejas y os toco que algunas cosas no estaban funcionando, la alberca estaba fuera de servicio pero nos indicaron que podíamos utilizar otras de otro lugar gratis entre ellas las de un hotel hermano que solo teníamos que llegar y decir en qué hotel estábamos y listo,al llegar al otro hotel no nos dieron acceso a la alberca que por qué los de nuestro hotel tenían que avisarles que íbamos y por supuesto no lo hicieron, nos quedamos con las ganas de alberca y cuando contratamos el hotel jamás se nos avisó que la alberca no servicia hasta ya después

The AC didn’t not work in the lobby. Only one elevator worked and one exit door was freely opened for anyone to come in. The maintenance on the outside and carpets were stained and filthy. In the room, smelled like humidity and stink wouldn’t drain. Only 2 towels were placed with a party of 4 people. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

My room was broken into and things stolen out of it. I was advised someone else had a similar incident the same night. The pool was also out of order. A staff member was sleeping when we came in early in the morning. Nobody has contacted me about the incident after I was advised a manager would contact me. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
